Shady business practice
Doesn’t allow you to set up autopay for the full statement balance, only the minimum payment, then charges interest on the remaining balance.
Balance details is missing
Can you please finally add a current balance after each transaction to show the total amount after each transaction that would make it easier to track the balance

I’m constantly having to go online and view my account. There is always an issue with logging on.
Longer Activity
The only issue I have with ASC app is that you clear out all the activity at the end of the month, or maybe it is at the end of the billing cycle. It would be so much more helpful if you could keep a rolling month of activity on the app. When you clear it, I have to go to the statements which are a jumbled mess…payments in one section, purchases split in two pages (if you buy a lot) and interest charges in another section. This is my only issue.

Be careful with credit promotions
I made one qualifying purchase for the promotional 0% financing, but Amazon split my order into separate charges as the items shipped. Because of that, the promotion wasn’t applied, even though the original order met the required amount. I’ve been sent back and forth between Amazon and the credit card company, with neither taking responsibility. Customers shouldn’t lose a financing promotion because of Amazon’s internal billing process. Please honor the promotion based on the original order.

I don’t have an issue with the app. One thing I would do to improve it would be to add a running balance beside the transactions.
Sucks
Why can’t I see the payments I’ve made to my card? And why does the process for Payments take up to 2 or 3 days. Seems your technicians should build a better programming for your system when it takes too long for payments to get processed through and don’t show me my payments because then im left wondering on my bank account where the surcharge to my bank account came from.
Slow
It’s takes forever for their system to process a payment and release your line of credit. I usually just end up using my Walmart Mastercard for payment.

Don’t use credit services.
They love deleting my reviews. They love it sexual exploitation. I literally can’t access my account. I’m completely locked out. I can’t even access the account for charges. They will change the interest and any second. They’re literally forcing bad interest on me. They win. They get money.
App works fine
But I don’t like that it takes almost 3 weeks for the credit limit to reflect the payment.
App refreshes too often
This app will reset to the login then home screen if you leave it and come back just a few seconds later. Absolutely maddening if you’re trying to line up transactions with ordered items.

Account activated without knowledge, never received card nor notifications of payments due
Amazon and this card/bank absolutely killed me. I applied for a card to earn 5% back on Amazon purchases however, I never received my card. I had zero knowledge that my account was active, apparently they begin charging your Amazon membership upon approval. I am in the military and come home from working out of the area to passed due bills that have gone to collection while being out of the area working, never once received an email notification, never once received an Amazon notification, never once received the credit card. The $15.00 monthly prime membership initially charged ended up being $150.00, more importantly killed my credit without my knowledge of it ever being activated nor receiving a card to then activate as you typically do. Because of this I never was afforded the opportunity to open an online account to even access payment information had I known the account was active. Thank you Amazon and SYNCHRONY BANK, you really screwed me and my credit and turned a simple $15.00 charge into over $150.00.
Worthless
This is a terrible app for managing your Amazon account. When you make your monthly payment on the due date, it's credited on the app immediately, but Amazon doesn't credit you for at least two days, then you receive a late charge which you have to contest. It doesn't accurately track payments - and what else is it supposed to do??
Rip off/ Slow processing
Basically 30% APR, not worth getting this card. Processing payments can take up to 3-4 days which is terribly slow and may cause a late fee.
2 charges in one month
I opened my Amazon store card app and it was a payment available on May first, I paid , now it’s another payment due for the same month, I reached out but the representative didn’t want to help me! Card is destroyed and won’t use it anymore. The app is very slow and full of glitches.

My available credit shows $00, I can’t see my rewards and transactions; it’s been like this for the past months. Why?
Unfriendly
I had an issue with customer service and I suppose I hurt their feelings. After the call they cut my limit for no other reason than human vindictiveness which tanked my credit rating for a few months. Went from 700 to 650, back now but Beware.
Do Better
This app is so poorly designed. If you make a payment, it does not differentiate what is the remainder on your statement for that month. Also, if you buy an item that is billed monthly without interest, it still puts the full amount on your statement so you have no idea what’s actually due. So frustrating. Amazon can DO BETTER
Past Due Glitch
App used to work great. Now even though the payment is made in full and on time, the account shows past due?
THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON!!
BEWARE! I wouldn’t recommend this card because they randomly just closed my account for no reason and it made my credit age and credit score drop! Top 10 worst card I’ve ever gotten!
