Fantastic
I downloaded the Tor on my phone at my hotel and took a lovely walk through Dublin with Sian my audio virtual tour guide. It was fantastic. I could go with my own pace. I could stop at shops. I could have lunch. I could sit at a park. I could take pictures. I had a wonderful day thank you TouringBee.
Absolute waste of money
I was forced to purchase an entire year of this app. I tried to use it in Colmar, France but only the most obvious sights were on this app. The way they sell it is that they will tell you about places you are standing in front of prompted by GPS. This was not true at all. Also, at hugely populated tourist sites, it doesn’t tell you more than you can read immediately on Wikipedia or a browser or ON THE SIGN RIGHT IN FRONT Of YOU. Total waste of time and money. I want a refund.
Good Listening but difficult to navigate
I only saw the link to Google Maps after I was done, but I could have found that useful around number five. Marseille’s winding streets made it difficult to stay on track, but I did discover other gems along the way. The audio is fantastic even if you can’t find the spot.
Touren gut, App schlecht
Die Touren sind sehr informativ und unterhaltsam. Was wirklich extrem stört, ist dass die App beim Wechsel von/zu Foto regelmäßig hängen bleibt oder auch direkt abstürzt (iPhone SE 2. Generation, aktueller iOS Stand) Man hat also die Wahl: Tourguide oder Erinnerungsfotos.

Great self paced tour. A lot of history and information in an easy to follow format with an offline map. I could take my time, pause and re listen. It was exactly what I wanted for the day!

Довелось послушать аудиогид по Лувру. Хочу рассказать во всех подробностях, почему он ужасен и не стоит к приобретению, особенно за свою цену (800 р.). 1. Гид очень мал в размерах и плох по соотношению цена-качество. Всего лишь 44 аудиодорожки длительностью не более 5 минут — я не ожидал, что будет так мало материала за 800 рублей. Кроме того, почему не был рассмотрен весь Лувр или хотя бы бОльшая его часть? Почему были отброшены залы, посвящённые Северному Возрождению, декоративному искусству 18-19 веков, истории Древнего Египта и др.? 2. Запись голоса диктора на фоне монотонной фолк-музыки звучит так негромко и некачественно, что кажется, будто записи были сделаны в виде голосовых сообщений в мессенджере или на плохом смартфоне. Снова повторюсь, что за такую цену это было для меня огромной неожиданностью. Иронично, что голос другого диктора, который объяснил части интерфейса приложения, звучал, наоборот, хорошо и внятно. 3. Наконец, самая главная претензия, то, из-за чего я откровенно взбешён на аудиогид и компанию, создавшую его — содержательность всех 44-х аудиозаписей. Мало того, что сами дорожки были длительностью не более 5 минут, так внутри них самих было не более, чем пустословие. Спикер напоминал не настоящего экскурсовода, историка или хотя бы диктора исторической книги, а сказочника, человека, пытавшегося заинтересовать несведущего слушателя громогласными эпитетами, неуместными шутками и добрым, ласковым тоном голоса. Даже сам язык диктора почти был лишён реальных научных терминов. Итого, исторических, искусствоведческих и прочих научных фактов, какие пачками озвучивают экскурсоводы, в данном аудиогиде (если его ещё можно таковым назвать) попросту почти не было. Я говорю «почти», потому что они всё же были. Так, диктор кратко описывал биографии художников, таких как Да Винчи и Рафаэль, подробно рассказал миф об Амуре и Психее (к сожалению, и тут прибегнув к сказочной форме повествования) и пр. Однако таких фактов я услышал в крайне небольшом количестве. Итак, аудиогид, мягко говоря, скромен в размерах, а цена весьма завышена. Он вышел скорее вычурным введением в экспозицию Лувра, и то не всю, в наивной, сказочной форме, полной выразительных эпитетов. Аудиогид лишь изредка напоминает науч-поп, практически лишён разных полезных фактов, какими изобилуют знания экскурсоводов или музейные аудиогиды, и подойдёт либо детям, либо полным профанам в истории и искусстве.

Очень понравился формат экскурсий, очень удобно - в любое время, отличная навигация, содержание нормальное и довольно интересное. Покупали туры полгода года назад, сейчас хотели повторить - а они не сохранились, жаль, хотя обещали на тот момент «навсегда»(((

Аудиогид отрицательный опыт
Не следит за вашим местоположением, часто теряет связь и вашу локацию, очень мало информации, она не подробная, в шутливой игривой форме. Очееь мало пунктов с остановками, только самые основные по 5-10 локаций на этаже. Второго этажа вообще нет в этом гиде. Разочарована. Не рекомендую!
Obscure Recommendations
While other audio guides sound like robotic textbooks, this app's narrators have real local accents and genuine enthusiasm. On top of that, it shared restaurant recommendations that were both excellent and a little obscure.

Оплатила пакет экскурсий, деньги списались. Три экскурсии загрузились, на четвертой приложение зависло. При повторном входе все покупки пропали и не восстанавливаются. Где найти разработчиков?
Sehr hilfreiche App für Stadtführung
Bin über GetYourGuide an diese App gekommen und sie hat uns bei der Stadtführung durch Florenz gute Dienste geleistet. Die englischsprachigen Erklärungen zu insgesamt 30 Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt boten viele Hintergrund –Informationen. Pro Station waren es circa 2-4 Minuten, gesprochen mit angenehmer Stimme. Nett ist auch, dass man die Stadtführung nicht nur einmal, sondern mehrmals durchlaufen kann. So konnten wir die Führung für Florenz auf zwei Besuche splitten. Verbesserungspotential gibt es meiner Meinung nach bei der Navigation: Es gibt zwar einen Stadtplan und eine Route mit Einblendung der aktuellen Position, aber manchmal war es unklar, on welche Richtung es weiter geht zur nächsten Sehenswürdigkeit. So mussten wir einige Male umkehren und in die Gegenrichtung laufen. Hilfreich wäre deshalb: - zur aktuellen Position eine Anzeige der Richtung, in die das Handy gerade gehalten wird (a la g-Maps) - eine Überleitung in eine externe Karten-App, um zur nächsten Sehenswürdigkeit navigiert zu werden Sonst wäre die App perfekt :)

В Большом туре по Парижу отсутствуют фото достопримечательностей, карта пропадает с экрана, а сам гид нужно каждый раз скачивать заново с помощью восстановления покупки.
Shared experience
My husband and I have opposite travel styles. I want to read every plaque, while he wants to move fast. During our last trip, TouringBee let us each take the tour at our own speed, and we met at every landmark.
Louvre tour tech issues
We purchased Louvre tour guides through a third party (Tiqets). They don’t download. Tiqets support said we’d redeemed them, and it was TouringBee’s issue but once you click the link you redeem the guide and if it fails to download that’s that! I’d advise using an alternative to save disappointment or only buy in app.
Helpful informative audio tours.
Purchased 3 of these while in Paris this week. Pere Lachaise Cemetery and Montmartre were very good. Same man doing the tour on those. The Louvre tour was a different guy with horrible pronunciation of the names and even some general words - cringe worthy. App was a bit glitchy for my wife, but worked fine for me. After being happy with the first one bought a combo at a reduced price, but it delivered the wrong combo. Had to purchase the third separately and am trying to get a refund. TouringBee hasn’t been too helpful with that and directed me to Apple App Store. Price is very reasonable for what you get so worst case I’m out a few bucks. All in all an inexpensive way to do your own tour on your own devise at your own pace.
Reliable maps
The offline mode is a godsend. I downloaded the Barcelona tours before leaving my hotel, and when I got lost in the metro with zero signal, the app still worked perfectly, and my map updated via GPS without internet.

Crowd-free tours
I hate group tours, you know what I'm talking about: the crowds, the forced pacing, the awkward small talk. So I'm glad this app let me explore Paris entirely alone while still learning everything a human guide would teach.
Funktioniert nicht!
5€ für den Audioguide bezahlt, ist nach der 1. Station abgestürzt und lässt sich jetzt nicht mehr öffnen. Support war natürlich auch nicht zu erreichen. App nicht zu gebrauchen.

We downloaded the Seville Cathedral tour. The app kept crashing whilst in use and was not the most intuitive. Between my wife and my phone the same was found. The worst money we spent whilst on the loveliest of breaks. Honest opinion - just purchase the tour guide on the cathedral.
Louvre Audio Guide
This is a nice condensed tour of the Louvre. It give highlights and has directions. I didn’t get the museum audio guide which is about the same cost so this is a good alternative. I would get directly from the app. Getting from Get Your Guide sent me a link that didn’t work and I had to ask for a refund for that purchase. However, I will probably use this for other places on my trip across Europe.
Granada is more than the Alhambra!
This audio tour is easy to follow and serves as an excellent guide to many parts of the city. It’s full of history and explains why the different people commemorated right the city and numerous locations are significant. If you don’t want to follow a guy with a weird flag around town—the tour lets you go at your own pace, wander, and understand what you’re seeing.

Постоянные ошибки и вылеты приложения. Оплаченные туры удаляются, после блокировки телефона следующая часть тура не воспроизводится. Не рекомендую.

Были в Лувре с аудиогидом. Карта могла быть получше, но сам музей очень большой и запутаны. Мы ориентировались по номерам залов. Сам гид понравился, для первого знакомства с музеем пойдет.

Кусок г...на! Номера залов не соответствуют гиду , загруженный аудиогид почему то сбрасывается и требует повторенной загрузки. Выброшенные деньги! 25.04.18 Ответ на комментарий разработчика: обычно люди ходят 1 раз в Лувр! Купив, закачав и установив приложение я был уверен , что у меня ГОТОВЫЙ продукт, но Вы смогли испортить экскурсию.Вы считаете, что во время посещения музея есть время написать E-Mail и ждать ответа? В чем отличие качественного софта от Вашего? Случился бы такой конфуз с солидной фирмой , сразу бы предложили возврат денег за некачественный товар . Вы же пытаетесь ещё и свалить вину на пользователя , указав на то что я не туда и не так обратился. Удачи Вам в Вашем бизнесе !

пробовал два тура: исторический Париж и Лувр. Первый (Париж) сделан хорошо и удобно. Для полных пяти звёзд не хватало информации, долгие переходы без чего-либо немного странно, ибо в Париже нет недостатка о чем рассказать. Но все равно хороший гид. А вот Лувр абсолютно расстроил. Очень короткий тур в стиле «галопом по европам», из-за него я не взял аудиогид в музее и это испортило посещение. Очень короткий это меньше часа если выкинуть вводную как войти. Плюс в одном месте тур очень неожиданно прыгает и если нет бумажной карты, то можно долго искать куда идти
