Fantastic app
I purchased the ‘Louvre in 2 hours’ guide, and was comfortably able to see everything on the itinerary in that time. The instructions were clear, there was enough detail on each of the pieces to read about too. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting the Louvre.
Cannot purchase tours!
I have tried every which way I can imagine to try and purchase any tour, all or single ones and app glitches and kicks me off every time. So disappointing as this app is a genius idea if it would work I’m sure I would be a big fan. 👎🏽
Decent
I did the 2 hour tour and it definitely helped make my time at the museum more enjoyable.
Descriptions sound like AI / Wikipedia
While the navigation with photos is helpful, the exhibit descriptions all sound like they were AI generated or copy/pasted from Wikipedia. The app helped us navigate perfectly to our first exhibit but, the audio guide for it sounded like ChatGPT generated it and it described features the statue definitely did not have. Almost every exhibit description tells you that it is located in the Louvre in Paris, as if you have no idea where you currently are. 😂 Disappointed.
Excellent
Well made great directions, made our trip worthwhile and cheaper than the audio tour offered at the Louvre.
Audio stops when phone is locked
I’ve checked every setting I can find. The audio quits when the phone screen locks. Useless app. Don’t buy.
Bueno
Great app
Saved us a ton of time and frustration throughout the museum. You can’t really navigate on paper so this app was a huge help.
Long wait
Booked my reservation a week in advance for 09:30. I’m still in line at 11:30. Nuff said….
Muito bom
Falta uma opção de indicação para conhecer uma obra específica sem se ater ao roteiro.
Audio pessimo
Ok x la guida ma L’ audio e’ veramente scarso. Mal registrato la voce è Metallica. Si può fare molto meglio.
Chiaro e utile
Molto bella e interessante
Ok not great
Apps could use some help not easy to navigate. Directions or tour path was not clear but somewhat manageable. App does not play audio when not logged in very very annoying.
A for effort
Good idea, glitchy app. Audio tour was buggy. Volume too low. Not worth it.
Great tour
Great way to experience the louvre for the first time. Gave clear instructions regarding where to go using pictures. I shared an airpod with my wife. Well worth the cheap price
Terrible
This looked like it would be such a great app. What a waste of money. The narrator must have been narrating in his bedroom beside a sleeping child because you can barely hear him. Don’t plan to use this in the Lourve. The Lourve is a large museum with thousands of people, and stone walls. The people are all talking at the same time. Therefore you get a lot of echo. I had the app at the highest volume setting and could not hear a thing.
desatualizado
não se consegue fazer o itinerário proposto
Very useful, thank you!
The Louvre is so massive it can easily be overwhelming, especially on your first visit. The 2 hour guide made it very easy to see the main exhibits while providing audio and written history. Thank you!!
Old information.
All of the sculptures they talk about in the Richelieu French sculptures tour are wrong. Not sure when the tour is from but the museum has changed the collection. Information is useless
Good content but broken app
When you can get the tours to work they’re great. Clear directions and interesting explanations. But the app is basically broken - the tours don’t load. At every new exhibit we got the same error message asking us to pay when we already had. We also kept getting an error message saying audio had not downloaded, but there’s no progress bar.
Every louvre one one app!
Cool!
Did not work
Several of the paintings were not exhibited as far as we could tell. The biggest issue, however, was that the audio download did not work. It did not allow us to purchase the audio. I pressed on both the words and the red button and neither worked. I’d appreciate the tour money back as without the narration, the tour was not useful. The automated voice was awful. We’ve used the app for other museums and enjoyed it. Thanks.
Cher et mauvaise qualité
Si vous additionnez tous les commentaires audio, votre visite vous ruinera... de plus, la qualité de lecture est médiocre (voix robotique)
Very good app
Though i found one small problem. Back button when scrolled up and wont come back down. Harder to click. On tour page
Refund please
Audio doesn’t work
Issues processing IAP
The app seems fine enough if a little buggy but after purchasing a tour and the voices and downloading them to my phone I can only hear one exibxit before having to force quit the app to be able to hear the next item read. Inter I reach the next audio portion every time I’m asked too to purchase the voices I already purchased to listen. Please fix your in app purchase receipt validation.
I recommend it 100% !!
This app really helped me to plan my visit to the Louvre without any waste of time. The tour they offer is very complete and easy to use. Cheers!!!
Waste
Search for Vermeer brings no results
Let down
Glitches on IPhone 10. Had to back out after every video. The first voice over was pleasant, after that it was a robotic voice. Not up to date with latest locations of some of the art.
Very useful
Great guide inside the museum. Simple and intuitive. The thing is that is not only an audio guide ora simple guide, this app gives you a walking tour inside the museum which is quite innovative. They don’t have any map but they guide you using pictures with some short text which is really easy and you don’t get lost. I totally recommend.
Videos did not work
I purchased the half day tour. After the second video, the app kept telling my to buy the tour but I already had. This was useless!
good tour but glitchy app
the tour we bought was great, it said it was 2 hours but took us about 1.5. However the app was very glitchy and not user friendly. the audio guide for the last piece of art wouldn’t ever work which sucked cause we even paid extra for the tour guide version
