Review Title: A cheap update that jeopardizes user funds & A catastrophic price feed lag!
As a user, I am deeply disappointed by the new update, which lacks basic visual and technical professionalism. The platform has completely sacrificed its tech prestige and solid banking identity, replacing it with a hybrid, cheap-looking UI that screams "cost-cutting" at the expense of user experience and safety.Worse than the poor aesthetics is the catastrophic failure of the Quality Engineering (QE) department. The app suffers from severe data desynchronization and price-feed lagging. I almost lost my funds today in a massive trap when the app displayed a fake 100% price fluctuation, while the actual live price on the web version was completely different. Trading on an unstable app that displays frozen and misleading rates is a financial suicide. I can no longer trust my money with a platform that compromises on software quality to save operational costs

Too many bugs
Onboarding is not smooth, nfc with emirates id not smooth , trying to send crypto always ask me to approve wallet id redirect me to email then when I approve it redirect back to me app and process need to repeat again and again

This app used to be a good app, we were able to buy crypto from Saudi Arabia using this app, but now we can’t.

Be Careful
I tried working with this company. Deposits work once every few trails. They take the money and return after few days or week. Customer support almost non existing. Be careful, if you are international or GCC resident. Waste of time for me as a user.

من ناحية سهولة الاستخدام وسهولة ادخال وسحب الأموال المنصة ممتازة، ولكنها لا تصلح للمضاربين أبدا حيث لا تلتزم المنصة بسعر السوق في البيع ولا في الشراء، فإذا كنت ستبيع ستجد أن المنصة تبيع نصيبك بأقل من السعر المعلن عنه في التطبيق ذاته، وإذا كنت ستشتري فسيكون المبلغ مرتفع أكثر من السعر المعلن سواء في التطبيق أيضا. قد يُخدَع البعض باعتقاد عدم وجود رسوم، بينما الواقع انهم يأخذون رسومهم من خلال عمليات البيع كما ذكرت وهي اكثر من رسوم اي تطبيق آخر أعرفه في مجال العملات. ميزتها بالنسبة لي ما ذكرته في البداية فقط من سهولة ايداع وسحب الأموال، وكونها مرخصة من مصرف البحرين المركزي ، وبها عملات متوافقة مع الضوابط الشرعية، أما غير ذلك فتحتاج إلى شفافية وعدالة اكثر.

Very easy to find your account and to do transactions. Perfect if you are an expat in Bahrain or the GCC. Highly recommended it. App is clean, fast, and they put a lot of attention to detail.
Rain needs to improve its identity verification process!
I’m having a frustrating experience with Rain! My account is restricted, and I can’t send or receive cryptocurrencies because they require identity verification again. I provided a valid passport and driver’s license, both of which are still valid, but the platform insists on a national ID, which I haven’t been able to renew yet. This policy is too rigid and inconvenient for users. I urge Rain to resolve my issue quickly, or I may have to consider switching to a more flexible platform!
Get platform but still flawed
The app lets you trade at your convenience it has a simple user interface that's more suitable for beginners. The other platforms complicate a bit. Full marks to the team for keeping it neat and friendly. But the main issue is the lack of transparency from their support team when you question them some intricate details to clear off your doubts before planning heavy investments. Their platform fee per trade is surprisingly higher and when you buy alt coins the decimals are not mentioned properly which raises serious doubts while trading and I have personally backed off many times before a trade after seeing shockingly higher selling rates even when the market is crashing. Hope they rectify and maintain transparency in mentioning the buying rate completely down to the last decimal.

As the title says the latest update breaks sign in feature making the app unusable please fix this ASAP
I LOVE RAIN
The app is designed in a perfect way from all perspectives; UX/UI is seamless, transferring money and/or crypto is done so elegantly AND MOST IMPORTANTLY is their customer support/service is phenomenal! The only down side would have to be that their exchange rate is a bit expensive, but they are straightforward about it and DO NOT hide anything which is good.

Don’t use this app
This app is a scam and robbery. I used it to trade a couple months then when I wanted to withdraw funds my account was frozen and three weeks later still no funds and when I try to use the app online service it just goes white screen. So I tried the website to be told they don’t operate in the US but it allowed me to put money in but screws you over taking money out!

Blocked Without giving reason
My saudi debit cards all was working and deposited multiple times, one time it charged me and didnt reflect on my account, they refunded me. But after that they blocked me from any deposit and even their customer support don’t respond afterwards when i was inquiring. I would give zero if i could

High fees and limited options
It’s amazing to see Bahrain is leading in cryptocurrencies world. It is amazing to have such a localized app but the charges are too high comparing to international market plus there are only four cryptocurrencies available to buy on Rain. I hope we will have more options on rain platform soon
