I down loaded the app but it won’t let me sign in to the account so not very happy. Iv tried reinstalling the app but that doesn’t work the only way I can get on is to use the local button but I’m not getting any notifications

Stopped working on Apple products
Worked great up to a week ago Couldn’t get on to see cctv on iPad / iPhone reset password for using app. On cctv dvd, now it doesn’t like my log in, on apple stuff. tried forget my password says my email doesn’t exist. Yet that’s the one I put on the info Losing the will to be bothered
Adverts!
Very useful app and works well but it plays a full volume advert almost every time it launches! It wouldn’t be quite so bad if the adverts were muted but they are LOUD every time. Theres no option to pay for ad free. Looking for another option which is a shame as the app works well enough.

Love the cams but need to have strong wifi or they lag pretty bad, need a live chat for people who need help. I have my storage on a loop but have an error saying out of storage?? That will not go away

I have struggled with problems for a while now can’t sign in nor can I see things when I’m away from house. Defeats the whole purpose of a security system.
Day and night light adjustment problem
we cannot change the option in the settings-Video Management -Day and night mode..please fix it..
Won’t connect
keeps telling me incorrect S/N it’s on the recorder bottom put in exactly at least 20 times

The Share Management feature stopped working and will not allow me to invite a person to share camera and message video clips - why is this happening ?

Why there’s advertising
This is my first ever app that has advertisements for a security cams.
App has improved a lot
Ads can be disabled on the settings but remember. If you update the app at any point the default setting will turn the ads back on and you’ll have to disable it again. Issue right now though is that HD won’t activate. After clicking the HD button it will continue to show SD Quality.

Terrible app
Cameras are good if I am viewing from the computer it’s hooked to. But if I try this app it never loads anything and just ends up timing out or saying not authorized. It never works.
Good app but needs a few improvements
The application works fine for me. However, please can you. Please can you allow for 12 cameras to be viewed at once, rather than just 9.

Love this app, it has a few cliches like skipping on playback, adverts but you have the option to get rid of them in system settings, other than that 👍

I give it 4 stars as for some reason it doesn’t always stay open on my iPad screen which is annoying as it’s fitted to the wall and I have to keep going back to bring up the app. For those who have commented about the new ads, you can turn this off in the app settings. Just go to the “My” icon, then select “settings”, then “advanced settings” then turn off “Advertisement”. Simples!!!!!!!
Has bugs
Getting error messages about not being online. When I use a different viewer app everything works fine.
Slow and glitchy
The cameras work great, most of the time. We have one camera that seems to glitch out often. Not bad out of six. However, the app is super slow to load up. If I just minimize the app, but did not fully close it out, when I open it again, it will show me the view from the previous time. I used it not the current view. I have to completely close out and restart the app to get the current view to show up. Very frustrating when I hear something outside and need to check on it right away. Don’t always have several minutes to do the whole restart process.
