Performing Fund
I have been with Care super for 26 years.. I am very happy with the performance of Balance super.. Although I have been a stay at home mum for 8 years without contribution. My super balance is quite high compared to the average balance of women around my age.

The latest update from yesterday seems to have fixed many of the problems such as the total value not displaying, logging in difficulty and being logged out when navigating different pages. It’s still in portrait, I’d prefer landscape, but I can cope. Thanks for fixing the other issues.

Re-installed on my iPad - worked for a while now doesn’t
Total amount?
It used to be very good but now seems to have a glitch. When it opened before, your amount was there for you to see but now it seems to face recognition 3 times then takes you to the deposits that go into your account with no account total to be found.

Cannot log into app and get my balance and when I try to go to transactions it crashes

The app is great and very user friendly. It definitely lacks not having biometric login
Glitching
Keeps glitching every time I open it. It requires Face ID over and over again about 5 times and then I can’t view my balance. The balance just disappears. I have to use the website on my computer instead.
Crashes when opening
The app seems to crash when I view the transactions tab. I have updated to the latest version and it still doesn’t work.

On opening app does not appear to display correctly. This has been happening for sometime. Is there a glitch in the system or isn’t my phone?
Hope this is temporary
App has recently become almost unusable. From repeated “service unavailable” messages or displaying facial recognition view over and over. Getting sick of reinstalling every time I want to use the app.

Using this app I was able to find and rollover 3 lost super funds in about 5 minutes. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Constantly says ‘Service unavailable, try again later’
When I get this message the only way it works is if I delete the app and download it again. I do this once or twice a week on my iPhone and iPad. I wish it would just work.
Balance dissapears in a flash
With the newer veesion youtlr total balance will dissapear in front your eyes in a flash. Where is your internal control when developing and releasing the app? Pathetic!

The app doesn’t display the full screen when you go into it, very annoying! The old app worked just fine

App will only let me see my balance sir a second… if you select balance app shuts down. Very frustrating

Generally the app is quite good and does what it needs to but recently the balances on the Home Screen have disappeared and you have to scroll down to access.

Buggy
Getting caught in Face ID login loops. Uninstalled and reinstalled seemed to fix the issue. But now when I log in it briefly displays the balance then disappears. Please fix the bugs and update your app.

I am really frustrated with the ‘new and improved app’. It continually doesn’t work, won’t show by balance on the home page and keeps dropping out. I have deleted and reinstalled the new app, updated it regularly and still it fails to work properly. Fix it please.
