I love how I can see all the clubs and tournaments around me now. Would love to see this come to more states because I travel a lot and always struggle to find a game in a new city.
Useless App
Can only login and after that it will not show any of your booking and if you try to book a court it shows all wrong courts, not the one you’re associated with.
No good…
I cannot even get through finding a club as the search screen goes blank and non functional after “A” club listings. Fix your app
Missing or obscured save button for waitlist reservations
Unable to complete court reservations from the waitlist notification since the Save button is hidden/obscured by the app UI. Observed multiple times in the IOS app on iPhone 13 mini. Save button visible and usable in the same flow in the web app on desktop OS.

App does not load. Deleting and reloading doesn’t help. Frustrating.
Needs to listen to their reviews and upgrade or improve the app.
My complaint is the calendar. Every time you open up the event to see the price or how many people are signed up you go back and the entire calendar has to refresh which takes longer and takes you back the todays event. That back button should just go back and start the same. You should be able to remove yourself from the organization you no longer wish to be a member of. You should be able to remove credit cards information.
App freezes
I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it, but to no avail. I can open it and then I just get the logo and a white background. It’s so frustrating. I wish my favorite centers would offer another way to reserve. Ugh.

Stuck on Waiver Screen
I downloaded the app. Got stuck on the waiver screen. It just seemed hung up on that screen. Reloaded app. no change. Too frustrated so I deleted the app.
App Not Opening
I'm on an iPhone 16 pro with latest software and the app freezes on the first screen. I've reinstalled it twice
Calendar
The calendar feature is hard to navigate on your phone. While you can use filters, it is not user experience friendly.

Needs much improvement
For the past several months, the app frequently freezes at different points during startup requiring one to force quit and re-open, sometimes several times before the app actually works. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing to improve the situation. This is really bush league and if it doesn’t get fixed soon, several others and I will be pushing my main club to switch to a different app. Developer: please don’t leave some trite response. Tell us what your action plan is to get this fixed.
App doesn’t work well on iPad
The Pickleball Club that I joined uses this app to book all their reservations. It works ok on my phone (3.5*) but sucks on my iPad. Several of the pages will not scroll on my screen.
Notification bug
Can’t get notification to clear no matter what I do. Tried restarting, reinstalling, going to notifications in each club and nothing works. In fact the message/notification list within the club it says it’s for is blank, so there’s nothing there to clear.

Needs improvement
As someone that uses this app several times a week this has been useful but painfully erratic usually at the wrong times. I have reinstalled it 4-5 times and it freezes regularly on the iPhone w updated iOS. Sometimes it’ll freeze at the ‘wrong’ times liar check in or when there’s one spot remaining. I’m surprised that an app with a potentially high adoption rate would timeout as often as it does. Please do more QA/testing etc.

After two days of usage, I get “request too long” error and afterwards I cannot open the app. It freezes on start and I have to delete and reinstall the app.

Awful performance
-App always has slow load times when switching menus -Sometimes it will error code and switch to desktop mode. After that you can’t exit and must restart app -more recently it will get stuck on the start up logo and will become completely inoperable regardless of a full restart of the app. Suggestions: -The app should only require you to make one account and then you can add whatever organization you want without having to confirm your details for every time. -location based suggestions -singular dupr linking on court reserve acc instead of individual organizations -this app has so much more potential since it’s the only place you can purchase play time. You could advertise local tournaments, add chat features, add a friends feature, group registration.
Locks up
It locks up a lot and I have to restart it.
Need real-time player’s DUPR rating info
With the available pickleball DUPR API service, it would be really convenient to see the players’ DUPR real-time (or on demand) rating in the app. Also the app is kind of slow so some performance improvement would be great.
No problem using
Easy to reserve a court once logged in. Nice features including subbing a player or editing the info on a reserved court.
They can take your money without your permission
The club owners can take your money away without any permission, at least you should let me click on a confirm button right?
App screen going beyond Dynamic Island on new phone
App seems to work just fine, but after upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro, the app now extends up past the Dynamic Island. This makes navigation while using the app very frustrating.
Notification Bug
App still has a bug where even after you view the notification and the new notification indicator is gone in app it doesn’t always remove the notification bubble on the app icon. You have to go back into the app and click on all the individual notifications and hope you find the right one.
Saves me a ton of time. So easy to get my courts booked!

Debit card fees
This app is charging Debit card fees at the multiple court places I use it. Debit card fees in the US are illegal (Durbin Amendment) and carry large fines. Please fix this app
New 17s impossible to click back
The back button is blocked by the time on the new 17s
Home Screen
I’ve used the app for the last 1 1/2 years and most experiences have been good. Now with 3 venues in my area why can’t there be a Home Screen which shows all my current reservations so I don’t have to switch between pickleball clubs to see when my next booking is. I often have reservations at each venue. Hope this can happen.

Frustrating
I open the app. It’s stuck on “Waivers.” I can’t back out of it. Neither will it allow me to complete it and move on. Even when I delete the app and download it again the problem persists.
It’s works, but check your bank statements.
Works ok, but I get double charged a lot and I have to talk to my bank about it since the club I reserved to said their end looks ok. The calendar UI/UX is pretty glitchy.
Development needed
The app works good for me, but a new module would make this a 5 star : add a team management module like bench app. Thanks in advance
Always gives login error
I used the app successfully for about a week but now I just get a login error every time i open it. I know my username/password are correct because I can still access the system via a browser, but the app is no longer functional Edit: login error has been fixed. App is functional again
Can’t access privacy
First thing I did with app is click on privacy statement link. It takes me to a .io (Indian Ocean) domain and never completes request. Not a good start
Roll it back
Opened the app yesterday and was surprised to see a new user interface. Really disappointed that I can no longer see all my bookings on the screen at once. Now I have to swipe through. This is not an improvement. I thought the app was fine before this change.
