Addicted
This game is amazing, it’s seemingly endless and it’s very interesting and somewhat historical, very fun to watch the little soldiers battle and to upgrade them and attack and defend. 10/10
Crashed right out the gate
I can even complete the tutorial. My unit spawns in and once it reaches the banners it crashes
My opinion
I love this game in fact I played it a couple of years ago and I had absolutely no problem but I feel like the new style and design just doesn’t look good. I feel like the old design was much better.
Art style
Man… the new cartoony look is beyond bad, I still have hope in the game and I remember the good times but come on man, it looks like a Nickelodeon cartoon

I love this game but I bought gold with hard earned cash and I didn’t get any of it but it’s so fun that it kind makes up for it but 4 stars

Consistent crash’s
Look I love this game and I played it a bunch back when I was a kid and I would 100% continue to play this game But every time I try to start the tutorial, my game will crash. There’s nothing I can do about it. I’ve tried multiple different times. It just doesn’t work please fix this. I would love to continue to play this game.
What did you do to the characters
I’ve been playing it for 6 years i stared on November 1st os 2020 back when the characters were classic please bring them back but over all great game and if your honing to change the characters Change the whole setup please bring it back to when the characters no the setup actually matched please change it and what year is it that we are in and do we get to see the Holy Roman Empire fall and see cleopatra and Hannibal Barca and Hamilcar Barca and Hasdrubal Barca and Vercingetorix and Brennus and Amiorix and Viriathus and indibilis and mandolins and Pyrrhus of Epirus and Gaius Papius Mutilus and Pontus Telesinus. Come on people add the other leaders as a final bosses and you left out other branches of the Roman military like Equitws Singulares Augusti, speculatores, Evocati, imuniores, ballistari & Scorpionarri, Balearic slingers, Numidian Light Cavalry, and add naval battles with Classiariis if you really want to grow empire Rome. And you’re an Asinus ad Lyram! For not making more branches of the Roman military And Stultipr stulto es! For making the troops different and Ubi est historical accuratio! O tempora” O mores!
Game doesn’t work.
I just got a iPhone 17e and now the game crashes instead of loading past the loading screen. It works when I have airplane mode on for some odd reason though.
Great game but…
This game has been amazing for the whole time I have played it. I have maxed out troops and am on wave 800 something. The daily gift is broken though, the countdown clock is stuck on 0:00:00 so I don’t receive gifts anymore. Please fix this

Don’t waste your time this game is so bad, it starts off fun for 1-2 hours and then after you reach wave 100 and start dumping gold into a unit you get to a point where it’s 1,000,000 gold plus to upgrade!!! To put it into perspective 1,000,000 gold on round 500 is $30 and on round 500 you cant conquer or defend anything!! Total waste of my life. Probably made in the 3hrd whorld to rip off rich parents. AVOID!!!
An issue…
Now, I love the game, don’t get me wrong. But I have spent probably 10 hours over the last week playing this game. I’m level 13, wave 110, and have 89 gems. 89. I have been grinding defense colonies and waves for 10 hours and I have 89 gems. That means it will take nearly 50 hours to unlock the Roman commander. That’s a lot of hours. A lot of time. Especially for someone who is working. Please upgrade the wave system to 10 gems every 10 waves gems instead of 5 gems every 10 waves.
Ist Gut aber mit Problemen
Ich mochte das Spiel sehr und war sehr weit, aber seit einer gewissen Zeit fliege ich immer bei 60% raus wenn ich das Spiel starten möchte. Ich weiß von Freunden das sie die gleichen Probleme haben und würde mich drüber Freuen wenn das Problem behoben werden wird, vor allem weil man Geld und Zeit rein steckt. Ich werde auch leider sagen das ich mich mit den Apple Support in Verbindung setzen werde weil ich es nicht einsehe das ich Geld rein stecke und es dann nicht spielen kann. Und es gab ja auch bisher keine Probleme, und das kann ich auch bewerten weil ich das Spiel seit 2021 spiele. Wie gesagt im ganzen Super Spiel hoffe deswegen das ich es bald wieder spielen kann. Danke im Voraus :)

I recommend adding Greece and the idea of controlling other factions. You could basically play as the other factions like Gual, Iberia, Egypt, Carthage, and hopefully Greece, please consider adding this. Love this game though!

Amazing game
First of I wish I could give it a five star because I have played this game for several years and it is one of the only mobile games I haven’t deleted after seeing an ad for it. But the only problem is that I can’t even open the app anymore. I don’t why it does this but other than that the greatest mobile game ever!!!

There was a game EXACTLY like this, I’m not sure if it’s the same game but there wasn’t a Rome theme, you were a king fighting against goblins and skeletons, was this the same game just rebranded or made by the same developers?
Negative Changes
Used to enjoy, fairly even play, didn’t mind spending some coin BUT, now the opposing side moves faster and the defensive soldiers are much slower to react, weapons speed has also changed. Don’t waste your money, game hasn’t grown in popularity….
Fun game, but daily login is bugged
Loved this game for few years now, new arts not as nostalgic for me but still good. Gameplays simple and fun. But cannot collect to daily login in rewards

Even if you pay for no Ads, you are still forced to watch Ads late in the game (higher levels) because of wall health! 😡 Ridiculous!

Good game with one issue
I enjoy the game; the gameplay is fun and easy to pick up. However, I bought a pack but it did not get rid of the ads as promised. I get tired of games not delivering what they advertise. Either fix the issue or remove it from your in-game store.

Amazing gameplay but I wish it had the 2018 graphics still. Also add a way to change to the 2018 graphics. Other wise it is a 5 star game.

It’s a fun game but i have i big that basically wont let me use the bank or the daily quest anymore all it says is internet connection required i even restarted my game hoping to fix it but it didn’t
Came back, even better than I remembered.
I had forgotten about this game for years and then one day I saw a ripoff game on zap games that reminded me of this game. I then had a friend who also played this game to confirm that I wasn’t the only person who had memories. Came back and my progress was saved and everything seems amazing. Can’t wait to start Mini-maxing everything. (Also keep making everything by hand, I can’t bring myself to play games that use AI)

But the offense is not rewarding enough, also I would like to mention that the hit boxes in the coliseum are off center with the target. Furthermore the ranged units are overpowered in relation to the rest.
Fixed an repetitive
It appears the basic idea of the game is to conquer a whole bunch of towns and defend them against three levels of attack. To achieve this you go through a highly repetitious process of defending Rome against multiple waves of enemy to level up your soldiers and defences. This then allows you to change to the other part of the game to capture and defend towns. This task is not possible to complete without mercenaries and hero’s. In turn these combatants require gems to acquire. The game is gem poor because the sources of gems are not balanced with progress in the game and the cost of hero’s and mercenaries. Gems are generated in four ways, defending Rome, defending your captured towns, killing individuals with an archer and using real money to purchase them. It looks like you can get a bit over 90% of the way through the game and then really hit the lack of gem barrier preventing completion of the game without buying gems with real money. I suspect at this point you are looking around $16 to buy enough gems. While the main game play is addictive it is highly repetitive with little opportunity for strategy just do the same thing over and over again on the set piece of a town wall with your defenders. Your combatants cannot be controlled they just do their thing. You cannot position defences or build walls it’s just the same set piece over and over. Units are upgraded with fixed health, defence and attack attributes and there is no information on the relative strengths of units and defences so you can determine what might be best to improve first. Enjoy it for a while then give up!
