The game is broken after the zday intro. The UI screen is stuck. I tried it on another phone and the game worked. The phone that I play on is an IPhone 14 Pro Max. Please fix

All around good game
This is one of the few games like this where u have to wait for stuff to upgrade that I actually like but there are some things me and a lot of players have talked and agreed on like a gifting system I have equipment cards I don’t need that I wanna give to other players, invisible glitch with level 2-3 threats, also should make events like market madness stay around for longer,Ava should also be more even no reason my 100billion power alliance is going against 300billion power there are some other things but all around good game
Bugs!
When are you going to fix the bug in Carpet Bombing skill??? It crashes the game every time it is used, and has done so for many weeks!!! Update: STILL not fixed!!! How hard can it be?? I don’t think your hearts are in it!!
Bugs…
It’s a pretty cool game, but ever since the last update, the Hero Expeditions won’t work. Every time I try to access it, a screen pops up saying reconnect…. And then the game just resets! I’ve sent a message to support. But they said “Customer service has fed back to the technical staff and we will verify and follow up as soon as possible”… But this has been messing up for almost a week now. Like I said, cool game! But their always seems to be some kind of bug or issue going on. Hopefully they can get this fixed in a timely manner?

Devs nearly abandoned this game
After putting THOUSANDS of dollars into this game I could only hope that the devs fix these bugs & do something - anything new with the game. It’s like they abandoned this game and the player count keeps dying down. This game is overdue for an overhaul over the game mechanics, options, abilities, events, characters just something. The graphics & UI is completely outdated. I can see more pixels than players. This game hasn’t seen any major changes in ages. It’s a shame because I would pay even more thousands into reviving this game. The game keeps crashing on latest iPads & latest Androids on the latest OS and app updates especially when doing stuff like the carpet bombing in Hero Expeditions for example. I have to use an auto clicker for days to redeem all my items like steel for example. The millions add up fast when I’m using trillions. Very time consuming. I have many devices and accounts with many real life purchases made in this game. Please do something so I can keep throwing money at you devs. It’s almost pointless to spend now because it seems that soon the servers will be shut down over the rising player loss. Don’t kill the game. Get people hooked on this game again. It is one of our favorites. The last of my Alliance and I play this everyday almost all day long. Listen to the player base and make a change you won’t regret seeing that money flow increasing. Bring back the old events.

Player for years
I like the but it has big problem no support. If you have issues your on your no support. They have you fill out reports then say it’s the wrong one so no help .l filled out a report 4 times and couldn’t submit it. Bought Triumph keys got triumph crate instead. They make it to hard to get help. It’s nonexistent. So if you get money to throw away this is the game for you. Game needs to be more player friendly. It’s not.
Used to be good but now doesn’t work
I have played this game for about 4 years pretty much every single day, but 3 days ago it just stopped working. Every time I open it it just hangs saying the connection is not working but I have no problems connecting with every other app on my iPad and I have a strong internet connection. Now frustrated that I cannot get back into the game and connect with my friends and fellow alliance members. Do hope this is resolved soon.

Good game and good graphics and easy to play too .
Full of cheaters and hackers
Z Day has allowed players to exploit a flaw in the game that allows the players base to become invisible. The play can attack any other player, but cannot be attacked. They have allowed their MODs to run rampant and break rules, the result is players quitting the game even after spending $$$ to grow in the game. The other result is regions with little or no active bases. I would not recommend this game to anyone with all of the hackers and cheaters.

Fun at first, but it will cost you
This game requires you to constantly buy packages, gear, etc to be even somewhat competitive. The match ups between regions is brutal, so you feel compelled to buy a ton to even make it fun. It started out ok, but the developers got really greedy.

Disappointing.
I used to love this game and there was a time where I could barely bring myself to put my phone down but oh how that has changed. I routinely spent £100-£150 a month on the game until everything ground to a halt. The same events are repeated ad infinitum and nothing new ever comes along. My region is dead as are many others and nothing is done to reinvigorate them. We could be merged with other regions that have a few active players to make a busy region. Recently, the price of packs has gone up with no justification. Had there been new events or more content in the packs then fair enough but this isn’t the case. It’s perplexing to us, the players, as the game could be so, so good with next to no effort from the developers but none is made at all. What is a dying thing could be vibrant and lucrative if only they listened to all the suggestions that get put in on the Discord forum for example. It’s really disappointing for those of us that have invested years of our lives and thousands of pounds in my case. I hope things improve soon.
Gear
I really like the game, BUT…. It’s kinda hard to play when you can’t obtain the correct gear to upgrade your base. It cost millions of resources to upgrade your base because they don’t allow you to manufacture the gear that would save resources. You can’t even buy the construction super spy gear. They also don’t give you the option to obtain different Avatar’s. You can’t Win or buy them either. I won a skin for my base, I never received it. I have pictures to prove I won it but they denied it!! Other than the truth of the game as I have stated. I do enjoy playing. I wish they cared for their players but they don’t. It does get boring because it’s the same daily missions and harvest resources because it cost 141,000,000 food to upgrade my base. A little extreme because they will not offer the highest set of construction gear. Probably will quit this game. Gal@DTA
Great Game and players are fun.
I’ve played this game for about 3.5 years now. Overall it is a great game. The trick is to get in a good team group so you can get rewards faster. Events are often, and rewards for time spent are in good ratio.
Worst service and frauds
This game is nothing but a fraud! I have never seen a game that violates their own terms of service more! You literally can prove the game developers screwed up and send in a trouble ticket and they take weeks to run you around! Stay away from the game! Players quit, even after years of successful gaming! The developers charge major money to get equipment and then change it every couple of months costing you even more! Be ware! Keep your mortgage payments as this game is just a money pit and regions have died because of the lack of care by this game group! Invisible bases they know about and won’t fix, upgrading takes atleast 1000.00 per item, not worth anything! What a shame

Having Peace is a stupid idea
Trying not to attack tagged allaince won’t work cuz the member of the alliance I’m on lost some troops when they got attack.there’s no way you can bring peace because disadvantage is that you could lose more troops easily if you don’t strike back as a revenge,don’t waste time with peace because war is more important and peace is for the losers who become so sore

Not what they used to be
Company won’t acknowledge you. Recent update error got many zeroed out because they could not log back into game for over a day. Spend your money elsewhere. They never even apologized for the so called inconvenience. This has become the normal for their so called customer service. KOA or GOG would be a better investment by far !!
A good game
Like the game a lot however as you go up the levels you will have to spend real money. The creators seem to like lots of boxes to open. I would like the ability to stop all attacks for a couple of weeks in one go just in case there are emergencies or family holidays, etc. Also, find a lot of plays stop/quit as it does get a bit repetitive.
Frozen screen
So I tried to start a new game today and while I was going through the tutorial my game screen just froze, I tried restarting my phone and even reinstalled the game multiple times but the screen is still frozen, please fix the issue, i’m not able to play or even switch to another account.

If you ever get a subscription to this game and want to cancel they will block you blame it on your WiFi, tell you that you do not have enough storage, tell you to uninstall and reinstall and then you are done. Many years playing and now I can’t play because I stopped my subscription

Hi I have two accounts for zday this player 17064a3a4c0. Want move to 87 region . I fail my zday need 5 level then move to 87 region but I am 7 level and want back to five level umm
Pay to play, this game is worse than pay to win.
Their so called "free to play experience" is now non existant. Don’t waste time downloading this game. You are 1 year too late to be able to enjoy it. It was good for the first 6 months. Sadly, the game developers have run this game into the ground. With each update the game gets worse and requires more and more spending to stay competitive. There are no new gameplay features but plenty of extra mindless collecting and items added that require money. The customer service is atrocious/non-existent/un-interested. Shame really because I made some new friends, but we have all left to play something different
Can’t sync with google account

Hola a mi me gustaba mucho el juego e invertí mucho dinero que a la mera hora perdí me dio mucha tristeza que al unirse con otra compañía el juego iba a ser mejor pero fue lo contrario empezaron las fallas perdí una base que ya era 40 y a hora no me deja entrar en el juego trató de mandar correos pero solo me contesta la máquina ellos ya no se toman en cuenta a los jugadores solo dicen que ya lo arreglaron pero sigue en lo mismo si en verdad les interesa mucho su juego te ayudarán tengo más de 5 años jugándolo y e mandado más de 20 formularios que ni te contestan Si algún día lo llegan a arreglar empezaré de nuevo a comprar como lo aria antes

I enjoy the gameplay and comraderie in an Alliance. Don’t think most Alliances are for kids just due to the chat. It’s a war game but you can choose to shield and not join the war. I enjoy the gathering and growth of the game.
