Good guy
He did wait for me
Be careful!
Driver pretended to pick me up and charged me, though he didn't. I complained for days to the otaxi service for days and never received a single response. Horrible company, no customer support...

الخدمه ممتازه جداً ولكن الأسعار مبالغ فيها جداً
Issue with changing card details
If I ever want to change my card details (UAE bank) it works once in a million. Please fix this bug.
Behave some drivers
Some drivers accept the ride , when they arrived to customer the refused the price which mentioned until the application and asked to cancel the ride !!! What a service?
Great ride
I enjoy every ride with otaxi
Just awful
The fact this is my first review should go just to show how horrendously awful this app is. It genuinely feels neglected. The most disappointing lacking feature is the inability to save locations. This is just a basic feature which many other navigating applications have.

High price
Very costly
Salalah Airport
you can not use this application for taxies from and to Salalah Airport
Nice taxi
Nice driver
SMS CODE / SIGN UP NONSENSE
Did not receive an SMS code or WhatsApp notification during sign up. Tourists beware!
Map
Before, the map was more accurate.
Very bad location accuracy
Nice app, great drivers but 50% of locations are not correct . Drivers stop far from my location . Hotels names show different streets . Since last update location accuracy is worse
Very expensive
The system and time to respond is very good but the price is too much
review
the behavior of driver was professional.
It doesn’t work on Rooming package
I’m a visiting muscat for few days and I don’t have Omani line, the application don’t work on rooming package.
Prices Increased!
App updated and the prices have been increased. Didn’t see that mentioned in the notes!
No code
I can’t register. It doesn’t send the code on my phone
Tips
Should allow for tipping
Good
Very easy to use
Cell phone was not working
I am visitor and bought new SIM card. Register Otaxi, but can not got message. Cell phone was not working
Perfect in Muscat, difficult in Nizwa.
In Muscat was a godsend, cheap, quick, easy. In Nizwa however every single driver we used either honestly didn’t know how the app functioned, were feigning ignorance to try and double charge us. Overall even in Nizwa we appreciated the app, but the process was more difficult and frustrating than it had to be.
Challenge
I just landed today and i was advised to use Otaxi in Oman , i don’t have Omani number and when i put UAE number , even it’s available in drop down menu I don’t get the activation code on my phone !
great app but not tourist friendly
app is good as long as my plan allows me to use data… but the app is cheating if you are in a hotel as it is only offer luxury drive. while is a great experience it is very expensive for day to day use of it. I will rather rent a car

Fahad was a very polite man
Completely unusable
The app won't let you book any taxis without first confirming a phone number via SMS or whatsapp, but for multiple numbers I tried, it never sends the code no matter how long you wait and how many times you try to resend it. This makes the app 100% unusable
Good app but beware of location restrictions
Otaxi economy taxis are restricted in where they can pickup clients. So for instance if you order a car in the hotel, you can I’ll be limited to a luxury car that can cost over 2x the normal orange taxis.
The feedback
The apps is good, but need some improvement. During the registration the otp is not come from first time and sms doesn’t work with outside numbers. The location on the map show not exactly place where I am.
Easy to use
Too good app useful
App is not working
After the last update, the app just logged out of my account and now won't send SMS to my phone. It's impossible to log back in, and reaching support is unrealistic. Moreover, many of my acquaintances are facing the same issue.
Simple app, friendly drivers
Easy and simple to use. Very convenient and good prices. Drivers I’ve got so far were very friendly and polite with clean cars. 1 star less since the pink (female) taxi doesn’t have enough drivers and you often have to wait 15-20min for it. Hope this can be fixed soon!
E Receipts
E Receipts should be accessible right away in the app.
good
good music good behavior
Bad first experience
Am having trouble with maps in this app driver got lost in claims not knowing the pickup area, cant see driver profile or number before trip am using uber uk very smoothly and never had such problems
Very convenient
Good connectivity and accepts credit cards. This is great
Won’t let me top up
So in the past this has been a great app being able to top up with my card but now for some reason I am unable to add to my wallet so only way is to pay cash.
Useful and helpful
Drivers are really good and price is ok.
Beyond awful
If this is a taxi service, then the moon is made out of cheese. The service didn’t work at my hotel in Hawana. When I hailed a car, the driver would call and ask for a rate higher than what is written on the app. Then when I asked him to honor the price on the app, he would simply cancel. And when I finally did hail a taxi, the driver wouldn’t follow the map on the app. Only use this app if you want a good laugh or need to be irritated.
Taking too long to fix the app problem
There is a problem in the app facing the drivers and the customer, and I have to deal with it for 3 days and it takes long for every time I’m ordering
Very honest & kind
Very honest & kind , thank you
Phone number verification dose not work
I didn’t receive any codes.
Update the map
Please update the map because most of the location of drop off address wasnt there..you can use or link the waze app for updated addresses.
