The people that get on this flight are the scum of the earth. Dirty and rude, African and Punjabi trolls. They need to use camels to travel and not planes. Absolutely disgusting human beings.

I do not understand how you do justify charging 60.90 for credit card payment. That is unfair charge and you should refund the money.
Too many glitches
Dear software development team, Please check deeply functionality of your app because too many glitches happening. It didn’t allow me to select current user I had to put details manually. Also when used browser Chrome couldn’t advance from passenger details on because Review button not working at all to proceed to finish booking. It’s shameful considering the good services this airline provides for passengers. Thank you

Booking not automatically saved
The bookings are not saved in the app , despite using skyward I need to manually enter the information every time

Very good but why can’t one copy and paste info on the EK number. Easier to book than the website.

It supposed to do one main job and it is showing future booking and tickets BUT it can not. Extremely bad designed and each every 2 minutes I have to enter my username and password because it’s not saving my credentials Extremely inconvenient for travel. Never trust this app and save your booking somewhere else

Great app but
I like fly Dubai app. It is easy to use and quick to book a flight. However, I don’t like the extra charges imposed when paying by Knet or Mastercard and the ticket prices are more expensive than other economical airlines.

Terrible App for a sub par airline
My flight from Salalah to Dubai was delayed 5.5 hours for no apparent reason. The folks at the counter and onboard the plane had no explanation, and the App never updated that the flight was delayed at any point. Furthermore the app crashed every time I tried to check in. I will be avoiding FlyDubai in the future.
The calendar doesn’t work
Great app. But the calendar doesn’t work properly. Open the app and choose book a flight ✈️ then choose date the calendar will open and you will see what is the problem then. Thank you.

Bookings disappear information of flights not clear. Definitely needs improvement.

Poor Interface with Lots of Bugs
When selecting country code for a phone number, United States (+1) shows up as +9. Adding a Skywards number always shows up as “incorrect”. Canadian flag is shown when listing United States as billing country.

Great App, but the fact that I had to scroll every time to find the UAE at the bottom of the list is slightly annoying. Some Apps allow you to type the first letter of the country's name and it will take you there. Thanks
Ruined by push notifications
It’s a nice app, but unfortunately it’s ruined because it sends promotions in push notifications very frequently. I didn’t want to turn notifications off, in case there’s an actual useful notification about my flight, and there’s no way to just turn off the promo ones. I deleted the app as soon as I took my flight.
