Sweet Escapes is so adorable and very cute I wish there could be more new places to renovate like a wedding cake bakery where wedding cakes can be made for soon to be married couples or a French Crepe Shop where only crepes can be made plz add more new sweet bakeries and shops in this game I love the cute characters so much
Wont refund a purchase
I’ve written them days ago about a charge on my account for 54 dollars. I did not get the package that was paid for in that package. I’m currently waiting for Apple to refund my 54 dollars. Update: Apple refunded me 54. And the reps are still ignoring my inquiry. Oh well
Love It, But Also…
Cute game. I totally love it. The premise, the treats, the decor, everything. I’ve been playing it a lot recently and I’m up to the ice cream parlor. I completed Joy’s cake set and I really love all my designs and sometimes I just look at them. So it’s like moving to the next set. Cool. So I go to the next set, and I try to scroll backwards to look at my old cakes and they are just gone. I panic and look it up and yeah you can’t view your old cakes again. I’m sorry, but that’s crazy. You work hard on unique cake designs for them to just be deleted? Then what are you decorating them for if they just go away! I have a lot of positive things to say about this game, it is great, but I would be relieved and very happy if you looked into this for a future update. Thank you so much.
Ads…
Holy Ads Batman. After nearly every level is a long ad that makes it feel like half my time is watching them. Also, the skip needs to be better. Half the time I press it does nothing.
Too hard
I really love this game. At first you only needed two coins to build in your bakery, then it gets upped to four. The levels are so difficult to pass. I don’t have a problem with difficult games, but sweet escapes go too far. The levels are too difficult where it makes the game not fun anymore. I have been playing for about 4 months and it just isn’t fun and relaxing anymore, so I’m deleting it.

Frustrating takes your money
This game is so fun except for the fact that it will randomly shut off and cancel all of your progress and take you back down to nothing. When I have a streak going on or I’m playing the bean counter game this is extremely frustrating because it knocks you down to the bottom level of the rankings and takes away all of the boosters you’ve earned. I feel like this is their way to get you to spend more money to buy the extra coins which I’ve done just to have them take them all away.
New chapters
I love this game. But I keep doing the same chapters over and over again. Can you please add new chapters.

Too much reading. Even when you hit Skip, it still goes through the whole thing.
Very angry at the new update
I played this game for months on end and I loved it so much!!! And now after this brand new update. There is ads that keep popping up after every level. I hate games like that so I’m not sure I will be playing anymore after this. It was a awesome game and experience, it’s a shame that pop up ads are now is this game.

Use to be fun
If you love ads interrupting your game then this is the app for you. This was one of my favorite games. Exciting levels fun interactions now it’s just a huge ad app filled with ads every minute you play a level so disappointing. Will have to just delete it now☹️
Amazing but needs improvement
I LOVE this game! It’s really fun to do and gives me a challenge at the puzzle games. One problem is that sometimes when you didn’t meet your goals for the level, it sometimes doesn’t give you the ads when I don’t have enough coins to get the extra 5 moves. Would love it if you would please fix this. Thank you! ☺️

Star Amounts are RIDICULOUS
6 stars for an entrance??? I shouldn’t have to play 6 levels to do ANYTHING. 4 stars is the absolute maximum. Game is good otherwise, but that is just pathetic.

I’ve been stuck in the same chapter and can’t advance to the next. I used my stars for the same items over and over again and now I have none. You have a huge glitch that needs to be fixed and I want my stars back!!
Too many ads
One I got to certain stage. There is an ad after each completed game. Not every couple games……. After every single game! Very annoying, I don’t play it as often anymore.

The only reason I am uninstalling is due to the ads. They appear after every level you play. They also affect the sounds and music of the game, they will randomly become mute.
Les pubs font planter le jeu
J’aurais mis 5 étoiles si ce n’était des pubs qui sont trop fréquentes et qui font planter le jeu. J’aimerais une option pour acheter et enlever les annonces. Le jeu lui même 5 étoiles, mais avec les annonces 1 étoile, donc je donne une moyenne de 3 étoiles, même si je joue de moins en moins à cause des annonces.
BEST MATCH 3 DESIGN GAME
One of the best games I’ve ever played. I often come back to it and just remember how much I enjoy it! The levels are crazy hard or too easy, good story line and gives hella lives fairly often! Would love a little more design options at times but overall love love love this game!
So many Ads
I like this game and I play it often. However there are way too many ads within the game and they take 40 seconds to two minutes sometimes. If you beat a level you’ll see a shorter ad before going back to your main point and if you lose you get an option to watch a video for three more moves to beat your game. It crashes when you watch a video and there goes some of your progress. You’re not “baking” anything, you get choices of three items to set up your restaurants. It’s basically puzzles games and you receive coins and bragging rights for a team you could play with. This is just something to pass your time and also lose your time because ADS!
Sweet escape
It is so fun you can build your own cake shop and even decorate it with your own colors that they request to you and it’s so so fun you guys should download it and when you get stars you get to go to the shop and get the things that you need in your cake shop and I bet you’ll love it too

I’ve reached level 9366 and the stories of the inhabitants of this frozen island keeps repeating itself! Are there no more stories???

I love this game. The only thing I dislike is that whenever I have to close the app in the middle of a level it takes away my first try reward and classes it as a failed level Other than that I love it. The gameplay is really exciting and I enjoy getting new characters and shops. I 100% recommend it to anyone who gets bored easily (like me) it has hours of endless fun in it.

A great game spoilt
Used to love playing this game everyday but playing in portrait mode spoils the game play for me… and now means that I can’t play whilst charging my iPad as the screen won’t flip either so my charger cable is sticking out the bottom so I can’t prop it up Shame because it is is good game that has kept my interest for months, which is rare for me…

I love this game and it’s so addictive! I spend more money on it than I should, but I’m getting frustrated with how many times it crashes and I have to do about 10 levels that I’ve just done again! Considering deleting the game because of this!
Too many long ads
I enjoyed this, but the ads got longer and longer. Came from candy crush over 6000 and was impossible. It was fun while it lasted. I don’t pay to play. Royal Match is the only game I found with no ads. Free with no watching ridiculously long ads 1 min is what they have me watching when I complete a level.

I have been playing this game for over 3 years and now I can’t get into it. I am the leader of a team Delish. When I tried to download it, it pops up with a new content and it’ll start downloading and then it stops. I have contacted the app administrator to no avail. Someone please help me get back into the game.
Great game
Really good game however the animations aren’t so good. It is addressed to a young generation such as 4 and 5 year olds but the mini game is entertaining. Four stars.
Used to be fun
This game used to be fun. Since the introduction of the bean machine, it has been frustrating more than anything. They did this to reduce moves so you wind up paying to play. They also cannot keep up with the players who are at the end of the story. Even when they have a chapter that you can complete, they stick you in the Cupcake Run instead of letting you earn the stars to progress in the story.
Fun, but misleading advertising
I downloaded this because I got to put a cake together. No cakes are made. This is a match 3 decorate game. It’s not different or fun. Please stop misleading the public. Thank you

This is the best game I have ever played
Lost everything…including my money!
I used to LOVE this game, but about 10 days ago, I lost all of my progress, my team, and my purchases. I had purchased a large reward package anticipating playing later that night and when I went into my game, EVERYTHING was gone and I went from level 3,000 something to level one. The only change I see, is the game now has ads, my player ID is the same. I have reached out to Support with little help, have been responded to once. I answered their questions and have not heard anything else. I’m allowing days for a response, too. I suppose they have my money and don’t much care how frustrated I am. Now I have to contact the bank to dispute charges- sooo frustrating!
Awesome but hard
I have reached level 125 now I love this game! But I’m just finding this level super tricky to me it’s impossible I was wondering if we could get free boosts every day for our log in rewards? It would be such a great help!
Sweet at beginning annoying from island level
It’s very sweet and attractive at the beginning until you get to island level. For every little thing you have to play 6 difficult level just to have the characters talk to each other!? Plus all the annoying ads in between is really annoying. The only reason to play this game is to enjoy it’s theme and it’s sweetness. Other wise there are tons of serious game out there to be played. Developer, please take it easy on this game. Please take ONLY one or two star for each update and do something about the ads.

I originally really love this game but I’ve totally lost interest in it it’s too expensive for one thing and number two you want four stars for somebody to go talk to somebody else about a recipe or point of it was to be able to decorate the place and make it pretty and design it and it’s all about four stars to read the new recipe for stars for interviewing with scoop I don’t find that funny at all I find it very boring that I have to get four stars just for some little animal to go talk to another animal so I’m deleting it
