What’s horrible app. What a horrible developer. This app and system have been riddled with bugs and other problems. Push notifications just stopped working. No WiFi/ not connecting
Not able to view cameras with 4/5g but on WiFi it works. What has changed? Was working fine until about two weeks ago.
Lorex Cirrus Funciona!
Al fin después de tantísimo tiempo, puedo ver mis cámaras desde mi celular! No estoy llorando, me calló algo en el ojo, descargue LOREX CIRRUS y funcionó a la primera para mi modelo LHA2116 aunque no funcionó para mi otro modelo que es LHV2016 PD: Lorex Cloud Apesta y sigue sin funcionar! Solo puse 5 estrellas para ver si a alguien más le funciona con sus modelos!

Aspect ratio and ddns bug
I am having the exact same aspect ratio problem as the other person, when it’s in portrait mode it messes everything up when you switch it back to landscape mode and looks weird and stretched… Also another issue that was never fixed for years every since I bought and installed cameras. Whenever I am connected to my cameras via ddns domain and I minimize the app, the cameras don’t refresh and it gives an error. I have to close the app and reconnect via ddns in device manager again to view my cameras… When I switch the connection from ddns to wifi (in device manager) and use local ip address at home it always work fine. But leaving my house and using ddns it does that… really annoying and wish this could be fixed When will you finally update it? 3/1/2025… Update 2 It’s 2026, I’m very disappointed that nothing was addressed? What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t work as it should… smh
Mobile data connection
All of a sudden I can’t view cameras on mobile data like 4g/5g etc…. on the app but I can if I connect to a wifi connection. Nothing has been changed on my end and I am not sure if this is an app issue like a bug, I have went through all settings and also reset everything and still this continues.

Push notifications not working
Push notifications are kind of essential and it’s been down for a week . Turning them on and off won’t work.
Si sirve pero difícil de acceder
La app si funciona el problema es que ni siquiera sé bien cómo le hice para que pudiera ver las cámaras. Lo que hice fue descargar la versión más actual del programa para mi computadora e ingresando a mi cuenta, le di add device y detectó el NVR y ya después por alguna extraña razón ya pude añadir mi NVR a los celulares tanto manualmente como escaneando el código QR . No sé si a todos les funcione esto mismo.
iOS 26 update???
Not the best app, but better than having nothing I guess. So with that being said, the app literally just stopped working a few days ago or so. What is the point of having an app to view security cameras no matter where you may be and no matter the time of day as well if the app doesn’t even work at all????? Please update and fix this issue!!!
Stopped working after IOS 18.3 update
The app has been very reliable until I updated to IOS 18.3. Since then, the video does not work. Is there an incompatibility or does the app need updating. Note: the a works fine on non IOS 18.3 devices.

Been using the old Lorex secure on 2 systems. No problems. Able to see both work yards from any where. When switched over to cloud app, only one system logged. Main system didn’t log and tried everything to get it to connect to main system. But i just get spinny wheel when I tap connect then nothing. I don’t know if it’s connecting or what? Why change something that wasn’t broke. Very dissatisfied disappointed and frustrated!!! Sort it Lorex!!!! For all those out there who are having trouble using this app to run their system like I did, I would highly recommend downloading the Lorex cirrus app. The cirrus app Seems to run only high definition systems in my experience but to the same standard as the old secure app. The cloud app in my experience runs the 4K high definition system is the same as the old secure app. So basically try both apps for your system and one of the apps should work perfectly.
App needs an update from developer
Since June 8, 2026 haven’t been able to get any push notifications through the app. Saw the developer post on another recent review saying to make sure the app is up to date or download and reinstall it. Yeah no kidding we need an actual update on the app there developer. That’s the problem

Works only on PC
Installed the original a couple of weeks ago. Worked extremely well on PC and my iPhone. However was informed that I have to switch to Lorex Cloud. Now it only works on my PC, not the phone, tried both 4G and WiFi. Hoping this will be sorted out

Right left a really bad review a couple of weeks ago when I first went over to the new app as was having major problems when trying to remote into my cameras .... couldn’t connect or taking ages to load images and no live feed ... been in the phone today to Lorex and have to say sorted it all out ... now system is running perfectly... just hope by changing my recto haven’t jinxed myself 🤣

Lorex App - Amazing App
Just had to move from FLIR to Lorex and was apprehensive because of the reviews. I should not have worried. Very easy to move over and works perfectly. Quicker than the old FLIR app and massive functionality. I can even watch previous recordings on my phone or tablet. Well done Lorex.

Ever since the last update on June 16th the loading has been very slow
It does work if you’re on WiFi.
A lot of people are saying that this does not work. Well I’m going to go against the grain and tell you that it does. I don’t know if other users have been using it on 3G or 4G only and that’s why they’re thinking it’s not working because I’ve been using it on WiFi not only at home to test but out and about at restaurants and locations that I’m logged in to on their WiFi and it works perfectly well in the UK. Admittedly it takes up to 10 seconds to login and boot up from the second you start the app but my life isn’t that busy that I can’t wait 10 seconds. If it didn’t work for me believe me it would be uninstalled and a bad report would have been left. The facts remain that you don’t have a choice now as you have to use Lorex Cloud because it’s going to be the only option available for these cctv systems. I’m using this on a digital cctv and analog cctv systems both Lorex systems. It works on both but my analog Pan Tilt and Zoom cannot be controlled using this app. Hopefully Lorex will rectify this issue at a later date? I am a UK user and have had theses systems working for over five years now with no problems.

App needs major updating. Screen gets cut off when holding in landscape. Navigating motion detection is difficult and app dosent mark times of movement like other lorex apps

Receiving failed to connect. Deleted app and installed the app again. Now I can’t even contact to the app at all….

Getting notification on pushed to phone of motion detected, but the app is not displaying or recording events.
Garbage
Half the time I have 2 or 3 of our cameras that don’t show up in this app. Sometimes they do but most of the time they do not. Very frustrating.
