Amazing Server!!!
Thank you Trinity for Your Friendly fun and excellent service. The food was terrific too!!
Codes don’t work
Why do the promo codes say accepted and then “expired” when you go to redeem. Very disappointing!!!
Feature not working
The gift card balance merging feature does not work, and it’s honestly terrible. I first encountered this issue more than six months ago. I recently opened the app again and tried to merge my gift card balances. I currently have four gift cards and would like to combine their balances into one, however the feature still doesn’t work, and apparently no one has fixed the issue
Great Patio
Ordered food, it took 30 minutes to get to the table. Got to do better.
Great Place
We had a great time and service was awesome
NA Beverage
$7.98 charge for drinking pop? You already charged me $3.99 for a pop. Thats ridiculous.
June 9th
Her eyes sparkled like the stars… Michela was very efficient and worked very hard to make the meal a great time! Best ever!!
Platter
Found long blonde hair sticks with cheese in layers in nacho platter. I took pieces out of plate. I didn’t tell the waitress.
Very prompt!
Alanie was great! She was very on top of refilling our drinks, and was super considerate of the fact that we needed to pay early so we could relieve our babysitter. Excellent service!
Hockey night
Donair pizza lacked flavor and crust tasted frozen. Sauce was runny. Bar staff extremely rude and not helpful.
Points tracking???
Scanned the bar code & it showed “You just received +2158 points” then below it showed Total points 1767. Seems like something ain’t right???
Exceptional service
Ryan R was an absolute gem of a waiter. He was kind, courteous and so friendly. We had a great dinner and even had dessert. He was wonderful to have as a waiter. We will be back.
Hate this app. Can’t delete my account.
I’ve been trying to delete my account and remove my information. I have looked through the app and there was no obvious method to delete my account. I went in their website and the only ‘contact us’ section refers me to call a restaurant, but they don’t know how to delete my account either. Why is there zero support for this app??
