Free food
App works well and it’s nice to be able to get free food.
Ordered in App and didn’t get the food
Order at 12pm on the app. Called the place at 1pm since food was not here. But opa had made it. The uber delivery driver somehow could only drop off at 2pm. lol just go in and pick up your food.
Greek Salad
I have never had their food, my sister said you need to try it so I ordered the Greek salad, the lady asked me if I was OK with the black olives and the feta cheese. I said sure the only problem was I got the Greek salad. I got the feta cheese. I got 2 olives, I would like to have had more olives, but I wonder if two was the going rate 😆 As for the amount of money they charged me there should of been more olives. The salad was good, but nothing grand.
App hangs and gets unresponsive
Ordered thru app for first time. Wouldn’t send completion of order. Kept spinning. Ordered twice. No email notice.
no deals in app for single person meal, food portions used to be much better
the app was actually hard to find and even more difficult to use, what’s the point of the app if the deals are all 2 person combos and i am not 2 people i used to go to Opa all the time - the food and especially meat portions in the wraps was amazing and they would always add extra hummus or tzatziki if you wanted for no extra charge
Need more Opa locations
LOVE the souvlaki plate, chicken, bread and the best caesar salad yummmmm. Can you please add a location in North Battleford? 🙏🏻
Difficult to use the app
The font typeface is seriously too narrow to read! Not all users are young with sharp eyesight!

Food was good for the price, Jass was fantastic too. I’ll be back for sure.

Deleted order before placed
Wanted to order a bunch of food for takeout. Took ten minutes to get all the items added. Said food would be ready in 5 mins so I decided to wait to submit the order for a few minutes until I was on my way. Went to submit the order and it was gone. Deleted. Nothing. I didn’t even close the app bro. It was maybe 5 mins. Like come on.

Improvement needed
It would be nice to have 2 of the same protein options when choosing a platter meal. But instead you have to pick 2 options and hope that the staff read the notes to get 2 of the same proteins. Also In store and extra tzatziki is $.35 extra when you order a meal, but no option for this as and extra when ordering a meal. U have to go to the sides option and order the extra tzatziki for full price. Basically, it’s just app adjustments to make it more user-friendly when ordering. Every page options should also offer an additional protein at the bottom as an option or adding aside like an extra potato or extra rice.
It got worse?
I can't believe I managed to order within my lunch hour... I just had to log in, register my face, search for my city, select a location, select a meal, redeem points, have no way to go back to my cart... Then search my city, select my location, order ANOTHER meal and redeem my free meal, then go to my cart, remove the first meal, select no tip, redeem my free meal again, then get stopped by tip selection and remove it again, pick a no payment method and check out...
Marketing Emails don’t stop
I un-subscribe and opt out of emails but then keep coming.

Super annoying to use always signs me out .. never saves things . No points displayed.. There are some places that just don’t need apps Most food places don’t need one
Rude staff
The staff is so rude. They talk like they are doing a favour on you.
Sluggish app, Apple Pay not working
App is a little over complicated, when creating an account it does not allow the phone to suggest an entry from saved contacts, Apple Pay not working. Look forward to the food though

This app is good. Excellent rewards program, intuitive layout, high functionality and happy users
App Feels Broken
I’ve never had this app successfully work, it updated and actually got worse, now it’s saying my email has no matching guests and it won’t allow me to create a new account, after I’ve entered all the information the button to register is greyed out and doesn’t allow me to tap it. Terrible terrible app, but the location I go to is great and the employees are awesome. Food is great too.
Getting an online offer
I got an online offer for rice bowl, but one get on free. It was very difficult to get even the person taking my order an OPA! Employee had to try more than once. I didn’t like that I had to pay in the app so I had to input my card. Not the best experience.
Staff need to check the app!
The app itself is great, however the 5+ times I’ve used it the staff haven’t looked at the screen. I arrive and ask for my order and it hasn’t even been started yet!
Dinner for 2
Falafel and Chicken Pita’s Ordered via the app but, I screwed up and redeemed my points by accident via the app and not at the Mission Location. Jaspreet was amazing and helped me figure out what I did wrong. She made all our order to go as requested and filled our pitas with delicious food. I requested extra jalapeños and hot sauce, just as I like it extra spicy. My wife very much enjoyed her Chicken Pita, and I very much enjoyed my Falafel Pita. Thanks to Jaspreet for honouring my oops redemption and making a snack falafel to go. That’ll be my midnight snack. Great food as always. Clean tables, restaurant and bathrooms. Well done Mission OPA!
Great restaurant, TRASH app
Don’t even bother with this app, it won’t take your card no matter what. Every other place has never had a problem with my card. Embarassing. Don’t bother with the website either, it is just as useless.
Mediocre
I placed the order online and walked into the store. My order was ready 10 minutes after it said it would be and I watched walk in customer who came in after I get there food before me. It shouldn’t take a total of 30 + minutes for Opa food
Easy and clear
I find this app very easy to navigate, clear questions, and answers. The options help you order your items without hassle.
Useless app
I don’t like to use apps from restaurants. Finally I downloaded and started using Opa’s app. Suddenly just didn’t work anymore. Tried to reset password, etc.

Impossible to use
Tried to order some food. It’s basically impossible. It feels like a mobile browser version of a website that is not scaling properly
Great lunch
The Greek salad vegetables were fresh and crisp. The portion size was great. Service was fast and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and pleasant.
Way too long
I ordered one pita wrap. It had been 21 minutes so far IN STORE waiting for them to give me my food. Wth.
Love the app
One if the best apps out there for fast food restaurants. Very easy to use. Once the order has been submitted the reciept stays on screen so easy for pickup!
Rewards don’t work
I used the reward app multiple times when purchasing food. However the points never show up.
