I’ve been playing this game for over 4 years!! Never had a single complaint. Makes the game achievable without spending money. Plus no ads! Haven’t been able to find a game that I can continuously keep coming back to! (Mind you I’m on level 622)

If there is a “free pass” access, not every “free” item should have to have a commercial to get; maybe every five? Other than that, I love that you get to still make coins even if you lose which gives you better chances to achieve the goals.

My goodness, got back on this game after a year hiatus…. Now I remember why. An ad after EVERY single level?! And 5.99 to go ad free? That’s insane and real sad because this game is so fun! But I can’t do it with so many ads. Fix it please.
It gets too difficult
The game becomes too difficult to beat unless you purchase power ups even if you’re really good. I really had fun with it but now it’s not fun when it’s no longer about skill and more about paying to beat it. Unfortunate.

BRING BACK FREE 10 SECONDS
Love this game. But they got rid of the option to watch an ad for a free 10 seconds if you fail the level. A lot of these levels are almost impossible to beat without the free 10 seconds or spending real money. BRING BACK THE FREE 10 SECONDS!!!!!

Get ready to spend money
While it is an engaging and fun game, be prepared to play to pay. I’m on game 79-2, they make you play each level twice. They have it set way too hard where you are either paying to extend the amount of time to hit the unrealistic goal or you are using boosters that cost money. I probably would have kept the game and continued to play if the level is obtainable. Instead I know it a money grab because not way you can win the majority of levels without spending money. I also don’t like that I have to play each level twice. That’s wild. It was hard enough the first time.

They never have a new level ready and so they have these side games that are ridiculously hard and I would’ve NEVER bought the monthly gold pass if I had known that they didn’t have a new level because you can’t play old restaurants and levels but it doesn’t go towards the gold ticket rewards so it’s very frustrating!!! 😫 I think 🤔 I might delete because I’ve contacted customer service regarding this issue but they DO NOT CARE! You’ve been warned 🤬
Good game but…
This is a really good game I love it so much it is probably the best cooking game ever the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because in order to claim rewards on the tier list for the events you have to watch an ad to maim each gift and when you watch an ad, you have to wait for an ad to load and then claim the other rewards one by one which is annoying but other than that best game ever.
Ads after each stage
I understand you need ads to run the game, however, running an ad after EACH stage is ridiculous! I CANNOT enjoy the game anymore because I that after I finish the stage, an ad will be waiting for me to watch! Your game was one of the best I've played before the ads came in, I just downloaded it again because I wanted to have fun but your ads are really excessive. No other way than to pay. So sad.
Fun Game
This game is so fun to play. However, after reaching certain levels regardless of customers and they will find a way to make you pay for something. So pay attention to that. I think I’m ready to delete the game bc it’s not hard to play just hard to win. You’ll see what I mean.

Fun game until you make progress, then it demands money to progress. Even when I have already spent money to buy perks, it will not let me move forward unless I buy more. Doesn’t even give option to watch videos for perks that will actually do anything. So disappointing.

Great game but….
I enjoyed playing this game . The levels were hard but I made it quite far and now I’m stuck at a level that I just can’t get past after trying many ,many times and after using all the boosters. So I just stopped playing , it’s such a pity

The game has been created amazingly , you genuinely won’t want to stop playing it , because you want to progress through the levels … so why 3 stars? Because they have created the game where you are constantly spending your money on it, purchasing diamonds and/or upgrades to complete levels that can not be completed without them, and purchasing the newly bought diamonds with your money on game upgrade at 100 diamonds ; means you are constantly spending your money. And they have even made it that you have to watch ads to get your rewards and if you don’t claim your rewards prior to deadline you lose it. I really do advise if you do not have the finances or even if you do , please note the game makes it so you have to buy to progress; I HAVE WARNED YOU !!

Literally every stage cleared, failed there is an ad very frustrating. Will be uninstalling the game. I want to play a game not spend more time watching ads. Then stages you are forced to watch ads to clear it or forced to spend money to clear it. Money hungry game. Nice game though but too many ads and also has limited number of food trays. Don’t instal the game I’m sure there are better out there, will be hunting for something else
Great game but I would like a few requests
The Weekly reward like the daily rewards: First of all I would love if you cod get a weekly reward where you can get higher rewards the longer you streak is of like 1 booster of you choice or at least 3 gems The mini games: I would like mini games for coins. I wouldn’t like them like escape games only cooking pinball and stuff from these you get coins or gems The unbeatable levels: people will agree with me that lots of levels are easy but some are literally unbeatable without boosters; I have been trying to save up but I can’t so I would like the price of booster to be lowered to at least 75 Ok but now the good things The addiction: it’s so addicting and I can’t stop I stopped Minecraft just to play and I’m not trying to sound like an add and this game is awesome Groups: I love the way you can make groups and it’s so good That you don’t always have to get like 100 gems to make a group it’s only five gems so honestly I’m addicted!😀😀 Pls don’t change it from the turtle master 3000 Ps. Please change how if your not online for fifteen days and own a group then you aren’t the leader anymore. please change this because I recreated a group and this is why I rated this game a 4
Too difficult without spending money
I really enjoyed the first 80 levels but after that it became so hard to pass each level without using diamonds and other boosters. 67. Diamonds just to get three more customers is too much when 100 diamonds are 99p. The pushing of paying for stuff is also aggressive. I paid to go ad free and was hoping to just enjoy the game but I can’t so I’m uninstalling it.
Over Time
I’ve been playing this game for many years now. I find it really enjoyable. Frustrating at times, yes, because there are some levels that you simply cannot achieve without using boosters. Before today, I might’ve given 4 or even 5 stars. But I have become a little annoyed today, because i’ve collected shovels and done the “digging“ only to find that for every reward I’ve earned, I’ve got to watch an advert! That never used to be so. I understand that games cost time and money to be developed and the revenue from advertising goes towards that, particularly if the game is free to download. But I do purchase some of the packs from time to time so I’m not somebody just expecting everything to be free. I did find the adverts today to be really too much with result that I’m not going to collect all of my rewards because it would mean spending too much time, watching adverts of games that I have no intention of downloading.

Game glitches
I gave this five stars to catch people’s attention— the games great don’t get me wrong. But there’s a glitch in the game after a certain level (35) it takes you to a screen where you have to click and invite friends. After you click it you can’t move anywhere else in the game, it’s stuck I’ve refreshed, deleted, re-downloaded the app and still nothing. Please fix this glitch overall the games fun but lowkey too many ads.

It's a fantastic game but deducting one star because of the relentless and cynical commercialisation. Everything that can be monetarised is monetarised. The owners/developers are just too greedy. Surely they can well afford to give away a littlle fun for free.
