The best router available
I can’t believe I didn’t know about MikroTik until now. The best router out there with a fraction of the cost. Truly amazing product.
Terminal Not Available
No terminal option found, android version has the terminal feature. Which is essential for every network engineer who use Mikrotik. Everyone use Mikrotik app from smartphone to remote troubleshooting. Without terminal it’s garbage.

Great for quick, on-the-go device inspection. Remember to give this app permission to access Local Network. Otherwise it won’t be as useful.
Unable to connect
Recently purchased a hAP ax3 router for home use and attempted to set it up. After assembling it correctly, powered it on and attempted to connect via their iOS app. After entering the correct password it failed to connect stating “connection refused”. You obviously cannot proceed any further at this point. Good news is that Mikrotik has been able to successfully reproduce the problem in their lab. An update hopefully should be coming soon since that was a little less than two months ago. Would like to see this addressed ASAP.

Works, but has a fairly horrible UX
I understand that things have to be crammed or in sub-screens and/or sub-menus in order to fit on iPhone, but it doesn’t have to be like this on iPad. So instead of using this app I find myself still using the web interface on my iPad, even though it is sometimes buggy on touch screens. It is still way faster to use than this app.

Concur with another reviewer: great potential, let down by not complying with Apple's accessibility guidelines. Try it for yourself; use VoiceOver to operate the app. Lots of functionality but it's hit or miss when a button has a useless label, like "left" when you mean back, or no label at all, like the Enabled state in a DHCP lease, which fortunately still uses the selection state of a button that can be voiced with VoiceOver, so once I figure it out, I can toggle the state. But really, just build out your UIs right across the board, the app, the web, and the CLI, so that it's actually possible to examine and change the state of the platform. Why doesn't the "print" command in /ip/dhcp-server/leases give the same output as WinBox or the app (I'm not a Windows user)? Shouldn't the CLI be *more* detailed? Anyway, yes, please work on the accessibility of the app. WebFig wouldn't be bad if it got more love and scope, too, and if you could control the rate of refresh of lists which jam VoiceOver because they happen too fast ...

I’m trying to figure out why things got so slow, and I cannot login to restart the router.
Incredible value across the board
I only run a minimal hEX S at home, balancing having to keep everything up for the family and my desire to tweak the Homelab. I’ve bounced around to a few different vendors and always come back to this little, amazing, gigibit-capable router because of the sheer amount of options and stability it’s shown me. This app is merely another added benefit of the Mikrotik ecosystem, and I find myself relying on it more and more especially as our family navigates kids being online. Well done, again, Mikrotik.

Doesn’t work
I love mikrotik, can’t get enough of that little router and I’ve built my home network around it. However, I can’t use this app, it won’t log onto any device for me, it used to work fine then suddenly stopped. I’ve tried to file a bug report but this also failed to send through! In case any devs are reading, I’m on routerOS. 6.47.7 and using iOS 14.1 App fails to log into any mikrotik I have, tied on a RB960PGS and RB2011UiAS
