Bad layout and a lots of issues
Since the whole layout changed to this old school version- I guess the IT is very old guy! Anyway, after that - it’s been a months of not being able to pay my bills anymore… the app is worse and worse… money don’t come instantly like used to…

È da ormai mesi che i dati delle mie carte virtuali sono inaccessibili. Ogni volta che provo a visualizzarli mi dice ‘Ci spiace, sembra si sia verificato un errore. Riprova più tardi’ Compro una carta nuova e il problema rimane.

Please, fix the app. I have the latest update, strong connection and the app just refuses to connect and load for the last several days. As far as the transaction- everything is going smooth and no issues

icard над 4 години бях със тях и след като купиш някоя криптовалута ти заключват профила и ти казват можеш да си истеглиш парите от сметката и след 2 месеца ще я заключим исцяло и ти казват ако имаш криптовалути можеш да си ги продадеш Да де ма като купиш криптовалута на 5 лева и я продадеш за 50 стотинки къде ти е файдата пълни мошенници по добре да се закрият жалко че си пропилях 4 години със тях . Няма смисъл да сте със тях това са хора който дори не знаят къде се намират ако можех щях да дам 0 звезди но не може

Ho aperto un conto iCard da circa un mese, all’improvviso dopo una ricarica sul mio conto mi viene bloccato il conto senza darmi una spiegazione è senza avere alcun avviso. Sono passate circa 15 ore dall’avvenuto blocco mi è stato chiesto di mostrare le carte con cui ricarico è un selfie di prova ho dato tutto il necessario. Mi è stato detto che è in supervisione di non so chi ente e nel frattempo non posso accedere a i miei fondi avendo anche dei pagamenti da effettuare. Capisco tutto il controllo e la sicurezza ma non potete bloccare un conto senza alcun motivo ! Ora sono in attesa che venga sbloccato. Davvero una brutta esperienza , sopratutto perché chi ha dei pagamenti da effettuare e rimanere bloccato non è piacevole . Spero che mi risolvono al più presto il problema è che possa ricredermi su ICard. Dopo 24 ore circa il mio accaunt ha ripreso a funzionare grazie alla collaborazione del supporto e me che gli ho stressato la vita . La mia recensione è per l’inconveniente creato a causa del blocco , quindi ho annullato i pagamenti perché non era più possibile farli. La mia domanda è perché dovrei mettere i mie fondi in Bulgaria se appena carico il conto rischio il ban ? Poi mi chiedevo e se le ricariche su iCard le facevo d un altro conto non mio come sarebbe finita la storia? Si deve avvisare prima di bloccare un conto? L’idea che c’è di base e buona ma devono migliorare su questi problemi. Di certo non posso spostare soldi all’estero e rischiare tutto sto processo rallentandomi, a questo punto li tengo in Italia che senso ha…….!

Разочароваща опит за копиране на идеята на Wise или Revolut на български: Напълно неадекватни такси за депозиране и теглене на средства. След откритие на акаунта, реших тестово да прехвърля 2 евро от Revolut. Получих само 1 евро (след уточнение с поддръжката, се оказа, че това е такса за внасяне на средства! И то не е упоменато никъде явно!). Освен това, за да изтегля останалото 1 евро, системата им иска да доплатя още половината! Всичко това напомня на някаква мошеническа схема от началото на 90-те години. Не успях да отворя акаунта, а след около две седмици получих писмо с искане да попълня ръчно (за уточнение) някаква декларация, да предоставя документи за произход на средствата (2 евро, вероятно) и още купища неща. Имайки много портфейли и платежни системи, съм крайно разочарован и просто удивен от този непрофесионален и мошенически подход. Не препоръчвам на никого тази "недокомпания".

Sono diversi anni che ho ICard, mi trovo bene, ma oggi ho scoperto dall’app di mio marito che non puoi più accedere a nessuna funzione se non crei un account digitare per effettuare i pagamenti!!!! MAI ACCETTEREMO UNA SIMILE SCHIAVITU’, questo senza nessun preavviso, se non ripristinano le funzionalità iniziali chiuderemo il conto, sia io che mio marito
Con nuovo Aggiornamento non funziona più
Con iPhone 13 Pro Max con il nuovo aggiornamento l’applicazione non funziona più… non si collega on line e va in crash. Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento, l’unico modo per farla funzionare è stato di non far “leggere” i contatti della rubrica. Così facendo ha ripreso a funzionare fino a pochi giorni fa, dove adesso non aggiorna più le attività, di conseguenza non aggiorna più nemmeno il saldo.

It is absolute trash. Sending money is very expensive, the app itself is not very easy to use. It is totally useless and stupid.

Uso Icard ormai da diversi anni ho aperto il conto con Leupay che poi è diventata Icard oltre al conto personale ho anche un conto business che uso tantissimo l’operatività e al top anche grazie alle app molto semplici e intuitive non ho messo 5 stelle solo perché non è possibile effettuare bonifici immediati che ormai sono offerti da quasi tutte le banche e ultimamente anche da poste italiane . Spero che presto venga fornito anche questo servizio che penso a breve soppianterà completamente i bonifici ordinari . Mi dispiace deludere i miei clienti che chiedono pagamenti più rapidi. A parte questo la consiglio davvero E già qualche mio amico a aperto il conto

Доста дълго време ползвах приложението и го препоръчвах на познати. В последно време постоянно иска да се логвам наново, телефони, кодове, смс и тн. А днес цял ден дава някаква грешка след като се логна или го отворя. В уеб също не мога да се логна защото дава грешка и на екрана за authentication в приложението. Съпорт няма. Само чат с някакъв бот, който задава един и същи въпрос. Чакам да се свърже с мен някой….

Salve, volevo segnalare che l’applicazione ceasha. Quando vado a rimuovere una giftcard per esempio si chiude l’app poi la riapro e comunque non ha rimosso nulla. C’è qualche bug. Potete risolvere? Grazie ho iPhone 13 pro

Disappointed lately
Although i enjoyed using my iCard most of the time it has not been so pleasant for me lately. The app has bugs and problems. I always have some kind of problems with the app loading or even opening. As someone who uses this card daily, i need to check my balance pretty often and i can't really do that now due to all the problems with the app. Please fix this!

Не мога да заредя или да изтегля пари от iCard ATM. Почивните дни, от никъде не могат да се вкарат пари в брой, защото OMV не работят, а бабкоматите не разпознават картата, при сканиране от телефона.

We use iCard for almost a year. This is the best Bulgarian bank. Easy to spend, to share expenses, we also use it for paying bills (you get the notification when you have a bill), to save. Also we can se how iCard team work on the app as it’s improving all the time! Thanks!

Insgesamt definitiv gut.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Was mich stört, dass durch 3Ds die Zahlungen immer per sms bestätigt werden müssen. Ich hoffe, demnächst kommt ein Update, wo man die Zahlung einfach in der App freigeben kann. Dann gibts definitiv volle 5 Sterne.

Generally good, some annoying bugs
Lately, I’ve had an issue where the app loads and shows the main screen but I still see a “loading” message which takes a long time to disappear, and I can’t use anything in the meantime. I also had a bug with some messages from friends, sometimes I get a notification with the message but when I press it, it does not appear. Last time, the message appeared in the chat 2 days later.
