Do not download this application, it charges you for each transfer you make and when you receive money (I have proof) UK bank and apart from that the payments always take more than half an hour to fall to any bank, my recommendation is that they do not use it, only in transfer last month they charged me £30 pounds

I wrote to them three weeks ago because they decided to close the savings pockets, but the money in them wasn't transferred to my account. I’ve been waiting for a response for three weeks, and the money is nowhere to be found. Be very careful with this bank.

Decent, it was nicer in 2022-23 Fun facts they charge you for not using the app and you can not see how much you have yo pay until they get the money from your account. I got the surprise of losing like €10 after adding €40. Decided to close account anyways. Also fees on every transfer.

Beware of customer service
Great app, but beware that when things go wrong the customer service is not great. My account and app was locked twice (for no reason) with no access to money and nobody to contact (only live chat is within the app which becomes unavailable) Check Trustpilot reviews before using as a serious banking alternative.
