Scam!stay away
I had some crypto in my account. I logged in after a while of not using the app and account was totally empty. When I contacted support they said I had been charged the full crypto for “lack of activity “ I checked my emails and there was no notification at any point saying this was or had happened. Can you imagine a bank just taking your money for not using the account??scam!!

Work's like clockwork and the support is the best one out there!✅ Got my card after 10 day's as well.🥂 Still missing an easy and quick transfer method to transfer founds to the app like Apple Pay in the future!🤞 We hopefully can see the XTP token on other exchanges soon with some liquidity for us traders and customers.🥂 Hopefully gets there like revolut.

Impossible de faire un retrait par virement bancaire pour la france !!!!! A changer très vite svp et aucun moyen de fermer/supprimer notre compte Tap. Svp RÉSOLVEZ CES PROBLÈMES !

Dommage qu’il n y ait pas de pays africain c’est moche. Là je suis au Gabon, et j’avais vraiment envie d’ouvrir depuis ici avec mon nouveau tel mais impossible. C’est moche les gars, faites quelque chose s’il vous plaît
Great user friendly platform
Was told about this site from a friend. Wish it was advertised better for others to use as this platform has great rewards for using the card and is so easy to use, like any other bank card but all online. That and all other facilities this app offers, it’s now my main store of money.

Lovely app. Great to use & it’s now my go to for onboarding fiat to crypto The bit it’s missing. When you click “max” to exchange funds. It should take into account fees! - I’ve got lots of dust left because I Cant figure out to the exact rate/fees

I used the in-App Chat to get my address changed (you can’t do it yourself as they need documentary proof.. so I submitted a .pdf of a recent bank statement. Their verification process accepted my document BUT their App did not reflect the Address change. They talked me through various things to do… logging out/in to their App erc. but it still refused the change (although they saud it was “now showing” on their side. They told me to DELETE the App COMPLETELY… then reload it from the 🍏Apple App Store… then Login again… which I did - and it WORKED !!! 😎 EXCELLENT SUPPORT, PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL and SUCCESSFUL!!! Thank you 🙏

Really impressive app. I have been using it for over a year and the service is amazing. I researched the app before using it and the company follows all of the rules and looks very trustworthy.
App doesn’t work if you have lost passcode
I have lost the passcode to the app as I have not used it in a long time. I click on the forget and it just brings up an ok box and does nothing.

Bonjour, J'ai un compte tap je me suis toujours connecté avec mon adresse mail. Aujourd'hui ils me demandent le code de vérification envoyé par sms alors que je n'ai plus ce numéro et du coup je n'arrive pas à récupérer mon compte. J'ai besoin d'aide s'il vous plaît. Merci.
Comisiones y facilidad
Creo que las comisiones son demasiado elevadas. Y la forma de gestionar transacciones es bastante complicada.

Simple interface, constantly updating and adding great new features. Fantastic FX rates with staking option. Use frequently for money transfers globally. Keep up the great work!
Beware they will take your assets
I downloaded this app in 2023 and haven’t used it much. I was just holding some crypto waiting for it to make some money. I just checked and found they had helped themselves to my crypto as payment for an inactivity fee. Spoke to support and apparently they can just take what they want. Users beware.

Can’t access my funds
I can’t access my funds. I type in my 5 digit passcode but when I press the reset button. It’s says I don’t have authorisation. There has been messages with a 6 digit code sent to my phone. Please how do I have access to my funds I hope this isn’t another scam company.

app crashes everytime you try and transfer money out, it has no problem accepting a deposit
Nice but needs work
Very nice app and I like it, but there are a few things to be said. The fees are a bit on the high side if you withdraw make sure it is an amount that is worth it, for example I withdraw some ETH and fee was around 15 USD. Also when you withdraw it takes a very long time before you receive the verification sms, it took approximately 5 to 7 minutes whilst the countdown time is 1 minute. I think this is only useful if you would like to add crypto to this app when you plan to use it to spend with the card. The card is pretty nice though. So it needs work and fees could definitely be lower, but I am not totally disappointed so hence the 3***
Fantastic Crypto bank
Safe secure, quick transactions, low fees and an exchange from crypto to fiat and back again that is regulated. What more do you want.
Costs
Costs are too high for routine usage of withdrawals and transfers. Just crazy and unsustainable
Promising app
I’m a big fan of Swissborg and feel this will be a great competing app soon if not better as you actually have your own bank account details which really helps with transfer of funds. The following improvements are needed, 1) A chart for each token to review recent and past history. 2) Auto buying 3) Favourites section

When the app was off iOS for a few days I emailed support and they answered me in hours saying it would be back online very soon, they then emailed me as soon as it was back on the App Store to let me know I could download it again. Next level support at a time I was a bit nervous, but was reassured and well looked after. Many thanks TAP
Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. The app literally told me I was approved, only to show a 'rejected' screen a second later. Don't bother downloading this if you don't want to be lied to.
Always crushed
Tap is a good crypto exchange BUT it always Crushed and my account block once and they unblock it last week. And. Now they block me again for the reason that i open and close the app FAST. Maybe they can sort this out ASAP

They closed my account after 4 years 50000 euro incoming so avoid i think they are scammers from Cyprus.

This is an utterly pointless token. I invested £50k just as it was being launched, with all sorts of promises. That £50k is now worth £77, not £77k, just £77.00. DO NOT INVEST IN TAP!
