Must Have for Northerners!
When I lived in Minneapolis, I absolutely loved this app. It is a must have if you travel daily. Now I live in North Dakota and it’s fairly accurate, but I wish it was updated in the middle of the night instead of during the morning commute. It always seems to be updating when I need the information so it is not as accurate.
Useless
Non layered map with forecast snowfall Bar graphs only Information does not appear tone accurate
USA?
When I opened the app and picked my location, it told me it couldn’t tell me the weather and that the location had to be in the United States. Could you please change that? Otherwise the app looked informative and accurate.
Great App
I use this app during 2013 blizzard and it didn’t fail me. It’s a good app.app then I always go to it if I want us to know radar
Just wrong
Won’t even met you have an hourly report with out trying-to get in your pocket book
Swatara CK, sewage plant forecast location cashing on iPad OS 14.4
Briefly shows stats and crashes. Even after updating app. Happened on my iPhone as well. This happens when picking station and hitting the arrow to show the forecast.
I guess we’ll see...
Every single news outlet, not to mention every weather app I have, is calling for two feet of snow in CO this weekend. This app is calling for 5.5 inches. Stop back here on Monday March 15th and see for yourself if this app is worth anything.
Great App For Powder Chasing
I’ve used this app every year to help guide short weekend snowboarding getaways and find areas with the highest probability of powder. It’s been amazing and I should have written this review years ago. There’s improvements to be had (like updating more frequently) but I haven’t seen any other app display snowfall probabilities as accurate and digestible as this one. Take all my stars.
Not as advertised
All things shown under free you don’t get without $. Be honest so I won’t waste my time.
Love.
I love this app. I tell everyone about it. Thank you for keeping it free. That makes me want to pay for it. In fact……. Next coffee is on me.
Trash app
Keyboard is so glitchy on iPad I have to use voice dictation in order to even type of this. One star for prompting me to write a review. One star for having a trash developers that can't even get the keyboard to work right on an iPad.
Issues resolved
I notified the developer of minor issues, and the app is working for me again. Thank you!
Not working
We got roughly 20” of snow yesterday. App shows zero. Still snowing today. App shows zero.
Excellent App
Great accuracy, and easy to use.
What happened
Used to be very spot on. Now it contradicts itself depending on what piece of information you’re looking at.
SNOW
I find this app and its approach be the absolute best for snow forecasting. It’s clear, and easy to understand. Focused on snow, not generalities about weather. It may be based on the same data sources as other weather apps, but its presentation is unique. Recommended!
Poor
Does not do what I wanted
Excellent
Well worth the $5 bucks a year. If you are interested in winter weather….get this app!
Be careful
I went on this app and it is very generic information. There are much better apps out there. I was also a victim of a gimmick where you “tip” the developer and it charges your card automatically. An advertisement pops up inconveniently and causes you to allow the charge! I disputed the charges and reported it. Scary!
My go to weather app
This app consistently provides the most accurate weather info in my area (North Idaho) of any app I have found and I have tried several. The fact I can pinpoint local areas as opposed to only more regional forecasts is really helpful, and yes the reports are nuanced in these areas, not just regional repeats. Highly recommend this app if increased accuracy and better report detail is important to you.
Not very good
Ththi
Snow forecast
This is my go-to app for getting a handle on the inbound snow. It is quite accurate and I’ve come to rely on it for the last several years.
App keeps crashing
Needs improvements
