Aufdringliche Datenkrake
Leider sind die „Helden“ von diesem Laden übernommen worden. Das ist soweit erstmal kein Problem, aber die Art und Weise, wie man mit der App in Kontakt tritt, ist schon krass: er reicht nicht, dass nach den laufenden Verträgen gefragt wird… nein… ohne sichtbare Option zum wegclicken, werden Einkommen, andere Versicherungen usw abgefragt. Dann dieses hirnlose Punktesammeln für … ja für was eigentlich?? Das ganze sieht mir aus wie eine digitale Drückerkolonne: laut, aufdringlich, unangenehm. Was ich mir wünsche: mehr Zurückhaltung und eine Konzentration aufs wesentliche.
Multiple bugs in the app
problems 1) with finding a correct residential address and matching it with postcode 2) with payment while buying a new insurance - I tried to pay multiple times from German card 3) after watching “terms and conditions” contract information “next” button disappeared. Did anyone tested the application?

Verkaufsplattform ohne echte Beratung
Ich musste „zwangsweise“ von Helden zu Getsafe wechseln. Obwohl ich mein Geburtsdatum (1961) angegeben habe, werden mir unnötige Angebote als „sehr wichtig“ angeboten, zb Berufsunfähigkeitsversicherung und private Altersversorgung. Ich werde mir wohl wieder eine Versicherung suchen, die kundenorientiert handelt.
Probleme bei Schadensmeldung in der letzten Zeit
Beim Versuch einen „Schaden“ zu melden hab ich jetzt schon zum dritten Mal ein Problem. Beim ersten Mal musste ich die App installieren, beim zweiten Mal war es angeblich eine Störung. Mal sehen wie das Problem diesmal gelöst wird…

Meine Fahrradversicherung hat meinen Vertrag umgezogen. Um meine Anmeldung zu vervollständigen, hätte ich gerne die Freiheit, das mit einem Klick zu erledigen. Stattdessen muss ich mich durch 4 Unterpunkte hangeln, die mich nicht interessieren. Zumindest nicht sofort.
Needed to cancel Insurance due to my Father going into a home
Called Getsafe Insurance and the call was answered within a matter of a couple of minutes, cancelled and received a confirmation email as soon as the call was ended. Customer Service from the gentleman was Excellent.

Diese KI bringt genau nichts. Ich frage zb wie ich die App navigieren kann oder wo ich eine bestimmte Versicherung finde in der App, die einzigen Antworten sind ob ich einen Anruf erhalten möchte. Falls ich das nicht annehme kann sie mir auch nicht weiterhelfen.. toll.

Crashes on launch
App immediately crashes and quits on opening. Tried reinstalling, same result. Especially awkward as when trying to log in on the website it just tells you to use the app, which is now useless.
app is crashing on iPhone
I am not able to view my products. It weirdly opens with the agent screen and none of the options are then clickable. Restarted my app multiple times didn’t solve the problem.
Great service but app has bugs
I’ve a couple insurances with Getsafe and haven’t needed to claim anything yet but I want another insurance but as soon as I type numbers into the text fields to get a quote the whole app freezes. Been like this for a week now but no fixes on it so now I have to look elsewhere to get an insurance I guess?
Exceptional customer service
I made a claim after accidentally breaking my laptop. I wasn’t able to pursue the claim due to being seriously unwell for some months. As there was a huge delay o was concerned I wouldn’t be able to continue with the claim. But the chap I spoke to yesterday was empathetic to my illness and was very helpful. He said he would email the team that deal with claims and assured me it would not be an issue. This is a really good company that puts the customer first. Thank you

I haven’t a claim yet but the renewal experience was good my premium remain the same no reason for it to go you like other insurance company would do

My phone is in the UK region but I still have reasons to maintain an insurance in Germany. Who thought this was a good idea?

I previously gave 1 star because my policy was unavailable due to the app getting stuck in a constant bootloop. This has now been fixed. However, I'm knocking 2 stars off, because despite being pretty clear in my review suggesting that a backup portal be provided through the website when the app breaks, Emma decided to ask me to email her with my suggestions/requests. Just read the review, Emma. 🙄 Provide a backup portal through the website.

Fix app!!
App won’t open. Need to update or more likely now cancel policy if can’t even open it for my policy/account. If app obsolete, at least put forwarding information clearly.
