Worst experience ever with Fintiba
I transferred my money to Fintiba, but my account has been closed for two months and I still haven’t received my money or a proper response. Because of this delay, my visa could be rejected. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend Fintiba to anyone.
Bugs and lag
There is still a bit of lag and it’s buggy

Blocked Account
I don‘t recommend using it for a blocked account, Problem with Sending Money arose as early as the first month. When Contacting Customer Service , responses arw extremly delayed and issue remains unrevolved (the replay is simply thst they don‘t know when the problem will be fixed) there are many alternatives solutions avalible such as Expatrio.

Helpfull and good experience
Money trap
Following the positive reviews about Fintiba, we decided to open a blocked account (Sperrconto) with them for our daughter's enrollment at Studienkolleg. We transferred the funds as required, and they requested documents to confirm the origin of the funds. The documents were provided, after which, supposedly, a verification process began. Two months passed, and the verification status remained unchanged. When we began to worry and wrote to them, they responded with contradictory and varying information, each time stating: « need to wait longer», or «send additional documents», or «pay more», etc. As a result, exam dates were missed, and our daughter's trip, which our whole family had been preparing for the past couple of years, fell through. To say that she was upset would be an understatement. Now we're trying to get at least the money back, but Fintiba is sending us the same familiar, formal replies: "We will review your request within 4-6 weeks," with a disingenuous signature about how much they love us in Frankfurt. Meanwhile, I see dozens, if not hundreds, of stories online from other families similar to ours. Their support claims they are forced to comply with strict banking requirements. This might be true, but we quickly found another provider, where we received the same service in half a day! Furthermore, even those who managed to open a Sperrconto with Fintiba are experiencing problems accessing funds from their accounts for their children, who are already studying in Germany. Everyone talks about the famous German «ordnung». However, it remains a mystery how a company that has orchestrated an obvious money trap right in the center of Europe continues to fleece unwary clients and hasn't encountered any problems with regulatory authorities.

The customer support service is extremely poor.
I have been trying for one and a half months to contact your support team regarding a health insurance issue. The insurance type that was assigned to me is the opposite of what is required, and despite numerous attempts to reach you, the issue remains unresolved. I am very disappointed with the level of support provided. I am very disappointed with the support team. The level of support has been extremely poor and unhelpful. 👎🏻
Not opening after update
I can’t open the app after the update. I think it is not working with 12.1.2 iOS And my phone is iPhone 6s plus which is not able to receive any iOS update anymore.

Worst app
If you have a choice, don’t use their services!!! There’s are several issues about the app functions, it’s super frustrating. I uploaded passport and it’s keep reminding me it’s missing. Also I already updated my arrive date and the app just can’t move to next step - the logic flow is brocken- there’s nowhere to update info and moving to next step. After so many attempts I finally got reply from customer support. Now it’s a new bug, nowhere I can possibly find or provide my transfer account info. It’s super confusing and hard to use!!!!! Each step is not clearly mapped and linked. Website and App are no differences, the worst.

I can’t log in
Everytime I open this app, there are some wrongs waiting for me
遇到登陆不了不要惊慌。
这个平台是非常方便的，但因为服务器在境外所以非常的不稳定，很多时候登陆不了白屏。这个时候不要惊慌，等个四五个小时就好了，还有工作人员是按照德国时间工作的，不要以北京时间为准。

Terrible Services
I cancelled a block account over 5 weeks ago and funds have still not been reversed into my account. Whenever I call, I am told they will check and revert, and they only send a mail acknowledging receipt of my complaint and yet, nothing is done. Sutor Bank will not even engage me as they claim to not deal directly with blocked account holders…. I cannot understand this because the bank has acknowledged that I have funds with them so this makes me a client and as such, I should be able to make enquiries about my account with them. They have redirected me to deal with Fintiba. The WORST services ever! I’d never recommend this to any student. You will only be frustrated. P.S. I gave a one-star rating only because I could not post my review without it. The one star is not even deserved!

I can’t open the app on my IPhone 6s device. If I click the icon it’s trying to open but it doesn’t.
kann nach letzter Update nicht mal die App öffnen, ansonsten sehr gut
Iphone 7Plus IOS 11.4.1, Die App an sich war sehr gut, das Sperrkonto ließ sich innerhalb von 48 locker eröffnen, allerdings kann ich jetzt nicht mehr die App öffnen, um die zweite Verifizierung vorzunehmen und das gesperrte Geld monatlich zurückzubekommen. Wahrscheinlich ein Softwareproblem, aber eine gute Bank sollte dieses schnellstmöglich beheben, zumal ich bei der Bank circa 10.000€ gesperrt habe 😅
