Warning game can be addictive
I’m hooked. I can’t stop playing. Once you finish the tutorial play what ever faction you want. You can get good cards so early on I’ve been playing for 3 dayss and have some of the best tyrannical army leaders in the game so good would totally recommend
Negative plasma?
I’m apparently in debt for plasma with -419 I would like 1000 plasma + the 419 that I lost, if you want to barter I’ll go down to 500
Great game but a bit buggy.
I just want to preface this review with saying that I love this game, it’s fun, matches are short and there’s so much replayability with different warlords and how often we get events/ campaigns. I’m a massive 40k nerd and I love that the icons are painted miniatures, it’s a nice touch. It’s also very playable as F2P, though I don’t mind put the odd £5 on if I feel that it would speed things up, but this isn’t required. My only issue is the bugs, I’ve got used to closing and reopening the game every few matches but it can be annoying. I really wish it would get sorted just for quality of life but it’s not enough to stop me playing as I’m having a great time overall.
A shell
Two incredible card games cancelled, Warpforge, and legion cut out with stunning art whilst combat cards persists, it’s a card game but not in the same deck building highly addictive way as the others, the game is fine enough but it feels like it’s missing that spark of creative fun
Good but…
This game is really good, such a shame that there are so many bugs and glitches. So many times you have to restart the app to open a chest or refresh missions and upgrade cards (because it lags)

Cheap cash grab of a game
This has to be THE worst warhammer mobile game I have ever played. It is a buggy mess where chest or rewards don’t load and need refreshing the app, cancel button on matches not working and cards you’ve earned not registering. For example I got Skulltaker and Inquisitor Greyfax cards from a chest and they have just not entered my roster. The match making in this game is also the worst I’ve seen in a while, first match I played against a high-level player with a Squiggoth and Wazdakka while I had the starting units. And don’t get me started on how P2W it is. You know a game is bad when the only redeeming quality is that it doesn’t have too many ads and because it has the name “Warhammer 40K”. All in all it’s such a cheap cash grab of a game. Amazing concept terrible execution. Do better.
Lovely first impression
Slow wait times on the progression packs timers (kinda refreshing to see the old design again, a lil frustrating when I’m trying to get a warlord so I can play my favourite faction, but the dev not being stingy with skip resource makes up for it) the gameplay design is amazing so far a lil worried about progression but factions are in dynamics feel great lots of potential feels very 40K. My options may change as time goes on but this is after 1 full day of doing almost nothing else (only used one time skip I had a break to let a reward open may be better to pace yourself for this game) hopefully it continues to feel this way and the progression worries fade
Great game but soooooo Buggy
Enjoyable game when it is working. I’m playing it on a iPhone 16 pro Max so hardware shouldn’t be a problem. It will bug out at some point every time I play it. Just had an 18 hour card pack bug out and disappear after I opened it. (very frustrating) Potentially an Apple problem as I think my old S21 ultra played it fine.
Fix the game
Cool game, okay gameplay, too many pop ups, but worst of all it’s SLOW and LAGGY. I can’t be the only who thinks that it should NOT be taking 10 MINUTES to register my win and give me a chest? Also this thing runs at a solid 60 frames per NEVER because it’s definitely not 60, not even 30. FIX THIS

Fantastic game but constantly breaks, hangs, lags, crashes - bugs and glitches with every release - too much focus on new content and not enough effort put into testing and customer support - overall great concept poor execution
Great game just one continuous issue
Really like this game, a game where you don’t get board. Events and campaigns always great with always offering great redeem codes. Only issue is I have to reopen the game every five minutes as when I press for reward, an error occurs or doesn’t open the reward. Had this issue ever since having the game and reinstalled a few times. Would give a five star rating if not for the issue.
Error strewn
Love the game, but if you’re playing for more than 15 minutes picking up rewards becomes impossible because it just errors out. Then you have to wait for a reset to get them. Meh.
Too laggy to be enjoyable
The gameplay cycle can be fun, but when you spend 90% of the time waiting for the servers to catch up with upgrading cards it sucks

Downloaded the game but it won’t allow me to login, just says connection. Looked it up and apparently it’s just one of many bugs. Must be some great game in there. . .

New Update is Shocking
Since running the new Update and the anniversary package update . I have connected to 2 games in 1 day .. quite often I can’t even open the game. If I had payed any money I’d be demanding a refund
Slightly unfair
It’s all right, I think the game is fun most of the time however the matchmaking is really unfair, I’ve only just started and I was up against someone who was crazy good, they had the most insane cards and I got smashed.
New update feels is a mess
Once the game finally logged in the main menu was a mess of the icons and buttons all stretched out or compressed to unreadable. So I looked out and tried to restart and it just left me on the logging in screen until I just gave up on trying to play the game. I guess I’ll just wait a day to play this game and if it is the same result I’ll just delete the game. For such a basic game with very limited animations it’s super glitchy and lags hard.
Expensive and Grinding
Great game but has rigged fundamentals that makes it not enjoyable. The events reset monthly, so it’s a long wait if you already done everything in a few days, also zero ranked battles, so win one and loose three is the pattern. It’s also extremely expensive for what it is. Lastly impossible to collect certain cards as you get only random selection, so if you want to actually build a set well pay for it. If you like not to pay then don’t expect results for at lest 2 yrs due to the extremely slow monthly events, slow collecting cards and slow progression . Honestly everything is set to take days just to open packs. Hardly fair to match rank 18 with rank 55! I have have level 2 legendary but my opponents are level 7 legendarys!

Issue w load screen
Love the game. Love the mechanics, sadly it now just says I cannot play with internet on the load screen I’ve tried everything 4g or WiFi just doesn’t load anymore. Tried to delete. Hope this issue can be resolved

Became more of a pay to win game than before, with the addition of the game pass… been playing since the start and think I’m done
Fun but has issues
Runs terribly, even navigating the menus can be so slow and tedious. Tutorial might as well be non-existent. The card art is models which is cool though.
As a long term fan
A well balanced experience with no pay wall. Regular updates, that don’t break the gameplay while adding new cards, are deployed with precision. Adds are not immersion breaking but who doesn’t love extra cards. Unfortunately the Ai needs to include the faction traits but that being said everything else is spot on! Well done troops

interesting turned based strategy card game
It’s fun the collection part the battle could be better if sped up a little slow tbh. Collecting the cards seems pretty easy and coins earn rate is super slow. I suppose a few tweaks couldn’t hurt to make it a little speedy and slight more fruitful in rewards I.e. coins. So that it doesn’t seem like it will take forever to get somewhere building a deck. Overall big fan of 40k. Absolutely love it! Great strategy building decks.
Expensive Battle Pack
Been playing for almost 2 years. They have now released a battle pass for £7 (8.30 $&€) a month which is ridiculously expensive when compared to PlayStation Premium or Xbox Ultimate. I grudgingly have accepted micro transactions in mobile games and rarely buy them but when developers have the audacity to try and charge this much for a mobile game it’s time to delete the app and discourage others to play it too. £2 a month would of been too much but expected, £7 tells me they ONLY care about making money and not about making a successful game. Bye.
Misguiding
It says in game description that its PVP card game - wrong. Its PVE. In ranked mode you fight only bots who are named after real accounts. PVP happens very rarely on some occasional event only…
Amazing game
Low amount of different attacks and strategies make it an easy game to learn and extremely fun to play.
Good but bad support
Lost my account and asked them to help retrieve… spent over £50 with them building my account up and they said they could do nothing and to start again… No quicker reason to drop them, as no help or care for customers…
Good game at first.
When I first got it, it was really good. You can get lots of cards really fast from completing training and events. However, as soon as I reached rank 10, I started doing casual battles to get to rank 11, and the matchmaking was horrendous. I was going against rank twenties and most of the classes are very reliant on healing (aka the space marines which can spam healing, making chaos and aeldari decks useless.) Overall, it’s a good game but the balancing isn’t the best.
Overall good but devs only cater to long time players
At its core it’s a good game, quite fun and relatively simple. But as a lot of mobile games it’s very much pay to win, the in game currencies are usually always low because you need an insane amount to progress through the game. And I wouldn’t recommend buying anything in game because the amount you would receive for money spent is pathetically low. The events are sometimes fun but the difficulty is usually scaled high only to be completed by people who have been playing for over a year. And rewards are usually very lacklustre, they give you lots of cards but not many in game resources to actually use the majority of them. So generally an ok game but needs a lot of quality of life work that probably won’t come to fruition.
Good but with issues
This is a good little game, fairly simple to play but how the game works it prevents you from playing it as much as you like. For instance the rewards, in particular the in game currency rewards are a bit low vs the cost of buying items.The biggest issue with the game that prevents playing it much daily is that before you get your rewards you have to unlock them via a timer mechanism, even the lower prices takes hours to unlock and better rewards can take all day. This is a problem on its own, however, to add to the frustration you only get a handful of slots to hold your rewards in while you wait to even start unlocking because you can only start the unlock timer for each reward one at a time, so there seems like there is no point of playing more than 3 battles daily seeing as the slots will be full after this and it’s going to take all day before you can clear them all and continue to battle for more. You can however, rush the loot but it becomes quite expensive regardless if you buy more currency or not, so that really spoils the fun for me.

This is not just the only playable Warhammer game it’s actually fun
Sadly flawed with bad support
Terrible support and buggy. My cards went missing and I provided before and after screen shots only to be told nothing could be done. In app support was rude and useless, the game started good but switched models to using more adds for rewards. A real shame as the game mechanics are good. Let down by poor support and greediness.
Fun game but a lot of stability issues
The game in general i find fun and worth playing, especially if you are a fan of warhammer. Unfortunately it has a lot of lag an stability issues with semi frequent crashes. You also got so many error codes that a few times i couldn't actually play because they kept popping up. Would recommend but would be nice if they could make stability better.

The matchmaking is completely unbalanced and there’s no way to redeem codes on ios, wouldn’t waste your time with this tbh
Game is fun until you unlock ranked
Like the header says the game takes a turn for the worse as soon as you unlock ranked. Until then you can play casual and meet people your level but when ranked is unlocked this is removed. Since unlocking ranked I’ve only met chapter masters and other high level players with maxed out cards. Not a great matchmaking system.
