What people like
- Very reliable for tracking storms
- Clear layout makes planning easy
- Gathers all info in one spot
What they complain about
- App takes forever to load data
- Data often fails to update correctly
- Too much text blocks the map view
Great tool! From Fl 🏝️
I keep this guy on my Home Screen. It comes in handy when storms are brewin’!
Golfo de México
Golfo de México, NO golfo de America.
Useful
The app is a very handy and useful the subcategory’s are easily found with many alternative interpretations
Worse than Dial-up
This app is worthless ! It takes literally “minutes” for the images to load !
Could be better
This app provides a lot of detailed information, which is great, but it’s frustrating that on the home screen, half of the screen is taken up by an explanation of what is shown. This makes it difficult to see the map. Seems like it would be easy to allow the user to minimize or hide the text so that they could actually see what is being shown.
Herida
Review
Gulf of America!
Deleting this political bias app.
Shaw
I love this so much and I am never going to delete it
Connection issues
Every time I attempt to access the forecast or satellite I get a circular loading icon and 15 minutes later I am still not connected. I have fiber optic internet and 2gig upload and download speeds so it is not an issue on my side.
Map error
Would have gotten a better rating but the description of the Gulf of Mexico was incorrect.
Pretty Much Perfect!
The app provides the clear and informative layout I’ve been looking for in an app for years. It gets straight to the point, allows you to see an overall outlook of what’s going on and has the ability to drill down on any given storm. Great job!!!
This app sucks
Charges that weren’t approved! Avoid it!!
Great app to keep me updated and get prepared If necessary.
In hurricane season it’s a precious tool. Thank goodness for this great resource. 🌪️🌊
Nice!
Accurate
Hurricane tracer
As one who lives on the North Carolina coast, this app is invaluable for long range planning for preparedness.
Updates?
I looked at my widget yesterday and noticed it wasn’t changing, opened the app today and all data is from 26JUL2026. Nothing is updating.
Reliable weather app
Trustworthy, reliable, easy to navigate
Hurricane Tracker
Excellent app! The first place I go to when looking for info on Tropical systems. Well done…
Very helpful
I remember when Max was the head of the hurricane, Noah in South Florida. I lived on a boat back then I watched this page all the time. Thank you.
Cambio su forma de servicio
Tristemente no permite acceder a ella ya solo se puede pagando.
No Asia?
I can’t view storms in Asia. Why? I’m trying to track Typhoon Bolaven and the other two. Like I’m trying to view Japan, China, and the Philippines. Won’t show. Please fix that. Otherwise it’s great.
Es buena pero ..
Es buena pero da la impresión que directo en la página web tiene mejor interacción,
Authoritative and comprehensive
I spend the summers in a hurricane prone location and I wanted to understand both short term and long term hurricanes probabilities. I was frustrated by dumbed down mass media forecasts and having to dig through Nat Hurricane Center web pages. This app has made me much happier ! It collects and organizes in a single location comprehensive information that I can rely on to generate my own informed opinions on short term and long term hurricane probabilities. The app improves year over year and I appreciate the thoughtful acknowledgment of source material. I have a much higher confidence in planning my time on/off island - thanks to the developer!
Gulf of Mexico
Poor. Uses wrong terminology and wrong names of bodies of water. So disappointing.
Atlantic hurricane coverage
I enjoy checking out the app for storm development but I am from Canada and it seems coverage ends when the storm gets to Maine on the east coast.
Resumen
Explicación más sencillas
So helpful
I live on the Alabama coast and refer to this app every day during the hurricane season. The accuracy of forecasts is very reassuring .
No longer reliable
Data does not reflect what is happening in actuality.
Great app
Great app for tracking and getting updates on hurricanes. I live on the Atlantic coast, so this is an essential app!

Gulf of Canada
Could not find the Gulf of Canada on the map so deleted it
Very reliable
Excellent app that we can count on
Love this App! Dark mode soon? Please!
As a pro subscriber for 2+ plus years, I have nothing but awesome things to say about this app! The app is great for storm tracking, but also as a daily driver to get a glimpse of radar and overall weather patterns. Hopefully we can get a dark mode makeover soon 👀😀
Not in French
Ne prenez pas cette application si vous la voulez en Français...car elle n’est pas en Français. 😤
Outstanding App
Have relied on this app for years and find it to be an outstanding application. The information and how data is presented provides the most complete and accurate monitoring tool for hurricane monitoring and forecast activities.
Hurricane tracker
I can’t see the track prediction cone any more.
