Difficult to use
2 years in and I’m still struggling with this app. Very difficult to find any data in it. For instance, my latest weigh-in stats seem to have vanished. Wish I hadn’t bought these scales and gone for the known branded ones instead ( which I could have got cheaper on Amazon)

Petite prise en main au départ pour connecter l’application avec le pèse personne. Il faut juste à chaque utilisation réinitialiser l’application avec la balance pour avoir toutes les données. Sinon parfait fait le job. J’utilise iOS 26.4.1

Die ist App ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings bleibt Körperfett auf rot stehen, auch sollten Werte gemäss der unter Informationen abgespeicherten Info das Alter berücksichtigen wenn man das schon angibt
Depuis iOS 27 plus de connexion possible
Tout fonctionnait parfaitement jusqu’à la mise à jour iOS 27. Depuis je ne peux plus accéder à mon compte dommage car j’étais plutôt satisfait jusqu’à lors.

Bonjour, je n’arrive plus à me connecter à mon compte, il me dit qu’une erreur est survenue et cela fait maintenant plus de 15 jours, il n’y a pas de mise à jour disponible de l’application, et je n’ose pas supprimer l’application pour la réinstaller car j’ai peur de perdre Les données. Existe-t-il une solution ?

Après 2 ans sans aucun problème il est impossible d’ouvrir l’application. Erreur après l’ « inscription » d’un compte existant !!! Pas de mise à jour proposée pour iPhone. Sans issue ??? Dommage pour cette application qui FAISAIT le job jusqu’à présent

Peu mieux faire
Le produit fonctionne bien, mais on est ici pour parler de l’application. Quelques problèmes de connexion Bluetooth. Il faudrait améliorer la visibilité sur le graphique dans l’aperçu du poids, une variation de 5-10 kg ne sont pratiquement pas visible. Pas assez précis.

Depuis aujourd’hui j’ai un message d‘erreur : „l’application ne prend plus en charge le wifi, veillez mettre à jour“ mais comment ?????

Acheté il y a un mois pour l’enregistrement sur iPhone par Bluetooth. L’application me disait qu’elle n’était plus prise en charge sur internet !!!😡 J’ai supprimé et réinstallé l’application et cela fonctionne parfaitement bien. Je mets donc 5 étoiles

Peut mieux faire
L’app nécessite d’être reboutee après plusieurs suppressions de mesures car devient lente et buggue. Impossible de supprimer plusieurs mesures du tensiomètre à la fois. Dommage

I don’t like to leave a negative review but I can’t find anywhere to submit an issue under your support page. My app gets stuck at the login screen since your last app update. Please can you correct the issue?

Seit dem 6.1.2025 werden keine Daten über Bluetooth mehr übertragen. Beim Kundendienst wird angezeigt, keine Mailadresse angegeben, totaler Unsinn.. Somit nicht mehr brauchbar.
Gestion des données
Effacer les données anciennes est du domaine presque de l’impossible en effet lorsque nous sélectionnons une année ou même un mois etc c’est très long ça ce bloque et l’application se ferme . Lorsque les éléments sont antérieurs et qu’ils ont été téléchargé il est inutile de les garder par facilité j’ai téléchargé sur un autre mail une nouvelle application HealthForYou
La vision consolidée est un peu limitée
L’application avec la balance fonctionne très bien le seul reproche est la restitution des résultats qui est limitée à une semaine. Ça serait top si on pouvait sélectionner la période (sur tous les jours de la sem/ sur tous les jours du mois/sur moyenne par semaine sur les 12 mois glissants /sur la moyenne par année sur plusieurs années. Car avec cette vue centrée sur la semaine on ne se rend pas compte de l’évolution

UX failure
I bought a scale from Lidl that requires to install and use this app. Unfortunately they ask a ton of personal data in order to start using it. You need to hire a product person - your app is a data leech atm. Too much friction, personal data, incredible tough password required - al on my mobile!!! Users - this is not normal, stay away, keep you data safe - do not encourage subpar apps developers
Works but closes itself
Using with silver crest blood pressure monitor the Bluetooth connection with iPhone 12 on latest OS works flawless and data transfer works (at least for the week I have been using it). However, the app now seems to close and freeze while exploring the data. Export to Heath app works as does the export to csv. It would be great to be able to see competitions for data collected am and pm which seems a rather basic aspect for monitoring blood pressure.

Using app for ages however recently it now opens and freezes, this was sorted by creating another email address. One function it lacks is to export of data to IOS Health

I've been using this device for week and it's amazing good and the accuracy spot on. The quality of the device, and the accessories are made of a medical quality. The app HealthForYou is very good
Reinvent the wheel
Why is this app so poor, was the design criteria to ditch the simple tried and tested pairing mechanism. Why do something with one button and a simple process when you can have more buttons and a system that is very flakey. I have got it paired all I want is a temperate reading, what a mess.

My acc got deleted for no reason
I’ve been using this app for 5 years, never had any problem. Today I wanted to log in and realised my account has been deleted… Also, it doesn’t sync with Apple Health app any longer even though it is turned on…
Frustrating
It’s frustrating that I have to sync the app to my phone daily otherwise they don’t work together especially sms, call alerts!!
Werkt weer goed
Na best een lange tijd van moeilijk verbinding krijgen tussen weegschaal en app, werkt deze met de nieuwe update alweer een tijdje prima. Je krijgt weer vlot de resultaten te zien in de app. Ook als je bijvoorbeeld de resultaten ophaalt terwijl je op de bank beneden zit en de weegschaal boven staat!

Frustrating
This app is okay, I use it for monitoring blood pressure, however it draws a graph when taking a reading to show you your trend. Given that blood pressure is usually a figure like 180/80 or 200/90 etc why is the graph based on a value of 14,000? Making it pointless because every reading sits on the base line. Upon trying to ask for app support it takes me to a login page where I put my username and password in but get a random error so can't even ask for help. So unless you just want readings for yourself and not to see a trend (or compare elsewhere for yourself) then this app is full of things that are useless. Support cannot be reached. Shame. I will review this if I get a response and/or support on this issue.
Does not sync previous readings to Apple health
When trying this app out I made a few trial readings and when changed the settings it gave me the option to delete previous readings from Apple health, which I did. However them readings will not sync to the health app only new readings. Instructions link also doesn’t work. Other than that it’s a nice app which is easy to use
