Semplice e intuitivo
LINKING WITH BC 900 LEV
App will not connect with BC 900 LEV ebike computer. Maddening. I followed the instructions meticulously, reloaded the app etc. So I’m ditching this app. The BC 900 LEV does connect with my Van Rysel e-Bike, as does the Mahle app. Standards seem to be slipping at Decathlon. A pity. The e-bike wasn’t properly prepared and I had to take it to an independent dealer to get the controller recoded. The store near me (Brighton) capable of doing it never answers the phone.

I have had this watch for five months now and it’s comfortable but hard to see the display in sunlight the connect app is slow I find it ok for the money it should do more as I’ve seen many watches on the market cheaper that have more feautures

Le attività più lunghe non me le sincronizza affatto dall’orologio CW900 HR2 restando per sempre salvate nell’orologio ma mai scaricabili. Ho provato di tutto ma nulla da fare! In più prima che l’attività sia caricata su strava passano almeno 3-4 ore minimo

I got the watch for Christmas off my daughters as a watch and step counter and I’m very happy with it. It lets me know when I’ve reached my daily target.

Se fosse possibile rendere la sincronizzazione smartwatch e app un meccanismo automatico, senza dover aprire manualmente l’app e tappare su sincronizza ma il tutto automatico in background, allora non avrebbe nulla da invidiare a sistemi molto piu costosi come apple watch

Forse è perché ho iniziato ad usarla da poco, forse non sono molto pratica, ma non capisco perché l’unica cosa che mi sincronizza sono i passi e non il resto. Mi riservo di cambiare la valutazione, per ora è un “nì”.

Non riesco a capire perché quando sull’app provo a sincronizzare il dispositivo, l’applicazione si chiude subito. Non capisco il problema.

You have to access the app all the time and synchronise for minutes if you want to see you data. It is not smart, not quick and not helpful

Good basic watch
A good, no thrills product let down by an absence of clear instructions. I still have no idea what some of the icons represent despite reading the online instructions AND Googling them!

Terrible, shows distance in Km despite setting it to imperial, weight is in Kg. It doesn’t show any record of heart beat. So all in all pretty useless, oh it does show the time !!

I’ve been reading through the reviews and all seem to be fairly negative, personally I’m having no trouble with it! Very easy to use and clear display.
Lacking
Does not automatically synchronise with my watch, doesn’t provide as in-depth data as the watch or Apple health- I have set it to provide data for Apple health but then it doesn’t seem to work?? Also, I just tried manually synchronising with watch and it deleted all the data from my watch and from the app- why? I don’t know. I like my watch a lot, but the app makes it difficult.

It barely works. Just bought it and my (50£-)watch doesn’t synchronise with the app. I feel scammed.
Does what it says on the tin
It does what it says on the tin. Bit slow to synchronise, but apart from that it’s fine.
Doesn’t sync to mobile app
The watch itself is amazing but it’s not pulling through all my activities on the app.
Inconsistant
Generally performing very well, However I still cannot acess the configuration facility, it is always disconnected try later. I cannot access the screen editing facility through the App. The device disconnects from the phone Bluetooth when the Bluetooth screen is exited. However all exercise records are retained. No information is lost. Even if the device is removed and repaired. Thanks to Jerome I am now able to access the configuration facility which is essential for the ease of operation. I have also started to use the online facilities giving me a larger overall view of my activities.

CW500M: Frustrating
The Heart Rate will not upload to the app at all now, so no full data transfer, although it does the sleep and steps (I am also certain that the steps count is far too low anyhow).

Great for the price
La synchronisation ne fonctionne pas toujours.
La synchronisation est lente et ne fonctionne pas toujours. Faut le répéter. Il semble toujours commencer à partir de la 1ère activité, plutôt que de la dernière activité synchronisée. La plage de fréquence cardiaque minimale et maximale de l'application est modifiée à 83. Celles-ci doivent être réinitialisées manuellement après la synchronisation.
Device doesn’t always synchronize
Not always stable. Have had problems synchronizing device even with a good wifi connection.
App works great with onehr 500 watch
Had a few issues but Nicolas from support sorted and advised on a number of things.

This app does not work I’ve down loaded it and deleted it numerous times. I keep having to reset my watch and it still does not sync.

Overall a good app and useful analytics. Does have the occasional blip with connectivity to some items (watch - OnMove 500 and scales) which is a little frustrating. But when compared to cost of iPhone, Garmin or Fitbit products is very good value for a very good product
Frustrating!
I only gave this app 2 out of 5 stars as I have a brand new Kiprun 500 watch that I cannot sync with the app. Decathlon recognise that there is an issue with the app but so far have not resolved it! Be warned!

The screen data is too small and the choice of colours make it even more difficult to read
