Registrieren unmöglich
So manche der Funktionen dieser an sich ja sehr sinnvollen App sind nur nach Registrierung möglich. Diese funktioniert jedoch weder über SMS noch über Email. Handynummern außerhalb Frankreichs (?) werden nicht akzeptiert, Bestätigungsmails kommen nie an. Schade.

Bonne application, une amélioration concernant la Fonction "bon Samaritain" il faudrait pouvoir introduire le numéro de portable en version internationale. (+41 ou 0041 pour la Suisse) Exemple: Actuellement pas possible de mémoriser un numéro suisse. Merci d avance.

Ich habe die App im Rahmen eines Nothilfewiederholungskurses heruntergeladen. Mir fiel sofort auf, dass es viele Infos von mir braucht, welche aber den Aufwand wert wären.. wenn denn alles auch so funktionieren würde, wie es sollte. Ich arbeite bei der Polizei und habe mir nebst Beruf auch auf der App als ziviler FirsResponder eingetragen - die App schaltet aber immer auf „Testmodus“ und ich erhalte nie Benachrichtigungen. Auch habe ich schon AED-Standorte eingetragen und diese verifizieren lassen, erfolglos. Wenn ich die App öffne, ist der AED auf der Map nicht aufgeführt und auch andere AEDs, welche in der näheren Umgebung sind, werden nicht angezeigt (mindestens 2, eher 3-4 sind hier im Umkreis von ca. 500m). Wie gesagt, gute Ideen und Features aber irgendwie klemmt die App :(.
Kein stabiler Betrieb
Die Idee ist super - leider stürzt die App regelmässig ab. So kann sie nicht verwendet werden.
Funktioniert nicht
Eigentlich würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Die App funktioniert nicht. Ich gebe den Standort an und die App schließt sich sofort, selbst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen und neu laden.

Nikel bien fait, mais il faut que tout les pays francophone ajoute ou sont leurs défibrillateurs est ça sera encore mieux.

Französisch?
Warum ist es nicht möglich die App auf Deutsch zu haben? Finde es schade, dass auf die Kundenwünsche nicht eingegangen wird. Werde wohl die App wieder löschen, da sie für mich auf Französisch unbrauchbar ist. Pourquoi n'est-il pas possible d'avoir l'application en allemand? Trouvez dommage que les demandes des clients ne soient pas discutées. Supprimera probablement l'application à nouveau, car elle est inutile en français pour moi.
Fremdsprache
Schade kann die Sprache nicht umgestellt werden. Nur auf Französisch. Währe sicher eine gute App. Da sie nicht aus Deutsch erhältlich ist habe ich sie wieder gelöscht.

Inutile en Suisse...
Très bonne application si vous partez en vacances en France. En dehors, elle est inutilisable. Les numéros d'urgence ne sont pas les mêmes en Suisse. Donc pas la peine de la télécharger.
