Ook bij mij krijg ik geen resultaten te zien. Hij connect met Bluetooth, maar vervolgens gebeurt er niets.
Apple Health
Cela fait 24h que jâessaie en vain de synchroniser le poids vers Apple Health et cette application nâapparaĂźt mĂȘme pas comme une source de donnĂ©es reconnues (iOS 18.7.2). Jâai fini par y arriver, donc jâai revu mon Ă©valuation Ă la hausse.

Il est impossible dâavoir lâapplication en français. Câest vraiment dommage.
Concept génial, mais il manque une fonction indispensable !
La balance et la connexion Bluetooth fonctionnent super bien, l'idée de l'application est vraiment excellente ! Cependant, il manque une fonctionnalité essentielle : la possibilité de créer ses propres aliments en rentrant les valeurs nutritionnelles des emballages (pour 100 g). La base d'aliments actuelle est trop restreinte et on ne trouve pas tout ce qu'on mange au quotidien. Sans la possibilité de personnaliser ou d'ajouter ses propres produits, la balance perd presque toute son utilité connectée. Si vous ajoutez la création d'aliments personnalisés dans une prochaine mise à jour, l'application sera tout simplement parfaite ! Merci d'avance à l'équipe.

Verbind niet met bluetooth
De âsmart weegschaalâ verbind niet met bluetooth. Je hebt er dus niks aan, want hij verbind dus ook niet met de app. Ik lees dit ook bij andere recensies terug. Het is eigenlijk gewoon een normale weegschaal.
Gebruik de QR code op de verpakking
Mocht je de zwarte Silvergear weegschaal hebben dan heb je een andere app nodig dan deze, gebruik de QR code om die te vinden. Hij heet Smart Life

I bought Smart Scale of brand SilverGear. The instruction has QR code with link to âSmartlife - smart livingâ (it works perfectly with this smart scales). People who donât know how to read - download your app and canât sync their scale with your app. They write negative review, because donât able to read⊠disappointing situation for you.
Horrible
The Bluetooth doesnât connect at ALL. Thereâs an option to scan the code to connect, but it only pretends to scan it. Really disappointing.
Kitchen scale
It is hard to see all the information together. It only shows the sum pf proteins / carbs and fats per day but not the micronutrients. I am not able to add new foods to the list

Verbind wel maar komen geen gegevens binnen tenzij je eerst naar baby modus gaat. Daar wacht tot de meting door komt. Dan terug naar het scherm waar je baby modus kan kiezen. Vervolgens deed de weegschaal het wel. Wat een ellende om werkend te krijgen

The app suddenly doesnât integrate into health anymore.
Do not buy Silvergear smart products.
To start off, it requires an account to show me my data on my phone which is unnecessary and annoying. I tried two scales, both did not connect to the app. It just doesnât work. On the older model the manual instructed to use a smart life app which is revamped into an AI house automation app which doesnât support the product anymore and is a privacy nightmare. The newer modelâs manual instructed to use this app, which seems abandoned by the developer.
Wo sind die verbrauchten Kalorien?
Ich kann nirgends sehen, wie viele Kalorien ich bereits aufgezeichnet habe. Wo finde ich das? Ich gebe das Lebensmittel ein und ab dann sehe ich nur noch die Grammzahl, aber nirgends, wie viele Kalorien ich bereits aufgezeichnet habe. Dann ist die App nutzlos, dann tracke ich meine Kalorien, hab aber keinen Ăberblick ĂŒber den Tag? AuĂerdem fehlt die Funktion, selbst Lebensmittel hinzuzufĂŒgen oder per Barcode zu scannen. Wenn das "App-Toast" 298kcal auf 100g hat und mein gekauftes Toast aber 237kcal auf 100g macht das einen Unterschied, den ich aber nicht angeben kann.
Niet top
Sinds kort meet de weegschaal niet meer in kilo maar in lbs, ook zegt die bij het meten van spiermassa niet echt de juiste cijfers maar oke de app moet veel aan gedaan worden

Bonjour ... j'avais Ă©.a des pb rĂ©currents de connex. Mais rĂ©solus depuis kk MĂ J. Quand l'App est installĂ©e (SilvergearFit de Karsten), et d'avoir crĂ©Ă© un voire plusieurs profil.s [enregistrement Nom ou avatar, kk donnĂ©es Taille, Genre, etc]; _On choisit son profil (nom, avatar), _Ensuite on "dĂ©marre" la balance ou l'objet (cordes, etc), _ Puis on clique sur le Poids (Âżsi premiĂšre mesure, autre dĂ©marche? -je ne sais plus), et l'Ă©cran glisse vers la prise de mesures ( poids actuel, graisse, muscles, etc) Balance multi-mesures: se tenir bien droit et bras tendus mais lĂ©gĂšrement vers le bas, afin d'avoir une mesure rĂ©guliĂšre et plus prĂ©cise. Une petite musique se fait entendre pendant le processus, ~30 secondes. Je l'ai depuis environ 20 mois. Enfin satisfait des amĂ©liorations de connection. Et elle fait son job, Ă©quivalente Ă celles vendues 4 fois plus cher. Donc 5âïžâïžâïžâïž Ă©toiles S'intĂšgre dans AppleHealth, mais pas encore (du moins gratuitement) dans Withings Health. Super slechte app
Zelfs geen 1 ster waard. In overzicht meten: Trend laat gewicht van tijden terug zien. Laat geen mooie lijn zien over de tijd. App synchroniseert niet meer met bijv Apple gezondheid. Sommige knoppen werken gewoon niet. Op feedback komt nooit antwoord of verbetering
Werkt prima als gewone weegschaal
Eigenlijk kun je de smart functies in de app beter niet gebruiken. Ik ben 179cm en 81kg. De app zegt doodleuk obesity level high... Kan sommige mensen heel erg kapotmaken!

Beschamend
Had ik dit vóór de aanschaf van de weegschaal maar geweten. Na Ă©Ă©n keer gefunctioneerd te hebben geeft de app het op. Beschamend slechte prestatie van de âapp-ontwikkelaarâ. Bij de verantwoordelijke firma Karsten zit een telefonist die contact met de maker bot onmogelijk maakt.

Waardeloze app - of toch niet
Edit: de app werkte voor mij in het begin ook niet. Voordat ik de weegschaal retour wilde sturen probeerde ik het nog een keer en werkte het opeens wel. Het wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven , maar als je de app open hebt in de buurt van de weegschaal en er dan op gaat staan, hoor je een popup in de app te krijgen, die na het meten de resultaten opslaat. Als het niet direct werkt wacht even en probeer het na 15 minuten nog eens..
No Bluetooth
I got this scale since 2 week and still cannot connect with my phone. Today I couldnât log in. I tried everything. New password and a reset. Even deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it nothing works. I can only weigh.
Canât add products/ kan geen eigen ingrediĂ«nten / producten toevoegen
Worthless since you can only choose pre set products and not personal products and dutch products are not there/ waardeloos, kan alleen voorgeselecteerde producten kiezen en niet zelf producten toevoegen
