Overall, really great does a great job of tracking what you eat and really emphasizes getting enough protein and calories. My only wish is that it would track your sugar also. It would also be nice if they had workout videos recommended for you to do. But overall, really great app does a real good job and I’m super thankful for it.

No option to make custom nutritional profiles based on products not available/indexed.
Enhancement request
Would like to have some actual verification of foods entered I’m guessing by users. No nutritional info except calories is lacking. Many entry choices are just plain wrong. Also no nutritional information like fiber content or vitamins are shown. For someone who wants nutrition this is lacking. I switched to this because my ymca app linked to it but I’ve used other free apps that had much more accurate info.
Simple and accurate
I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks. I like the reminders if I forget to log food. Also it has a huge bank of foods to select from (this helps whenever I dine out). Another great feature is that I can adapt the percentage of protein, carbs and fats. It’s made me more aware of my diet.
Use to love it, now doesn’t fit my needs.
My doctor recommended this app because i need lose 4+ pounds a week for the next month, the app won’t let me put that in because it’s supposedly unhealthy. it use to allow that option. I no longer recommend this app because it changed the one thing i actually needed for once.
Really good, but…
I have used this app for a while and it is hard to keep doing it everyday, but that is just a me problem, an issue I find is that it can’t seem to track the amount of calories that I have burnt throughout the day as even though I have it set to Apple fitness and I have completed my move goal of say 500 kcal, it will still say something random like 283kcal, which is wrong.
Scanner non performant
Le scanner de nourriture n’est pas bon et ne reconnais que des articles de France. Inadéquat pour les autres pays. L’abonnement de 62$ par années est ridiculement élevé pour le service donné.

I’m very happy with this app. If you forget to add you food it reminds you. Now my diet it much easy I don’t have to could the calories by your self. Everything is al ready done for you. Al you have to do is just add your food and follow the instructions. Thank you a very happy customer 🤗👍🏽👏🏽💪🏽

Too complicated
It is way too complicated. It won’t let you easily add a custom item, so even if you know how many calories something has you can’t add it unless it’s already in there database.
great but lacking
This app is a very effective tool, which could become the world leader if daily sugars intake was also presented. This would make it the "go-to" app for pre-diabetes and individuals diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
Not enough food offerings
I’m afraid this app is not going to work for me. My preference still is my fitness pal It has all of the foods that I eat everyday
Must look for verified foods
The app is great but a lack of verified foods often means the nutrition for the day is different based on which item you select. A scan of the bar code is different than the food label most of the time. I’ve been using it

It’s a user-friendly app that help track meals and stay healthy based on what we are consuming. It helps track the carbs we are getting in and offers personalized plans basing on the calories needed daily. It’s a great tool for anyone looking to control their intake and getting the right nutrients needed to stay healthy.
Highly inaccurate
Every single fast food item that I tried to find, had dozens and dozens of wildly inaccurate information. from 1000 cal small fries to 6 cal French toast sticks. If you look up the actual nutrition information from the fast food restaurant, nutrition information it will have to be hand entered EVERY TIME. Portion sizes are grams, which means most people don’t have a clue how to enter new product information. I can look up everything I eat from government sites for fresh food and individual restaurants to keep track on a piece of paper easier than this app.
Good, almost great.
Pros: - Simple, focused, easy to use (has none of the useless fluff that many other macro counting apps have). - Large food database (better accuracy in Europe) Cons: - Food database in USA is largely inaccurate. Most barcodes I’ve scanned have given inaccurate results. Usually you can find the correct entry after scrolling through the many results for the same food, but 30% of the time I’ve had to replace the barcode entry with the correct amounts. - You always have to compare the calorie breakdown of the search results with the nutritional label on the food as most of the time it’s incorrect in the database. - When adding a food, the results on the All tab is not sorted by most recently used. This is a pain in the a**!! It makes food entry much slower than it needs to be. - When creating a Meal, it doesn’t prompt you when going back to the previous screen before you have finished adding the ingredients. And when you go back, you have to start again from scratch. - You cannot move multiple foods to a different Meal time all at once (it can only be done one at a time) Suggested Improvements: - Display a mini macro breakdown next to each meal (in addition to the calorie amounts) - When adding a food, have the foods displayed in the All tab sorted by most recently used. - Add a “Favorite Foods” tab and allow us to mark frequently eaten foods as favorites. This would really help to offset the poor quality of the food database results in the USA. - Add a prompt (“Do you want to cancel the creation of this Meal?”) when going back a screen when you have started to create a meal and have added 1 or more foods to the Meal. - Allow moving multiple foods at once to a different meal time.
Bad nutrition info
Extremely inaccurate nutrition information most foods I select show "0" in all vitamin and minerals for foods that have more than zero.

One of the better macro apps, but it keeps deleting my meals. It’s frustrating having to build the meal again in the app so I can log it.

food tracking
the app is good, i like how it shows you the food so i know what i’m specifically tracking but the only problem is the measurements sometimes it can be really off and i have to measure everything in grams for it to be somewhat accurate, so if they fix that it will probably be the best tracking app
Unless you can scan it, it’s usually wrong
I did not choose to use this app. It was set up with my trainer., but willing to give it a try. In the pat I’ve always used My Fitness Pal. There’s no comparison in apps. Half the information is wrong, sometimes even you you scan the item. I found it very frustrating.

I really like this app but my login is different from my health app and I wish we could manually enter workouts or that it would sync to my Fitbit. But I love keeping up with everything else.

Very disappointed
I’m so confused by the positive reviews. I tracked a full day and all of the nutritional information was extremely off. I used the barcodes and it wouldn’t match the nutritional label on the food item. I recalculated it on my own and my day was off by around 120 caps and my macros were all way off too.
Great app but could use an update
Really like the app. Easy to use. Copy, paste and edit feature is awesome. REALLY wish they would update the app to where you can edit your macros for future planning more easily. I use different macro counts for workout days and non. I’d like to be able to plan future meals for the macro amounts I need without it telling me I’m severely over or under. Other than that, I love it. Use it daily and faithfully
Good Design, Bad Information
While I do prefer the extremely simple and restrained layout for this app over good tracking apps, ai have noticed that the barcode scanner frequently pulls up incorrect items and a lot of the entries for a given food item have totally inaccurate information. I assume this is because anybody can make a new entry for a given food item, and people are pretty incompetent at converting/transcribing nutritional information and portion sizes.
Easy to use
Generally happy with this app but are variables which confused me. Eg, a mug of tea with semi skimmed milk (350ml) can be 0 cals but other options of tea with the same milk vary with c 16 or 32 ish cals…. Which do I choose for counting? Temptation is to go for zero cals but that might not be true!

Eu tento colocar o peso atual e ele joga esse valor no peso inicial! O cardápio “sombreado” que deve ser o sugerido atrapalha a incluir o que ingerimos! Tento trocar a língua para português e não aceita! Tento incluir uma garrafa de suco e só aceita grama! Péssimo! Estou odiando! Brilliant but…….
This app really helps me to log what I’ve eaten. I’m losing weight using it but if you forget to add a food the day before there is no way to add it. If you go out for a meal and come back after midnight you can’t add it. Unless, I don’t know how to do it!
Just want a carb counter
I was just looking for an app that told me the carbs and calories and such in any given food, I find this app is hard for me to navigate and it seems to focus mainly on calories and tracking them. Just too much stuff for me, but I can’t Gi get anything like I want, just frickin advice apps

Finally found a food app
I have been searching for a free food app to track macros and this one is great! Not only can you choose from the list of foods, you can also scan bar codes on food items as well. So happy that I finally found a great app!
Incorrect Data Base
I got this to track my intake to help lose weight. There is no way to put in portion size because options are limited. Some foods in the data based have wrong nutritional value. Example, a wrap was said to have less than 20 calories. I tried entering a food item and it asks for entire size in grams. When I added the nutritional info the calculations were way off. There is no support or tutorial offered. I’d like to speak to a representative, but cannot find any contact info. Very disappointing.
Really useful app
Really useful app which is undoubtedly helping me to keep my calorie intake to a reasonable number just by raising my awareness of how many calories I’m actually putting in my mouth. Some of the foods listed have crazy numbers though and it’s occasionally difficult to find the one that’s correct amongst the lots if others which are clearly quite wrong...could lead users astray if they didn’t have a basic knowledge of calorie values.

I find this app infuriating to use. It is difficult to find some foods and the calorie count varies enormously . If making meals from scratch it is very labour intensive. I would not use it if it wasn’t the chosen app by my gym
Good but not as accurate as MyFitnessPal
I scanned a few barcodes and the calorie info it pulled up didn’t match what was on the packaging of the food. Also please could you change it so you can add your own determined daily calorie goals?

I love this app. It’s harder to use than something like weight watchers but it’s free and you can get really quick once you add meals.
Why I can’t add new food info as packaging indicates?
I wanted to add a food that’s 35k calories per 7 grams, but the app does not allow that and said “invalid weight”? Why is 7 gram invalid weight? Why do you have to use calories per 100 grams?? Can you make my life easier ??? Do I have to do the calculation (100/7)*35????
