Bare minimum app
The Royal Caribbean app is terrible onboard. Messages constantly fail or arrive late, service is spotty, and you can’t even send photos or GIFs. It barely handles the basics and feels outdated and unreliable. Definitely needs a major overhaul.
I got robbed
I purchased a Chops Grill lunch package for 30% off then a month later saw it for 40% off so when I called the cancel the 30% and add the 40% the agent told me I could not cancel because I order through the app she called it third party so I’m really feel like I was robbed and lied to….
Pricing
Drink packages are outrageously priced. It’s not even possible to get alcohol without coffee just k. Only DELUXE at outlandish costs. $12-20$/drink That’s with 20% tip addition. Ridiculous service for tipping No, we will NOT buy any packages
Can’t stop marketing notifications
What an annoying app! Downloaded it because I have an upcoming cruise booked and still get notifications every other day to book another cruise. Profile is set to not allow app notifications for offers but still get a constant stream. Can’t wait to delete this app after my cruise!

I am 86 year old man who enjoys cruising. I live in Tampa and find cruising is easily done , as many ships depart and return to same port. May favorite cruise line RCL. I am a loyal Royal. I find you site easy to navigate , and plan you schedule ahead of time. I am not good with a computer , but find your site easy to navigate. My next cruise is 9/17. Bill
SLOW
Very slow in terms of launching and difficult to navigate with all the various options. Bigger and clearer buttons would probably help.
Didn’t work well
This was an amazing feature but it was not easy to use. Couldn’t find I group and looked up by full names. Most guest couldn’t access the app properly because of cruise WiFi. I hope this gets better for future sailing’s.

Worst app ever
Not intuitive . You have to search everywhere to find simple answers . From your dinner and what to wear and entertainment . Difficulty reserving shows . Things purchased asking for additional money like you didn’t purchase it . Times never clear. Internet that I paid 4 never working .

I love everything about Royal Caribbean your program activities the service and the most important thing is the staff and how special they make you feel I have been cruising with Royal Caribbean when my kids were young and now my grandkids I will not cruise with any one else because you always make me feel special when I’m on Royal Caribbean and I thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality I always look forward to sailing with Royal Caribbean

Nothing like a bad time
I think Royal is catering to the hip hop crowd. I am totally over the rude comments from the people on the ship and on Facebook jerks. I will never leave outfox Miami again!!! I was threatened by a black woman and her husband, during embarkation. Then I bought tickets to Royal Beach club and they closed early and you couldn’t go in the water because of the weather, yet it didn’t rain. I was not impressed and the cost was too much for what happened. I asked for a refund and go denied. I HATED THIS CRUISE!!!!

The Royal app has evolved thru the years and is so much better and easier to look up your information and your trips. It is easy to plan your trip activities all in one app. I really like that they continue to improve the app

Bad food, a lot of sick people (virus), you have to pay extra for every breath you take
