Why are they charging?
I've enjoyed this app since I got my apple watch but recently they are asking for $14. Why should I have to pay for an app I've been using for years?? I like the app. Not so happy you want me to pay for it.
Not accurate
I bought this app about 4 years ago to keep track of new habits I need for my health and wellness. I’ve noticed in the last few months, or maybe longer since I never really looked, that one of my habits is almost always not kept accurately. The last entry of the day and sometimes more are missing. It happens to other habits occasionally, but one in particular. I use iCloud to sync the app between my iphone, iPad and Apple Watch. Even if I only use one device to make all of the entries, it isn’t kept correctly. Even if I go back and correct the entries until they match on both my iPhone and iPad, they are wrong again by the next day. I’ve contacted support and received no response. I would appreciate it if this bug was squashed or I was contacted as to how I can correct it in my case.
Widget issue
Hi, I’m having an issue with the widget in HabitMinder. I used to be able to check in habits directly from the widget by tapping it, but now tapping the widget doesn’t do anything. I’ve already tried removing and re-adding the widget, restarting my phone, and opening the app, but the issue is still there. Could you let me know if this feature has changed or if it’s a bug? Also, is there anything else I can try to fix it? For reference, I’m using an iPhone with the latest iOS version. Thanks for your help.
Best habit tracker app I have ever had.
I am a very determined athlete on getting better with every day I have. But that comes with a lot of tasks to keep track of, I have looked at and used so many different apps that track habits. None of them were as flexible and efficient as HabitMinder. 💎If you’re reading this and feel stuck with the overwhelming things in your life, put time into this app and Jesus Christ. Ads despite premium
Despite being a premium member, I now have to click through an AppLife subscription ad every time I want to just quickly log a habit

I was about to do like some of the people who recently left reviews. I ran into the same problems that they did where just recently, I started seeing pop up about getting a subscription and some of the pre-existing habits started giving me the same pop up and were inaccessible. I was on the cusp of leaving a negative review about a bait and switch… but it had been a long while since I installed the app so I wasn’t certain if this was an app I purchased or such. Searching through the App Store account info, I found that it had been a long while… back in 2019, almost 7 years ago. And I had made a in-app purchase of a one-time Premium purchase. I had remembered when I was looking through the settings that there is an area to buy a subscription, but there was also the option to Restore Purchase. I selected this option… and the app went back to normal and no more pop ups. So it looks like for some reason, the in-app purchase was reset during one the app updates… restoring the purchase fixes the issue if you’ve bought Premium before. As for an actual review, this app is simple yet does everything I need to do: keep track of progress of things. When I say simple, I mean using the app is… which is what you want. It is simple to use but has a lot of bells and whistles… although I think you only get these bells and whistles with Premium. I do have minor quibbles… one is that when selecting the icon for a task, the looooong continuous list of icons makes it hard to find the icon you want sometimes. Granted this is a one-time deal when you set up the task… it is still bothersome especially if you plan to use the same icon on multiple tasks. Another has to do with sync between devices. The charts/stats would only seemingly be updated on the device where you log the progress on the task. The tasks themselves would sync correctly between the devices but the charts/stats seemingly wouldn’t. It’s possible that this might have been fixed but this had been the behavior for so long that I stopped trying to look at this information on the other device.
Sneaky thieves!! Be careful!!
They offer you a 90% discount in the app. But if you go to accept it, the price is 10 times that amount. The discount that they offer you is 5.99 but the app authorization comes up as 59.99. It’s been like that for a year and these guys are probably ripping people off. You know Apple does not like to give refunds and I can imagine there’s a line of people that accidentally selected the to purchase this expecting to buy for 599 and then ask for a refund from Apple and were denied! Slimy developers.

Disappointed with Money Grab Tactics
I’ve had the premium version for a couple years, all of a sudden I can’t use the additional habits I created and have been using without purchasing a $14.99 upgrade. In addition to that it blocked the ability for me to go back to previous days, update and/or add notes I feel like it’s a strong arm tactic to squeeze more money out of users. I canceled because of the principal. I am very disappointed with this money grab tactic. I was a loyal user but now, I’ll be going elsewhere.
Stop asking me to upgrade
If you hadn’t kept asking me to upgrade to premium with that Home Screen message, you would have allowed me to use the app more and then I might have wanted the upgrade. Instead I hustled deleted the app because I got tired of having to clear that screen.
Please fix bugs

Simple to set up but crashes often
I like how easy this is to set up certain habits. I was expecting more though. I thought with the annual subscription I was supposed to be able to see a view of when I’m supposed to do things. I have to remember what time I chose for reminders because if you don’t stagger them you get 10 at once. Also, besides the summary view once you swipe or tap on an individual habit the app crashes. Unacceptable for the price!!! Could be a really great app.

Everything great until forced subscription
I’ve used this app for YEARS, and this morning I went to go track my time for 15 minutes of reading, only to be met with needing to pay $15 a year to use my “Reading” habit. This app was a daily part of my life. I was disappointed that updates caused the widget not to work properly (you used to be able to click the habit on the widget to open straight to the that part of the app). But, now that a faithful user of over 5 years is being forced to pay a premium for the EXACT SAME THING I used yesterday and every day for years… I’m deleting this app and looking elsewhere.
Good but subscriptions needed for some stuff and notifications are off
I like the app a lot but you can only have 3 habits at a time unless you subscribe the price is good though. I also get my notifications pretty late. If I were to set a habit to the evening I get my notification the next day

Just started using the app fully today. Easy to use and keeps you on track. Wish there were more emojis/colors available and kinda wish you could have less notifications but I guess that defeats the purpose of the app. Excited to track my habits over the next year!
Had I known…
That this app would blast me with the push to buy premium each time I opened it, I would not have installed it. The premise is great but the free version allows only THREE HABITS & no option for changing notifications: they’re either on or off. And it sends too many reminders. I will be looking for some other app to track habits as soon as I uninstall

I’ve used this app for years! Love it. Could we get widgets to display correctly with tinted icons in iOS 18? For now, they look white and I can’t see the text. Also, could we get the small widgets to display more habits? Thank you for creating a beautiful app! Edit: could you make support for the widget to include color tinting from iOS 18?
iWatch app Crashes Immediately
Loved the app for years, but the iWatch app will not open and crashes. I am a premium subscriber and can not use the app on my iWatch.
My needs
It practically has everything I wanted it to have, though it doesn't encourage you and give you many notifications to do it. Maybe could there be a way to motivate more the client? Other than that (I paid for it) it's great and cool :)
Loved the app but…
I have used this app for years, and absolutely love how it functions. The reason for the low rating is the customer service. My premium subscription had ended, and I was offered an upgrade for 90% off the regular annual rate. When I paid for it, I didn’t catch that I was being charged the full annual rate until after I approved it. I contacted both support for the app and then Apple support for a refund. I had a refund from Apple, but did not hear back from support for the app. I have continued getting the same offer, but when I try to make the purchase, I keep getting an approval for the full annual subscription instead of the offered discount. I tried reaching out to support through the app again (which is an email), and sent a screenshot of the offer. I asked if there’s a way to take advantage of this offer. After a week, I still have no reply from support and keep getting the same offer. Would rate the app 5-stars if it wasn’t for this disconnect. Happy to revise this review if Support gets in touch.

Bait & Switch
I was not going to continue premium & discontinued. Happy with the app, but couldn’t afford the continued cost. Then a “special” came up on the screen to renew for 90% discount= $5.99 annually. Then it charged me full price. I have reached out to the app & Apple with zero responses. I have photos to prove what I am saying as facts. NOT HAPPY at all. How many others fell for misleading and misrepresentation with NO recourse?!
Overpriced
Great app! Helps me keep my habits in check. However, $27 is extremely expensive for just a few extra perks, and extra habits, there are apps that are less quality but do the exact same thing for free. If you have $30 lying around somewhere then this app is perfect for you.

I’m a bit puzzled why the default Brush Teeth is set to only 2 min per day—do y’all only brush once?! Anyways, its be great to be able to set this to at least 2 min x2 daily
Annoying reminders for things it knows I’ve done
I regret paying for this app. I’m constantly getting reminders throughout the day to do things that app knows, or should know, that I’ve done. So annoying. Example: the app reminds me to stand, or to walk, when it should know based on my steps being tracked that I’ve met the goal for the day. This app is NOT smart. It’s a glorified checklist with no consideration given to data available to the app that speaks to what I have actually accomplished during the day. You might as well just set reminders in your calendar to do the things you want to do…it’s the same thing.
Reminders
Good app but the reminders all sound alike. I need audio cues that tell me what to do. Either voice commands saying “stretch”, “walk”, “water”, etc, or sound effects that resemble stretching, footsteps, water pouring, etc.

No response from Support
The widgets stopped working and has never been able to be with a color themed home screen, only dark and light. If I try to use a color, the entire widget turns white, and the same thing is happening by with the new Liquid Glass home screen. The check marks on the widget are also no longer intractable since iOS 26.
Almost Complete
I really like this app. I like the concept of having mini apps and Apple health integration. The only thing I really find missing is the ability to record timed and health integrated events more then once. For example, brushing teeth happens twice a day but it only gives you the option to do it once for 2 mins or put it in for 4 min and hope you hit the 2 min mark by yourself. Please just add that and this will be a perfect app.

This was a great app but the only problem is that the gift that you have to buy keep coming until you buy the gift.I feel like they should take this away or put them in like a. Offers place.But overall this was a great app This would not even let me on the place where you make your habits this also crashed a lot.Probably gave a half a star if possible
Different interfaces, no option to choose
If I want to do something more than 15 times a day, the interface with -, +, “I did it” and “undo” is replaced with quick actions to add 5, 10 and 15. Please allow me to use the - and + screen to manually add actions one by one or just use one same interface to avoid confusion. Also it lack iCloud sync, I do not see my habits in the iPad app.

I really like the app and feel like it’s been really helpful for getting me to commit to the new habits I want to create, but there are a couple things that bother me. In particular, if I set a habit to be 2 times weekly, I have to do the habit twice in one day in order for it to be considered complete. So I’m never able to actually complete those habits in the app which is really frustrating. In my tracking it just shows as partially complete on two separate days during the week which is disappointing. Hope this gets fixed.
