Help
I am in the USA and want to move to Ecuador -
Worst search engine
I am looking for a home in a specific city with certain amenities, and it gives me thousands of listings from around the world.
Busca por texto
App intuitiva e completa faltando apenas uma pesquisa por texto com IA onde o cliente escreve como pensa o que procura e a app define os filtros que deve colocar
App is good but email notifications are terrible
The app is quite good but the entire point is to get notified about things matching my search. Email notifications are a joke. First, it sends me properties in euros instead of CHF (ignoring my settings). Then the links only open in my browser instead of the installed app. If I click on open app it then just opens the app store.
Copy Rightmove UK and it’ll be 5 star
The property market is very outdated on websites please update everything make it look cleaner we have AI now to clean up designs.
Great Support
I’ve used the app for many years without an issue. It’s my fav property app. Recently though it developed a problem with images failing to load. I reported the issue to support. Great communication and quick response. The issue has been fully resolved. App working really well again.
App keeps crashing for months
Cant use this app at all as the app keeps crashing whenever I try to revisit housing marked as favourites. Useless !!
Bug
Beim scrollen durch Favoriten beendet sich die App selbst .
Non va la ricerca

App Keeps crashing
I like the app but my app keeps crashing on favorited houses page

One of the best app in Spain housing
Trop lent
No one will ever respond to you.
I think the units available on Properstar are just there for reasons other than what they say they are there for. No one will ever respond to you if you tried to contact the person listed for those units. I sent emails and messages to them but I haven’t received any response yet from any of them. I’ve inquired about many apartments in different cities in the span of 5-7 months and still nothing.
Buying a house
Well it’s almost impossible to talk to a real, real state, if I ask to speak to someone, I have to send an email and they answered that my request have been submitted, but they never answered to my questions.
Review
Good prices but I will comeback for full review
Poor
Last few updates have ruined this app, it's now unstable, pictures don't load, pages refuse to open and multiple unstable signal errors... All other apps on my phone are working fine, so that isn't the issue and full WiFi and 5g
Property
Needs more additional detailed information for customers who are interested in the property but can’t be there.

Good app
NUL
Les photos mettent 100 ans a charger ou pas du tout et ça chaque jour… une application HORRIBLE !!
Filter possibilities are limited
It’s a good app, it shows a lot of properties, but the possibilities to improve the search is very limited
Great UX!!
I was using both my iPhone and iPad. Everything was simple and VERY quick! Impressive!
Doesn't Work
Unable to login. Will not accept password and when attempting to reset it does not provide a link to do so. It just puts you in a never ending loop of uselessness.
Eh……
When I first downloaded this app it was great. I could search n save with no issues. Now? I’m always waiting for it to load, it doesn’t search what i put in(areas & filters are almost useless),mind you this is well after the recent update.

Code number does not work
😊
Thank you for a great service and opportunity
Error
It won’t load a previously input search, always defaults to the home page to insert the search again, then tells me there’s an error when I try and look at a Property.
Best application by far!
I think the folks who designed this app must’ve modelled it on Airbnb user experience … It is such a user-friendly application, both website and app. You can find houses by looking at a map or searching an area, it notifies you of just recent additions, and it’s easy to contact the agents. Message to the developers: two key improvements please: On the web you can pinch to zoom and move the map around to find landmarks such as beaches, towns in proximity to the property… You can’t do that on the app…I have to split the screen On the search it would be great if you can search properties within X miles of a given location and then filter The results... When you’re looking for property you normally start in an area and look what’s available in that area. Thanks a lot
The update was the worst
This application was one of my favorite, there was only one problem is to contact with the seller, so I decided to update it , but now after the update I can do nothing I can’t search all my saved property has been lost, please do try to fix asap as I am planning to buy a good property at the moment.

Bad
I downloaded it 3 times and it doesn’t open its stuck on loading
