Excellent Spitigatos
Spitigatos is one of the best apps in real estate that I ever used. It is very convenient to use and has a great tools and is very handy easy to use and provide requested info instantly. Best wishes to entire Spitogatos team.
Buggy in ios26
No results founds. Vibrates every 5 seconds
Pretty good
After I use it more I will give better feedback
Login issues
For whatever reason, no one can explain it to me, I can’t log in at all. I have an account and the app won’t even let me reset my password.
GREAT COMMUNICATION
BEST GREEK REAL ESTATE
DIFFICULT TO USE SINCE UPDATE
I’m in the United States. You don’t have listings here so when I go to make a search, I have to scroll and find Greece. Once I’ve done that since I don’t know exactly what area I want to be in. And I don’t know the names of all of the towns and villages. It makes it very difficult. In the past, I was able to draw circles around the areas that I was interested in. Without having to save anything now the app insist that I why would I wanna save anything unless I find something I’m interested in?
good app
wish photo more
Lack of options
There is no option to see houses without real estate.
Spitogatos
Compare to other real state app it is very easy to work with and have lots of property
Why can’t I just search on the map?
Terrible app, doesn’t allow you to just search all of Greece on the map mode, you must draw a circle on the area you wish to see then it says “area too big”
NiceOne
Nice and easy to use
Πολλές φορές στο κινητό κολλάει στις φωτογραφίες της εκάστοτε αγγελίας όταν ανοίξεις την αγγελία από το email σου χωρίς να μπορείς να τις κλείσεις. Πρέπει να κάνεις απεγκατάσταση του app και επανεγκατάσταση. Δεν πρέπει να διορθωθεί αυτό;
Good
Best by far for house hunting in Greece. Would love it to add post-sale information eventually.
Bugs everywhere
The entire system is full of bugs..Either via safari or mobile app you can’t navigate properly and use it! Really very bad the entire experience..
Very useful purchases
Many properties use Spitogatos. Overall a useful app but a couple of issues. It’s not always obvious how to switch to English. The listings have an awkward way to describing details of the property; heat, yes, parking, no, ….
Error not receiving OTP code
After saving my property for sale and trying 3 times to receive a SMS or OTP Itys shows error and no OTP was send? Please fix the problem Thank you
Great app, easy to use!
Very easy to sign up and use. Will see how it goes once we actually find a place!
Love from Illinois
We’re actively looking for a home in Greece. This app is extremely helpful and easy to navigate. Keep up the listings.
It’s in Greek
Why’s it in Greek? It supports English, but I can’t switch to it????
More features for holiday homes
Good overall, but should do more filters for holiday properties, especially „seaview“, „waterfront“, „private pool“, „shared pool“.

Great app
The property app is the best I have experienced in Greece, however, better quality photos and floor plans should be considered.
The best real estate site
The only way to look for properties in Greece
Doesn’t open in English, and no where to change.
Can’t use it.
Would Like 1 More Search Option
I’m a big fan of this app; HOWEVER one feature I wish it had would be a search filter Option which would help one to search for properties (in Athens & its suburbs) according to their Proximity to a Metro/tram/ or bus Station/stop. Otherwise, I love the app.
Connecting me with Greece
Enjoy using this app and thinking about places I could potentially purchase to retire.
Great App
I have been really impressed with this app. It has been one only of a few apps that I have used that is pretty clean user interface and I get the information I need no problem.
Its all Greek to me
Have downloaded app twice but its always in greek language , How do I get the english version ? Cant change it on the app because its all in greek , be nice if some instructions were on the app download page ....Regards Taffy Owen
So cute!
Wonderful!
Good
Please insert also option for Criteria : Distance from beach , thank you.
Well put together app
Intuitive and works as it should
Can't get it in English
There seems to be no way to change the language!
Not so easy
The application is quite good but to send an email you have to register via various links . All these is time consuming . It would have been better to advise the estate agents to take better pictures of the properties and to include pictures of the building from outside too. The pictures are really poor . To choose an area especially on Thessaloníki it seems easier on iPhone but not so easy on iMac . On iMac says Δήμος Θεσσαλονίκη while on iPhone I can choose specific areas .
