Earlier I was using this app then I changed phone, to login It does not send OTP to UAE number. Now helpless my auto pay are configured in this account and not accessible now.

Earlier it used to work on VPN with a warning. Not it is not working at all. I can’t switch off the VPN. All my UPI lite balance is lost. Please allow app on VPN.

It should be the user choice, whether to use VPN or not. The app should not be forcing user to not to use VPN when they exactly understand why they are using it.

After the latest update to 26.5.2 bhim was logged out and I m not able to login again. It’s failing after entering the otp. It says unable to onboard at this time. When this issue will be solved?

Overall good but navigation issue
So far, my experience with the BHIM app has been good. However, I am encountering an issue: when I open the transaction history from the home screen or side menu, view the list of transactions, and then tap on a transaction detail, pressing the back button returns me to the home screen instead of the transaction listing screen. It would be great if you could fix this issue. Thank you.
No network
From last 18 hours I facing issue . When i open app showing no network and mobile network totally gone

cheaters
zepto says you will get upto 50 if you pay with bhim. After payment bhim says something on the lines of “good job, now keep paying with bhim to win cash ack” lol. totally misleading advertisement but hey, I don’t expect anything better from indian companies anyway lol. Uninstalling.

Overall good app, needs correction of some issues like; Can’t read remarks while typing it during the transaction
App not working when using VPN
I’ve been using the app for over an year and it’s been good so far. My phone has VPN installed due to company policy so it used to throw a warning and still allow me to bypass the VPN check. But after the recent update, it is not allowing me to open the app AT ALL because of the VPN. Please fix this.

Theres literally never any cashback on using this app despitr its claims. I always regret going for bhim instead of supermoney.!

Unable to setup UPI lite
I have setup the UPI on BHIM app and it works. I could not setup the UPI lite for some reason. Everything goes fine until the last step and it says transaction failed to add money to UPI lite. I tried to add a custom UPI id with my name and 4 digit number and it looks good until the last step that says, unable to add it. Tried a few times and it exceeded the limit.
Please add category tagging
Hi Team, Please add a category tagging/labelling option. For example if I pay for a shop, add an option under the transaction history to tag the payment to a specific category such as Grocery, Electricity bill, tuition fee gee etc.

Giving and receiving money cannot be done easier than this.
Developer needs to pay attention- foreign numbers don’t work
This app works for an Indian number but will fail with a foreign US number. It is because some of the international networks don’t recognize 0091 as a valid international dialing prefix for SMS. Unfortunately, the sms format is controlled by the app/system and can’t be configured by the user. How difficult is to support multiple SMS formats(+91 to replace 0091), this would help people to use NRO account.
App not working outside India
I am usually out of India and use BHIM for most of my payments but my app is not opening since last few days. Please fix this asap

UPI for NRIs Still Not Working
BHIM is now supposed to support international numbers from select countries. But even now that is not working. While the SMS gets sent, the verification still fails? Can the developer advise why this functionality is still not working?
Doesn’t work for US numbers
It doesn’t seem to work for US numbers which are recently allowed for use with UPI. The app tries to send a sms to 0091xxx number which doesn’t work in US. It should be 01191xxx. Unless that bug is fixed, it’s unusable now.

Still unable to use but four stars as it's a good initiative. I am based out in Singapore and my registered mobile number is of Singapore only. While on trip to India over International roaming I was able to register successfully but, when I select my bank account it errors out saying 'Invalid mobile never format' It shows my correct bank account.

I am now in serious problem since 5 am as on 12 Jan 2025! I have updated my iPhone iOS just now☝️ But BHIM , despite several attempts to update ; simply isn’t working 😞 I don’t know if i should delete the app and reinstall? Please help 🙏
