Little use of this App
This app is practically of no use. Does not guide how to register as a login customer. No provision to view recent transactions and ask for statement to send to the registered mail ID.
Calendar Update
Calendar is a very useful tool available in this app. However, update is always delayed. Calendar of 2026 is not updated even when we entered in Feb’26.

Worst App
Worst app always showing temporary unavailable for the service no matter how much time i try i tried sharp morning and sharp night thinking might be due to hasslness but no it doesn’t work any time no matter when you try.
Update when?
13/01/2026 As on today version 8.4.0 for iOS seems to be the latest. Holiday Calendar is still not updated for year 2026. In spite of your extremely busy schedule please update. W.r.t. logged in services, there are three problems I noticed in "PENSION SLIP" feature. (1) Central Government pension account numbers have 12 digits. You are allowing only 11 digits in the screen. (2) You say "Pass code" can be any four digits but put restrictions after I type. (3) There is no graceful go back once I reach pension slip screen. I can only log out. I hope you will address these problems.
App options doesn’t fit on screen
I am trying to download my loan interest certificate. It asks me to enter my account number and then it asks me to choose phone number I am not able see and enter further details and also no submit button is showing up in my screen to proceed further. Note: I use an iPhone SE , not sure if the resolution or layout is not fitting or supporting for my phone.
