Impossible to play
This game is awful. I played a game just like it years ago and loved it so I was excited to find a new one to try. It is literally impossible to play without spending money. If you do not spend money- all the fish die. So dumb and infuriating. I wish I could just pay for the game outright with no ads, but it is quite literally impossible. You cannot even pay one time, but have to constantly give them money to play. Mine as well gamble instead. Awful game I wish I never downloaded it!!!!!

It’s a good game but if it had online trading so we could trade or sell fish to friends or family would make it way better and make it so everyone can have a chance of competing the findex
Meh cost you money to play
I love the idea and everything behind this game and I also understand wanting to make a challenging game…. However in order to progress in this game you need to spend money or your fish just keep dying not worth the time.

I loved this game as a kid and have been having so much fun! Sadly though randomly one day it just stop loading and was stuck at the audio initialized and I wasn’t able to play so I had to delete the app very sad especially because I had been binge playing for the last week. Still a wonderful game!

Don’t waste you time game meant to spend money on otherwise all your fancy fish just die don’t waste your time on this game Update devs reached out and said game was challenging … the rare fish dies after 2 hours and filter air stone heater cost over 10,000 gold and each starter fish sells for 9-50 coins… are you crazy?

I’m giving this game a four out a five just because I don’t really like it but u don’t make a lot of money fast enough or enough to get the things u need, you also have to be on the game more then 5 times a day and everyday im a new mother sometimes miss a day and all my fish will then be dead I don’t even get a notification telling me to check them before they die, the game would be five stars if u could make money faster
VERY hard to play, almost not worth it
The fish die quickly, you are required to spend a ton of coins, but only get few back in reward. If you truly wanted to have fun with this game you would have to spend your own real money (which converted to coins the value is not worth it). The game is time consuming, basically waiting around the whole time. A lot of losing, not a whole lot of 'winning'
Decent Game. Crashes Often.
Just as the title says, the game crashes very often. Roughly every 5-10 minutes regardless of how great your WiFi/data signal is. Then it wants you to restart the game but… then it doesn’t restart the game? So you’ve gotta close it out and hope in a few hours it’s operational again. Opening and closing the game doesn’t work, you have to wait a while. Very annoying in all honesty but the game itself is like the old computer version.

Trash pay to win scam
You have to either sit and watch videos all day or pay to keep your fish alive. You log out to log back in to a dead tank. It’s a huge waste of time and disappointment!
Pretty fun
Overall it's been a good pass the time game but it has not let me open the game for the past few hours. Checked for update but there isn't one right now. I have data and WiFi. Not sure what's going on

I have been looking for a version of an online game I played as child in early 2000s forever, but this is it. Its simple and beautiful: breed different fish species and sell them. No complaints!

"loading server data"
Please fix the issue, I could not reload the game nor could I click anything else other than being stuck on the screen that says "loading server data", I have resetted my cpu, the wifi is ok, theres enough storage in my cpu, but nothing seems to work. Please fix this bug issue. Other than that, the game itself is quite fascinating to me

This games requires you to buy a lot of coins to even keep the fish alive. I will be uninstalling today.

I used to play this yeeeears ago, I was so pleased to find a sequel!! And it’s one of the few that you don’t HAVE to pay to actually enjoy…
The Ads will hold you hostage.
I feel like I am at a timeshare scam. The gameplay is nice, however to get extra coins and gems you MUST exit the game and reenter - there is not an X to escape the Ads. This game is very disappointing, as my desktop version is much easier to play.
Great game
I have already got most of the research done and hatch a lot of rare fish is there an update coming where you can just keep adding on. I do enjoy it but have already maxed out most of the upgrades and it’s getting a bit stagnant to be honest. I always played this game on pc so it’s strange just having it in my pocket now.
Out dated
While I finished this game I still liked to come back and get more species. They removed Facebook save, so my game was lost. I started over and they added the gems I’d purchased over the years. I got a new phone and all of that disappeared with the backup I had. It must be tied to the UDID, which Apple restricts for privacy. They need iCloud backup.
Decent
Good game but making upgrade 5,000 coins when you sell a fish for 9 coins is a bit of a stretch in my opinion. Overall good game realistic and all but pricing is diabolical

Don’t waste your time
You will never be able to sell your fish because they keep dying and they make it impossible to make money to get the essentials needed for the fish and it costs too much for the essentials. I watched 15 videos 2 hours ago for the whole tank to die again… don’t waste your time!!!

The fish die when you are not on the game like what how are meant to save your fish when your sleeping change it NOW.
Short lived
I will say that the 50 coins per ad you get seems fair. I watched 17 hours worth of those advertisements in the span of 2 1/2 days in order to pay for the tank filter, aerator, temperature regulator, and all the environmental/food research to keep the rare fish alive long enough to be able to breed them. Once you get 2 golden guppy of isola fish, breed until the tank is full and sell them for $360 a piece, you no longer have to rely on ads. But the main problem is, you achieve everything too quickly. The only things left for me to buy are pretty much tank decorations and there’s not much of a point in that. It’s been a week and there’s nothing left for me to do on the game except discover fish breeds.
Fun for a bit
It’s good until you unlock the golden guppy and are equipped to breed it. Then you’ll just make all the money you need immediately and you can buy everything, then there’s nothing to do without spending real money on gems to get the last few upgrades. Good game if you only want something to play for a couple weeks

The game is definitely worth downloading it is brilliant best ever
Hate it.
Deleted it in 3 days. Everything cost so much and coins take forever to build up. My rare fish kept dying and that’s all that kept breeding because I was trying to get the bubbles and power filter. Coin packages are crazy priced just overall no for me.

All the rare fish run out of health really quickly. So do the other fish. When I woke up- all my fish were dead. Could all the medicines be free to get so that whenever any fish are low on health- we don’t have to watch any ads or purchase anything to get more money to buy the medicines.

Fish tycoon has always had a fun and unique art style, so why would the devs resort to a soulless and uncanny Ai generated thumbnail instead of showcasing their own work? It’s a sad direction for an otherwise nostalgic series to take and threatens to put the sequel in the same rank as the many cheap knockoffs of the original game

Like the idea of this game. But you earn barely any money. Unless you’re prepared or have the time to sit and watching hundreds of adverts. I’ve worked out you get 50 coins each video you watch. But some of the things you have to buy to keep your fish alive cost 5000 coins. If you don’t log on for a few hours you will come back to all of your fish dead. You only earn money when you sell fish.. and some of the fish are 4 coins. Very hard to make money. The game is good but it would be better if you could earn more money and earn money in different ways.

Game keeps freezing no matter what I do. Deleting, reloading, taking other apps off. Not worth it. And I’ve lost a lot of money buying things I can’t use because of the crashes. I’ve played on 2 different devices and it crashes or freezes on both.

Updated Review - lost 2 stars
This was a great game which I previously gave 5 stars too. But as I’m progressing through the game I have reached a goal can’t check off unless I purchase gems which is infuriating. Also the rewards for completing the goals doesn’t match the requirements for completing it. I have to spend 200 gems (£1.99) to get a reward of 5 gems.
