Prettig werkende app en speakers die in deze prijs heel goed dienen!
Useless
Honestly how can speakers with the cost of these speakers have such a subpar app. I don’t even know if the speakers are also the problem but this app has such limited functionality, the speakers constantly disappear from it or have to be relinked to eachother. I got these things to have single control to play music throughout the house but instead I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall and reconnect when I was just wanting to quickly play some music.
Déconnexion Favori Deezer
Playlist Deezer en favori, se déconnecte régulièrement, il faut recréer le favori. Pourquoi ? Solution? Wiim permet d’avoir un égalisateur plus précis, Audio Pro W aussi pour les enceintes récentes, pourquoi ne pas l’inclure dans une mise à jour pour celle là également ?
Forgets Attached Devices Missing many features of stand alone Tidal App
This app seems more stable than the W version, at least for a Generation 2 speaker owner, but it’s a very poor implementation of the native Tidal App. Furthermore, it sometimes forgets connected devices and one has to re-add them at ridiculously frequent intervals. Using the WiiM Home with Audio Pro speakers seems to work much better.

Appli indispensable pour grouper les enceintes ou les utiliser. Fonctionne très bien, pas de coupures ou de problèmes wifi de mon coté, pour rappel wifi 2,4 GHz pas 5. Par contre interface très vieillotte et pas intuitive, mériterait une refonte globale.

AirPlay is not working. Also it can’t find my nas on the network.
Compatibilité catastrophique
J’ai acheté une C10MK2, très content du son. J’ai décidé de coupler avec une Drumfire2 pour avoir plus de puissance et un son multiroom. Super son aussi. MAIS… quand on veut coupler les deux en AirPlay, c’est la catastrophe !!! Ça ne fonctionne pas. Seule une enceinte fonctionne sur deux. Et impossible de les synchroniser en Bluetooth. Seule solution pour relier les deux appareils: un câble analogique (60€ pour du bon matériel). C’est honteux pour du matériel de ce niveau . Le son est excellent mais la compatibilité est exécrable. Par pitié AudioPro, faites quelque chose.

Kom igen nu fixa era buggar på appen. Händer alltid att inga av högtalarna kommer fram!? Skärp er sån stor firma ni är borde det finns en bra applikation till ett bra ljud.

Je viens de connecter l’application à mes nouvelles enceintes A28. Connections à ma platine vinyle et à Deezer via le wifi. Pour l’instant, pas de déconnection contrairement aux autres avis.

Tyvärr fungerar inte appen bra. Bland annat problem med att högtalarna inte synkar, ibland går det inte att få alla att spela eller att välja vissa utvalda.

My speaker arrived, I installed the app, I used the app to put the speaker on AirPlay and am now listening to some rockin tunes on the speaker via AirPlay.

The speakers are great quality, well designed… but completely let down by the app. Just spent hours trying to reconnect speakers following router change and still not working

It’s confusing reading other reviews. Works fine. Does what it says it will do. Easy to use and connects no problem. Can only assume problems are due to incorrect use. I’ve had 3 of these products and never had any problems with any.

Keeps repeating song two on any iphone playlist or album.

Seeing all the negative reviews made me a little apprehensive, but I’ve been using my ADDON C10 for about a month now with absolutely no problems via the app. Mostly streaming radio and Spotify playlists. No drop out, no loss of connection… all fine.

Not as bad as some reviews make out, but…
…I play music from my NAS and not having the ability to navigate music by artist AND then by album really impacts my ability to play music from artists I have multiple albums from. The fact that you also can’t quickly navigate from A to Z without scrolling through all music and waiting whilst the list progressively loads is also a major limitation if you have a lot of music. Both of these surely must be pretty easy to fix! So far I’ve only bought the C5 to test to see if I want to start replacing my Sonos setup. I won’t be until these problems are fixed but must say that the app does work and the speaker itself is great. It also took me a while to work out if I could listen to BBC radio prior to purchase due to removal from TuneInn, but for those that are also wondering, this is possible via VTuner (I have 6 music on a preset and it works well)!

Bonjour, super enceinte (C5) qui deserve une appli plus ergonomique et stable. Pouvez vous svp: 1/ ajouter un raccourci “Favorites” à la bar des taches (“Browse” “Device” “Settings”) pour acceder tous nos listes de favorites ; le chemin actuel de 4 étapes est trop longue. 2/ permettre le contrôle du volume de son avec les buttons physiques de iPhone; cette fonction ne marche plus avec le iOS 15 (ça marchait avant avec le iOS 14.x) Merci

Still disappointing
App is clunky, can be slow to load and has error messages. Really poor standard for quite expensive speakers. Links to support don’t work and there are still issues with the app losing the speakers even though Wi-Fi is on and working.
Works just fine for me
I can’t understand all the negative reviews. The app works just fine with my two C10s, even though one is out in my workshop with a very poor wifi connection. I have deducted one star for the latest app update which I feel has made it less intuitive to use. I’ll get used to it soon enough, and I am happy to put up with this minor annoyance for the sake of the truly impressive sound quality.
Cool hardware but disappointing app
Audio pro speakers have incredible sound however the app is truly disappointing. It would be extremely convenient to let this app communicate with Apple’s Shortcuts or have widgets so that we can easily change the source of audio without having to go to the app to change this (e.g. from wifi to Aux).
No airplay since update
Love the speaker but after the latest update my iphone xs is no longer seeing the D1 for airplay on wifi. Please fix asap!!
Very good app: simple and effective
Nicely simple, the home page gives fantastic control over the 6 speakers. So much more intuitive than Sonos.
6 years on and the app still bugging me
It’s a real shame they don’t get the app issue. Performance is seriously patchy - it’s like a home printer which works sometimes and others times completely frustrates you! This time out of the blue the pairing of speakers is failing.

vTuner is great but!
So I’m in one room and I spend some time finding some good programmes on vTuner and adding them to favourites. Then in another room there’s no sign of these favourites. Do I have to start all over again - yes! Suggested feature: import favourites from another room or just show them in all rooms. There I am exploring vTuner programmes (or anything else if I recall) and I select a station. There is no way to go back to where I was before I selected that station. I can only go back to the main menu but then I have to navigate all the way back to wherever I was when I selected the station. I shouldn’t have to tell you these things. Get your developers (or at least the project manager) to actually use the app themselves!

It works.
Not sure what all the low ratings are for. I read all the reviews and still opted for this system based on price and sound quality. It works well. The app also works seamlessly with Spotify. Maybe all the negative reviews are from people who are comparing this to their imaginary dream music app? It is what it is. And it works.
Shameful
This company should be ashamed. People invest good money in their software and they treat their customers with zero respect. This app is beyond useless.
It’s okay
The app does feel old, however it works very well and does the job, I do wish it was redesigned a bit, but I’m also afraid that it would add bugs. I use it with multiroom speaker setup pretty much every day to tune bass or volume because speakers are just too powerful for multistory building with neighbors haha
Does the job but need update music apps
They need to improve the app... it feels old. Why you have to go the app to lower the volume. Do no support You Tube Music. The app works and you can connect via WiFi as promised. The list of music apps you can link are old and limited.
Great speakers-mediocre App
Need to bring the app to match the awesomeness of the speakers. And how about an Apple Watch compatibility. Having to go to the app to adjust volume is just silly. Invest resources on this app.
This is good. Super easy and does what it should
I was a bit scared in the beginning of the software, reading its reviews. I bought a C5 for it’s sound and was hoping the software would be at least good enough. I have sold some crazy good high end gear because of crappy software in the past, so I know software is key. But this app is actually quite good in this version at least (nov.2020). Easy to operate, intuitive and not at all buggy so far. Keep it up! Thanks.
I have been rendered obsolete
My speaker is no longer featured on the app, meaning I cannot spend many pointless but happy hours fiddling about with the bass and treble and string to hear the non-existent differences. Very poor. Still sounds good though.
Great product/app, offer pandora compatibility
Your audiopro speakers are exceptional, and the app is overall very good with features comparable to the streaming apps themselves; however, Pandora comparability for us folk on the other side of the pond would be nice!
kind of works ok, but not perfect
Some setting get reset, So you need to manually set settings again like volume, standby time, ect at start of day. The worst is if you have two speakers then Left speaker starts at 50% volume and right speaker starts at 100% volume :( Also firmware not same for all speakers of same model, but different build year... When speaker enters sleep mode, after wake you need to set again the volume, ect. (Not always, i have one speaker that remembers the volume settings at wake) So it works, but not perfect. Making groups works fine, handy way to link speakers together for playing music. But not for a TV setup, you will get lip syncing errors. The 4 presets work fine, and the speaker remembers that setting always, also after sleepmode. (Addon c5 speaker) So lots of work still for making this app function 100%
