Immediately loved it
I just downloaded this today and it doesn’t lie when it says all in 1😭 this shi has everything possible, and it’s separated exactly how I imagined when I was searching for smth more than just a calendar. Notes for specific things in different lists and folders. I was exploring the app for a good 30 mins with pure joy. I might have a disorder.
A Difficult App
Not a good app for someone who is juggling multiple complex projects. Very difficult to organize tasks under each project and impossible to add notes for each task. Even worse, it was difficult to post this review
Read before download
This app is really amazing. It has pro con lists, checklists, habits, packing lists, really all a girl could want with an app like this. The only reason I rated this app 4 instead of a 5 is because some features you have to upgrade to get like an ai chatbot. Yes I know that there are different apps for this but the slogan of this app is ALL IN ONE. So….i was expecting everything to be included with the free version. But who I am to complain when I spent an hour just looking for a completely free app like this? Just download it and you’ll what I mean. ❤️
New User
Started pretty recently using it. Really thought it was a pretty good. It seems to constantly ask you to rate it that was really annoying especially when in the midst of working on things. The last time it asked I was actually in it doing something and just clicked the X to close it. I figured as much ask they do I do it again at another time. Since I clicked the X I have not been able to get back into anything it just keeps closing every time I open it. Not happy. Need to find something else did so much work on there it is a shame. Thought I found a really good app. Too bad. It seems to be fixed. Thank goodness. I really do like this app. I find it very helpful. It is working fine now. Thank you, I really don’t mind responding to reviews periodically I I just was a little preoccupied at the moment and have memory issues so did not want to lose my train of thought. I really do like the app. It worked for a little bit after my review now it won’t stay open again. It is really annoying do not know what is wrong with this app.
Love This App … BUT
I wouldn’t honestly be lost without this app and have used it for YEARS. But it’s driving me nuts that the lists are glowing after the new update. I love this app but kind of hate I can’t turn the glowing feature off.

Potential is there
I am recovering from a stroke and now have a mild cognitive impairment. I need help organizing schedules, appointments, and medications. This looks like it could be the one! However, when I first started setting up a list there were error messages that kept popping up. I logged out and went back in later. I could then make lists, but I keep getting an error when trying to set up notifications. My hope is this is a bug that will be fixed quickly. I will hold out for a couple of days before trying a different app.
Limited functionality
Wanted to sort a particular list by date. Also wanted to copy over a list into another app. Doesn’t give a copy/paste option for entire lists.

Lost all lists suddenly
I had sync and backup on but today when i logged in all lists (4-5) and all individual items (over 500 ideas) were gone. I was using this to keep track of ideas big and small, book chapters and outlines, and more. Poof. Gone. The backup was still checked with a small disclaimer claiming an error occurred. I wouldn’t trust this app if I were you.

This app is ok. It works pretty well but when I click send a notification to remind me about things it doesn’t work at all.
Best List Organizer By Far
Life Lists Organizer is the Swiss Army knife of apps. It is so flexible in terms of all it can do. It has replaced multiple apps I have been using. I just discovered DG Apps and all of their products are simple and superb. I wrote the developer a question and Dave got right back to me and was genuinely interested in my feedback. This is one of those apps Apple should put on every one of their devices. It’s that good.

App is a mess
I really want to like this app. I've been using it for 2 to 3 years, but considering scrapping it and using Apple reminders instead. Every time an update comes out, I still see the same bugs. I've tried to contact the developer, but to no avail. He's either absent minded or has his email misconfigured. I'd be very happy to send screen shots of the bugs and tell him what's happening, but if don't get a response, I'm not going to waste my time. Just wish he'd get this app fixed.
Can’t paste after update
After most recent update, can’t paste any copied text in any tasks or notes. Interface updates are nice but need to have this basic feature available again!
Add support for apple watch!
Add support for apple watch so I can see my list created on another device there!
Great list
I’ve tried a lot of to do list apps, and so far, this one is my favorite. It’s easy to use, it keeps everything nice and organized. It keeps all of your lists in one place, and it’s free.
Lost All My Lists…
Here is an update to a previous review I put out here. My previous review was that I had to reset my phone and when I got it up and running again all my list were gone. I sent an email and it took over a month to get a response which didn’t make me happy but the response is that since I had to reset my iPhone and this app does not utilize backing up to the cloud you lose everything. So word to the wise if you have to reset your phone, please take note of all your lists and you’ll have when you have to re-create everything. I had about five or six that I keep ongoing for stores that I go to and everything was wiped out. As a resolve, I am going to delete the app and I am going to use the REMINDER app (for lists) on the iPhone which now has lists and it’s very good. It just came out with I believe iOS 17 and if you need to know how to use it go to the internet or go to YouTube.
Not to Bad
This is a very good list app,one of the best I have found. I was able to make different list which your able to put in different formats. I think the app is well constructed and I would recommend to anyone. My only concern was recently all of my list disappeared. I reached out to the developer, who handled my request to fix promptly. I think the app still needs to have an option to back up your list on iCloud, but other than that I would definitely recommend. Thank you David for retrieving my list and all of your help.

Almost perfect
Almost the perfect app. There are some bugs I wish they could fix. The reminder for the habit list doesn’t work. The ability to create a new customizable “quick list” like the grocery list would be great - one that doesn’t change the global version of the list in app.
Love this app!!
I know that I’m going to LOVE this app. I get things done better if I have a list to go by. All the other apps have daily lists and you have to make one up every day. This one you can make a master list of all the things you do. Once you make the master list, just check them all done. Then each day you can just uncheck the ones you want to do and then check them off as you do them. No more forgetting things!!

Nice App
I really like this app and use it nearly every day. I make a weekly to do list and I update it as I go. I make grocery lists; I have an ongoing gift ideas list; ideas list. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have an option to sync up to my calendar. I’d love to save some of my lists so I can see what all I got done on a particular day.
Very clever but needs sync
This is a very clever, functional app. Fortunately, without sync, it is just not workflow-friendly across time and place.
Very Buggy!
With much excitement, I downloaded this app onto my iPhone this morning and started using it. Unfortunately, I am finding repeated behaviors where as I am doing some kind of action in the app it will all of a sudden close out and go back to the home screen of my phone. Somewhat ironically, when I click on report a bug, nothing happens! I really want to love this, but I don’t even know how to reach anyone to ask for help
I love it
I’ve been using this app ever since it was first made, in 2018, I’ve stopped using it for a few years, but i decided I wanted to use a to do and routine app again, so I came back to this app, and it still never fails to surprise me, I have autism so i absolutely love organizing stuff, lists, routines, schedules, shopping, etc, thank you so much for ever creating this app. 💛

I’m loving the app so far, but I really need recurring reminders. I’m not sure if I’m just missing it, but if it’s not there I’ll sadly have to choose another app. Hope this can be resolved.

Great app & support
I’ve been using this app for quite some time now and can honestly say it’s one of best of its kind available. And after I tested this latest update I have to admit I’ve been underutilizing this app for way too long. Onto custom lists and having fun too. From a recent small problem I was having with the previous version, I can also verify that Dave, the developer, provides excellent support. He not only fixed the problem quickly, he kept me informed the entire way. Great app! Excellent support! What more do you need. Jim
No watch function really $$ but costs
There are better free lists. No help or instructions but not that intuitive. Only $3 but only bought because of watch function that only seem to have 2 options. Important or upcoming. With no instructions I couldn’t figure out why.

Great app.. BUT
This app is great - ALMOST. When listing tasks under the list - it automatically shifts them around - so then when you go to manually move them - they shift around even more out of order! PLEASE fix this! Or let me know if I’m doing something wrong?! Why do they keep moving around 😭
This is an AMAZING APP!!
I love this organizer app! It has so many things on it and gives you an infinite amount of space to jot down anything you need! I did try to tap on one specific icon though and it completely went out of the app back to my Home Screen so I would fix that if it happens to everyone (the icon is the tilted paw print) but other than that this app seems great! You don’t need to pay any money either! ❤️❤️

My new go-to app
I was looking for a simple list making app without the bells and whistles or learning curve. At first I used it just for a basic to do list. I have found even more use with the handy ability to make multiple lists and love the template where you can rank the importance of each task. Better yet, the app doesn’t track you or ask for special permissions. Highly recommend.
