Flagging posts
If there was a way we could swipe left on certain post like when the vm comes out it would be amazing instead of having to scroll down reading threw all the sub section just to find the post we are after. Kind of like how Gmail and outlook “flag” emails that would work perfect

In general, good when it works
Newest update makes it so when I sign into my account through my workplace on wifi at the workplace, it does not allow me to authenticate and enter the app, giving me the opportunity to use the app on a browser; less than ideal because I can’t actually see anything.

This app is really well designed and thoughtfully built. New features constantly introduced to make it even better.
Items shared get lost.
My company are becoming more and more reliant on this platform for their Communications and tasks. We as one of many teams sent many Important documents and comms through Yoobic, are finding that items get lost if clicked read by one member of the team, but has been wiped off from other members. Plus documents and comms are not categorised, just a long list. No way of flagging important information either. We used to use Teams, along side Yoobic One, but one presumes my company are transitioning. I am not convinced.

Joli mais pas pratique
Pour un usage journalier : l’appli crash très (trop) souvent lors des reportings et même sur un smartphone costaud. Pas du tout adaptée sur de vieux téléphones ou modèles bas de gamme. Environ 2-3 secondes entre l’appui sur un bouton, et la sélection prise en compte sur l’app, sur Android. Pour avoir essayé sur plusieurs téléphones, l’app marche bien uniquement sur un iPhone récent, et encore elle crash quand même. Même en ayant coché toutes les options « basses performances » et vidé le cache. Le planning, et particulièrement l’ajout de visites est mal pensé. Correct si on a une ou deux visites de programmées, mais pour programmer une semaine complète c’est fastidieux, laborieux, pour ne pas dire autre chose ! Pour le reste les bases sont bonnes et l’appli est jolie.
Yoobic truth
Everyone who is leaving a 5 star review is an educator/executive that uses Yoobic to train their team as it is an amazing training platform. Everyone who is leaving a 1 star review is an employee/student who is forced to do these courses without pay/ recognition. I’m leaving 3 stars as I’m both a manager who has my team complete them and I complete them myself.

Glitchiest App Ever!
This app crashes all the time, login is convoluted, and currently it just loops from the login screen to the app in the App Store over & over. Absolutely worthless!
Chat
I think the chat is ok but the problem is you can't as a member of a group chat especially select people who you want to contact privately. But Yoobic is a productive app but needs minor improvements.
It shows, my points will be decreas if the admin edits the courses.

Great app
The app was added at work to streamline existing communications to one place. I was initially apprehensive about the change but it’s amazing. Everything is organized and easy to search with key words.
Rubbish
It’s all just a pain in the backside photo for this photo for that, it’s just yet another pointless task for the company to keep tabs on staff because they don’t trust a single one of us to do anything, it’s just designed to spy on us, absolutely pathetic. Companies should supply company phones if they want staff to use this pointless app.

Missed Opportunities
We recently transitioned from Workplace to Yoobic and have found a couple key features are lacking, especially when compared to the functionality we had with Workplace. A few specific areas for improvement: - The ability to schedule a do not disturb function in chat notifications throughout the week, ie and option to pick when the app/ user can receive notifications, 9am -5pm Monday-Friday, off Sat/Sun, this is so vital so staff can set it to dnd mode so they don’t constantly get notification when they are off, this function should mute the whole app, WP has this function and it so valuable to employees, and one of the biggest complaints with Yoobic so far. - An auto-reply feature in chat when dnd notifications are turned off, which would help support better work-life balance for employees, especially managers. This would be a game changer. - Remove the mandatory “name the group chat” prompt when creating a new group, this step feels unnecessary and slows down communication We hope to see these features added in future updates to enhance usability and support teams more effectively
Well thought out platform for driving results
The YOOBIC platform was introduced to me at my current workplace and I’ve been the biggest fan. This allows me to keep connected with my team, make communication fun, and engage with everyone in a way that is relevant to our current environment. I appreciate YOOBIC so much!
Incredibly slow and useless
The app is useless it takes forever to send a picture to a group message and then when you want to open your photos to upload to a group bearing in mind I have all permissions set to allow access literally crashes or closes the app every single time. Not worth the time

Why do we need like 4 updates in 1 week the amount of times we have to update the app is ridiculous

Awful app that no one likes using GANT utilise the app as a stick to beat staff with rather than a learning resource, going so far as to log how long it takes users to complete a module Incompetent L&D team who have not worked in a store for over 10 years try and teach staff how to do a job they do daily
Images are blank to your chat
You upload a photo but try open the thumbnail and it’s just black. Team can’t see anything

Great tool for business
I think the app works great and it’s an easy way to keep my business on track with a team of multiple people. Easy navigation
Kind of lazy
I’m not here to talk about how my company should have never tried making a faux social media app that we can’t access from home, that’s a rant for someone else. The base “Yoobic One” has very little features to keep me logged in or make it easier to log into my company’s sign in because there’s no “remember my company” option or anything like that. I already have to put my username and password every. single. time. to log into my company’s specific portal that it would be so much easier if it just remembered my info. That way I can open the app, log in, and get started instead of opening the app, having to search my company, making sure I didn’t spell my company’s name wrong because I’m in a rush, THAN log in and do work. That’s just more of a hassle than it’s worth and there are so many apps that have a “remember” option for just about everything that I’m surprised the app developers would be too lazy to add one.
Slow and Bloated
This app often slows me down during work, I could get much more done if it wasn’t for constantly waiting for this app to do its thing like a lumbering behemoth. There are so many functions here which seem unnecessary, and it could me much sleeker and more reduced in favor of speed and simplicity.

Nowhere in any retail space will you find a better tool to bring all your operational systems, communication, training, tasking and engagement. It’s all in one and streamline’s efficiency and allows you to work at an urgent pace and gives your team the flexibility to work at the speed of now.

Such a slow app. So I will start something and then all the information I entered is gone ? This is more of a pain than just using paper.

Won’t even open
When I go to complete modules on the app it won’t load, just says “yoobic operations.” So I’ve got my employer hounding me to complete required training on an app that doesn’t work. Wish they’d picked something else cause I’m tired of deleting and reinstalling the app.
