Really easy and friendly
Great little app it does exactly what work needed to do and I find it really easy to use and being a bit of a dinosaur that says something with thoroughly recommended. It enables you to stay communicated with your workers. It also enables you to put everything you need on there ready for your workers so win-win.
Error
This always seems to have some sort of error & it tells you to access things from the hub, which is contradictory cause that's where I'm accessing it from on the first place! Very annoying!
Almost
Here is my feedback. The app needs improvement regarding how it loads information when opened; it is currently very slow. However, the feature drivers miss the most is the ability to tap on the assigned running boards and quickly view the corresponding PDF. The biggest shortcoming of all is the lack of a tracking feature using the fleet number, which would allow us to identify the specific bus we need to look for and see its location. And finally—the simplest point—there is no field within the app where I can send a message like this directly to Blink.

This last update won’t even allow me to open the app!
It’s not cheese
It’s a good app, it’s replaced MS Teams, which was also ok. It seems to just be a skin over whatever sql or such was previously used. It’s good, my company uses it for most things now and it has vastly integrated into my day to day work life. But, it’s just not cheese.
Unhappy
Too difficult to use for older people, too much irrelevant information, I need something easy to use. I need help to set up certain essential pages but nobody seems to be able to help. I’ve wasted days trying to find simple things and am totally fed up wasting time on it.
More flexibility on notifications
You should reeeally add the ability to mute individual conversations (group ones or one on one chats). All I’ve found so far is snoozing or disabling notifications but I don’t want to turn off notifications for all things, just one or two that I don’t need directly in my feed. Some chats might be important while others are not. Thanks! Otherwise a fine app so far as far as I can tell.
No Choice
The ONLY reason to get this app is that the company decide that this is the only way to see duties. Have to tap a few times to get to what I and probably everyone else to see duties calendar then when you go back have to do the taps again. Set it so at least it stay on the tab that you closed the app

Needs better features, I work for a company that is up and down the country, I don’t need to know about anything that happens in other parts of the country, I just need to know what is relevant to the area I work in and a feature where I can just see my local area would be a great help
Glitchy ?
🤷🏼 The Blink Frontline app on my iPad keeps rapidly flicking between sections on one of the tabs, as if it’s constantly refreshing. It’s been happening for a while now. Have deleted & reinstalled , problem persists. Has anyone else reported this issue on iPadOS ? ( ✴️Featured TAB, Stagecoach buses u.k) please explain APP developer.

Overview
No option to change monthly duties layout, can’t see sign off times and duty numbers. On landscape mode only two weeks can be seen. No option to change page appearance, don’t really wanna see messages and social chats. Das onboard, duty cards and payslips should appear first. Emails and chats should be optional. Not interested to see everyone selfies. Just duties that’s all I am interested.

i mean it works it just would be nice if it had more features in the chat such as more reactions than just 👍 and what notifications you receive would be nice but i have no complaints other than that really,

Images for group headers are unusable
The way images get used in groups is terrible. Different images should be useable for desktop and mobile so the cropping and resolution can be accommodated. Currently unusable
Needs improvement
The constant notifications are annoying there needs to be an option to only be notified for chats and important posts, there needs to be a call function in dms, and also more reaction options rather than just 👍 thanks

Awful app
We are now being forced to use this awful app at work. It’s difficult to navigate, glitchy, doesn’t do half of what our old app used to do and is basically just a social media gimmick. I’ve yet to meet a driver at my place of work that thinks this app is any good
Not working properly
Signed off my bus but the driver who took over racked up 6 points and this was allocated to my green road score.

I was initially told I would have 7-9 clients and took 3 weeks to get me 2 clients. I got another job in the meantime.

We can’t sign on for our duties using our mobile phones because the sign buttons can’t be appeared. No scroll bars to go down.

Now into the 3rd month and requested a feature that was on works old app we still not got the same functionality of the unity app, still waiting for basic functionality like the ability to add shift straight from the app to you phone/ical/google calendar can’t see how hard that is
Pointless
Promotion of social media platform within’ professional place of work, totally no needed. Too much information that important things are lost. Not a fan.
