This is the best app Owner’s manual I’ve used. Everything is organized well and easy to find.
what happened
why does it keep asking for a pin no everytime i go on the app ? it says one time only ? i cant get on it ? can we have our money back ?

The idea is great but some of the information is out of date or not clear (e.g. Alarm deactivation - an instructional message is NOT displayed on the instrument panel, you have to go into the guts of the settings menu to find how to do this).
Add Disco 4 please
Nice app - but PLEASE add the 2016 Discovery 4. This is already on the on-line iGuide, so it should be easy to add it to the app (and it would be useful to earlier Disco 4 owners).

Never come across a search feature that is so poor. Yes, the results are put at the bottom if the list but why oh why is the list not deleted?

I am unable to install Japanese Discovery sport for the 2021 model year, please improve it as soon as possible.
Underrated app
I don’t understand what’s with all the negative ratings for this app. It does exactly what you’d expect from a e guide and more, an owner’s manual with search function and visual guides. App runs smooth and has all the info i need for my 2020 velar

Cheaper alternative
JLR have put this in place to save money quite simple.. They’ll say it’s to save paper.. Nonsense. As everything is a extra today on configuring you car .. I would of paid £20 for a traditional paper book in the glove box.. £85k on a vehicle and no manual.
Where is the App Support
It goes straight to Landrover website 🤦🏻♂️ Anyway …. I don’t have a 20/21 Discovery Sport and it gives No Option to add any other models to the My Vehicle 🤷🏻♂️

Use the app regularly as I change vehicles regularly and do like having the info in an app form.

I have tried to find basic information in the manual without success. The search feature is a complete waste of time
Not very user friendly
Technically this is a good idea but its a pain to navigate as you end up going back and forth all of the time. Surely it would be easier for everyone concerned to just upload a free digital copy of the actual manual to Apple Books.

Can’t even get it to boot up
Endless flashing boxes, doesn’t even load. Rather typical of Land Rover digital technology alas
Error loading bundle
Started out ok with 2022 RR Sport but vehicle deleted itself after about 6 weeks. Now just gives an error loading bundle even after reinstalling the app. All other vehicles seem to load ok…just mine doesn’t.
2019 Velar info
It was great app until a week ago when it was updated and now the 2019 Velar info doesn’t download. Delete and reinstall app doesn’t fix it. It downloads and says “the download content was invalid” 2020 Velar info downloads ok

Waste of time
Despite the bad reviews I was curious, This app does not cover the freelander at all and I noticed that it only covers defenders for maybe last 5 yrs or so. Sorry I didn’t take a lot of notice. How hard can it be for the App devs of a company as large as Land Rover / Jaguar to transfer the pdf. Handbook into an app for owners to use.
A nice idea, but…
In theory, a very good idea. However. I don’t find it the easiest to navigate and prefer the old fashioned manual in the glove box. Also, in recent days, the guide hasn’t worked, the index is visible but selecting any topics just brings up a blank page. This isn’t helpful when you’re on the road and trying to find information about the vehicle.

Very useful
Great little app I’ve been using for some time now whilst I get used to my new Velar.
Poor alternative
Bring back the traditional owners manual. If you’re stuck without internet it’s useless. Theres NO downloadable version that’s capable of being read offline. Come on Land Rover you’re a premium brand. The search isn’t intuitive at all. You need to know the exact term used to index by the developer or the search has ZERO idea what you want.
Where’s my car’s info?
Well it was great for my previous Velar but now I have an SVA and there’s no guide for that to download... Sure, many if not most features are common but it’s a bit poor!!! EG: instructions on opening the tailgate are wrong.

Out of Date, not good
I was told by the dealer that no handbook is available, ‘just download the app’ they said. I did. My 2024 Range Rover is two/three years ahead of the contents. Not a lot matches up, so useless.
Bring On The Older Manuals
You don’t have to have a brand new Range Rover to use tech, do come on add some of the older models so we can all play. Disappointing

Useless
Since the Evoque is missing, the car I'm interested in, this app is useless for me. It works though pretty well with the available models (Range Rover, Sport, Velar, Discovery). This is why I gave it two stars instead of one. Doesn't Landrover sell the Evoque anymore? LOL
Where's all the other models
This is a very good app. If you have the two models it covers. Not sure why they don't have this for the rest of the line. Would be 5 stars if it covered the rest of the models.
