Notifications don’t work
When you get 50 notifications they don’t reset when you get a new alert, meaning you have no log of activity. Been like this for years. Someone fix it!
Ok so far
Only had the app and car with tracker for a few days but it already does what the previous top range MetaTrak didn’t. It shows the car where it is and not 90 miles away where the car isn’t and never has been. Only issue so far is the app crashing and closing 9 times out of 10 when logging in. Using iPhone 13.
False alert nightmare
Be prepared to deal with false alerts at least three times a week. Even after reconfiguring the FOBs.
Stop asking for me to rate your app!
Every time I open the app I am asked to give a star rating and having done that, I am asked if I want to add a review. Every time, I give a star rating, reject the invitation to write a review, and am then allowed to access my journey information. I’m now tired of this inconvenience, hence accepting the invitation to write a review in the hope that you leave me in peace. Sort it out! 😡
Great protection
Vodafone connected vehicle works for me as very effective. Sometimes too effective if I don’t have my fob with me.
Disappointed
Details of the system say that if you lock the engine using the app, the engine CANNOT be started. In my case the engine can be started but a drive gear cannot be selected. The details provided by Vodafone are misleading

Why is the app’ always in portrait format. Doesn’t make sense!
Great App poor service
Had app for years. Keeps occasionally freezing and can have delays in updating. If you transfer unit from one vehicle to another. Unless you go through a registered business they will not allow you the change vehicle details.

It’s a great app ,the only issue I have is the fob is really light and easy to drop I’ve lost it and luckily found it after a search , also it’s not easy to open to replace a battery .don’t know how many times I’ve submitted this survey but it’s getting on my tits now 🤬🤬🤬

It took almost 5 hours to install and connect and now it doesn’t know my vehicle location
Just updated the app and….
It will not recognise my account or password. Why fix that is not broken? Do you know what you are doing? Have been told that “ no contract data found “!!!!!???????
Crash on login
Seems to mostly abort immediately when logging in leaving crash dumps behind on iOS. When you can get past login the app does what you might expect.
Vague
I’m afraid to say that it rarely updates had for over a month done over 5000 miles not recorded any of them. Doesn’t show where vehicle currently is and i can only see where it was yesterday! The apple air tag in the vehicle is more accurate and current. Got to have it to satisfy insurance company Come on Vodafone your better than this

Finally after using the app for 3 years someone has fixed the issue of viewing the trip reports in the app.
App crashing non stop
Fix the app crashes. I cannot open the app at all, it crashes 1 second after I launch it. Please fix it. It’s been like this for a while now.

Seems to work okay, thankfully not experienced a real theft, but feels expensive for a sim monitoring contract

Onboarding process is awful. Weak generated passwords that can’t be updated. Lousy, lazy error messages like this: Unable to complete the request Passwd invalid for application com.nexo.susan.be.model.Application@ c2febf5|code=CONNECTED_CAR,info= My connected car application| and login {username} : {password} With both your literal username and password dumped to the screen. And leaking internal package names to users is so lazy it’s disrespectful. Support buttons don’t work. Tapping them doesn’t connect your call. And when you do phone up at 17:15 and go through the tedious stream of options, you’re told the support team shut up shop at 5 pm.

Still messed up titles and status texts. The variable name now shows iso the variable value in the app GUI (at least in Dutch language). Still not solved. Fi text ‘dashboard_support_button’ is displayed in the support button. Looks awfull.
Waardeloze app
Werkt niet, zeer traag, pdf downloaden lukt niet. Versie op pc was ook traag maar deed alles wel. Waardeloos dat er geen bericht is gestuurd dat pc versie uit de lucht is genomen.
Update on review based on 2022-24
During 2022-2024 the app/product has performed well, information on trips etc is excellent. Geo fence is accurate and notifications are fast. One issue I have is that the vehicle is often stored for long periods, the tracker fob seems to eat batteries, I’ve tried most main stream battery manufacturers and they all have limited life. This is the fob that must beat like a heart with the vehicle to notify tracker that the vehicle is being moved safely. That aside I like the ability to see where the vehicle is at any time. I’ve now used/had this product for 7 years. Pre 20022: Unfortunately the notifications always seem to fail, deleting and re loading the app occasionally works for a short period.

Only option is to “login” - no option to register for an account.

Problem ze stablinością
Po aktualizacji do najnowszej wersji 4.63.5 aplikacja na iphone 15pro z IOS 17.2.1 jest niestabilna. Po każdorazowym wyjściu z raportu z trasy aplikacja łączy się z serwerem, po czym się zamyka. Przed aktualizacją wszystko działało super.
Rubbish app
I am with Vodafone connect but the app is very difficult to use. The login option doesn’t work, there is very little in the way of trying to connect to the app. Although I pay close to £165 every year, if my car gets stolen, I have no confidence that I will be able to check it on the app. Vodafone need to sort their act out and not just take money from the customers.

Underwhelming- cant seem to find our motorhome parked in an open area for 4 hours - concerning if someone steals it.

Bonjour, L’Appli est top. C’est vrai qu’il manque un compteur de km journalier comme j’a pu lire mais sinon, elle me plait. Par contre, j’ai plusieurs véhicules équipés et je n’ai pas trouvé comment les insérer. Pouvez-vous m’aider ?
Developer focus required!
Functionally works as expected but Home Screen is not in sync actual vehicle status; geofencing not shown correctly. Feels tired and out of date. Told this will be fixed in iOS 18 version, but no details given …

Au support: toujours ce même bugs, je ne peux toujours pas supprimer des notifications qui datent de plus de 3ans et apparaissent toujours en non lues…

Cette application ne fonctionne pas bien car la localisation ne donne que rarement l’emplacement exact de mon véhicule mais plutôt l’avant-dernier.

Constantly gives false alerts and call centre is unreachable. Would never have this system again. My Volvo dealer are equally unimpressed
Fausses alertes
Le gros défaut de l’application est qu’elle donne sans cesse de fausses alertes, du type « la voiture est en train de sortir du périmètre ». Coup de stress garanti, notamment lorsque l’on est en vacances à plusieurs milliers de kilomètres.

You have to load it around 10!times before it will open!!! Absolutely crazy!!!

Don’t ever consider using Vodafone Vehicle Tracking
The app is very unstable and unreliable as it shows wrong status of the engine! I have my engine immobilised due to poor signal and the car wouldn’t start :( Don’t waste money to subscribe to the service! I regret so much!!!

FaceID doesnt work
After the update, faceID cannot be activated and the app crashes. App is still very slow.

App molto buona nel complesso. Notifiche Input e Output zona Geofence assenti ad intermittenza, visibili in alcuni casi solo quando viene aperta l'app. Per la natura dell'app è una funzione indispensabile. Da correggere!
