Problems
I am getting messages telling me that the tracker has been in service mode for too long and I should switch back to normal mode if it is not in service mode. It is not and has not been in service mode for several weeks, something wrong with the system, I am trying to switch service mode on in order to switch it off again but the app won’t let me. I am losing faith in this very expensive tracker.

Wrong vehicle location
My car is currently parked at the back of my house yet is still showing where it was parked 5 or 6 hours ago which is around 600yds away. Confused?!

Nella versione precedente bastava aprire l'app e automaticamente avveniva l'autenticazione tramite Face ID, adesso dopo aver attivato l'app bisogna fare tap sull'icona di Face ID nella schermata di accesdo per attivare la funzione di riconoscimento facciale. Perchè introdurre un inutile passaggio in più?

A relatively new system to me but it does everything it should and even notifies me of user error. Like forgetting to put the van in service mode, or most often, your alarm has activated. I use the engine block mode all the time at home and constantly functionally test it as I keep forgetting to de activate the engine block.

A volte la posizione non è precisa, poi con l’altra app mi trovavo benissimo perché molto più intuitiva e ti diceva quando l’auto nei percorsi sostava e con l’omino bastava che lo mettessi sul punto di fermata che vedessi la l’immagine del posto, invece nei dettagli adesso non lo fa molto meno intuitivo e molto di meno in quest’app se devo essere sincero è da migliorare

Non da notifiche !
Sono mesi che quando suona allarme non arrivano le notifiche. Scrivo mail al supporto e vado dall’nstallatire e dicono che è tutto a posto. Inutile e da non utilizzare tanto non avverte quando scatta l’allarme. Dopo che il supporto ha risposto con mesi di ritardo confermo il problema rilevato. Sulla 4C un tecnico ha capito che l’hardware ( sirena) ed allarme sempre fornito da MetaTrak e dalla stessa ditta vanno in conflitto con il telaio in carbonio. Inoltre è stato necessario un upgrade del software ( che non si può fare dall’app molto grave) Ora sembra funzionare meglio ma nel caso suoni l’allarme si deve espettare di farlo suonare almeno 10 secondi perché altrimenti non manda notifiche ne per mail ne chiamata ne sms. Ripeto applicazione hardware e software da migliorare MOLTO soprattutto per auto di un certo pregio ed assistenza alquanto difficile da contattare. Dovrebbe esserci un help per contatti veloci sulla App.

Troppo lenta
Purtroppo con questa nuova app non si riesce a vedere la posizione in tempo reale mentre la macchina è in movimento e perde abbastanza minuti per aggiornarsi. La vecchia era più performante

Era di gran lunga migliore la vecchia app, con questa non si aggiorna in automatico la posizione della macchina all’apertura, ne tantomeno se si richiede la nuova posizione

Extremely satisfied. Have had a couple of false alarms (moving the car without the tag) and in under 2 minutes I get a call from MetaTrak.

Allora ho due società ovviamente una sola App da quando hanno cancellato la vecchia App non posso più accedere con la nuova App perché ho delle macchine su un’altra società Sidal mi risponde che ogni volta che voglio vedere le auto delle società devo entrare e uscire

Tengo a precisare che sono non vedente, ma uso il telefono con il VoiceOver per tutte le applicazioni, la vecchia era in tutto e per tutto accessibile a differenza della nuova
