Beste Camera
Ich habe diese Camera von Audi einbauen lassen. Front und Heck. Sie leistet mir sehr gute Dienste. Hab sie auch schon mal gebraucht wegen einem Unfall. Nur wird sie mir etwas zu heiß im Betrieb. Vielleicht kann man da noch mal nachbessern.
Horrible app, nothing works
Its unbelievable how bad this app is. This is probably one of the worst apps I have used. Especially now that there are coding agents, one could fix all these issues people are reporting. I could have installed another dash cam from another company and got a better chance at connecting to the dash cam. With this, I couldnt even establish a connection.
Unfixed bugs
Hardware is great and the app works well except for one (important) issue: connecting with the camera on iPhone is impossible unless you know how. I am only able to connect if I put my phone in airplane mode and then connect to the WiFi. This should’ve been fixed by now.
Better details please
Can somebody explain what the description of the latest update mean? I’m hesitant to apply it based on previous experiences with these updates. I don’t want to lock myself out again. Please test this thoroughly!
Peinlich für AUDI und nur für Experten
Edit: UTR factory reset (20 Sekunden power drücken) und UTR LTE reset (power drücken, bis es schnell blinkt) hat geholfen. Alles ein mal neu eingerichtet und jetzt funktioniert es so, wie es gedacht ist. Man kann so auch ein neues WLAN Passwort setzen. Email support per econes.de war zwar nicht Ultra schnell, aber freundlich, geduldig und am Ende erfolgreich. Die App ist leider weiterhin extrem unergonomisch und verwirrend, deshalb nur 3 Sterne. Ursprüngliches Review: —- Wenn man sich auskennt, und weiß, dass man CarPlay ausschalten muss, um die Kamera einzurichten, dann funktioniert es. Die mitgelieferte SD Karte scheint fehlerhaft, die Kamera aktiviert sich manchmal und manchmal nicht. Der LTE Router ist eine komplette Katastrophe, dort wird in der App eine erfolgreiche Kopplung a die Cloud angezeigt, aber weder Benachrichtigungen noch Videoupload funktionieren. Mal sehen, ob der Support funktioniert.
普通に使える
過去のレビューを見ると問題があったようですが、現状は特に問題なく使えています。 気になる点は、256GB等の容量の大きなmicroSDを使用すると、最新のデータがアプリから見れない事です。ある程度過去データの削除で回避可能ですが… なおパソコンの専用ソフトでは問題無く閲覧可能。 使用端末 iPhone 15 Pro
iPhone fails to connect
Apparently there is a know issue for the latest iPhones connecting to the UTR. So my Audi Garage tells me. Also, if there is a software update for the UTR it is not possible to do with the latest iPhones. If it’s a know issue why has it not been fixed!
Dashcam recorder2.0 + Audi LTE Router
Hallo, nach anfänglichen Problemen funktioniert nun die Audi Dashcam recorder2.0 in Verbindung des neuen Audi LTE Routers von 2025. Beide Nachrüstungen wurden bei Audi Eingebaut. Die App ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Wenn man die Videos in die One Drive hoch lädt kommt ein Fehler in der Daschcam app, sind aber trotzdem in der One Drive geladen worden. Live Video sind leider nicht möglich warum auch immer und Benachrichtigung werde ich in der Zukunft sehen ob mich das System aufmerksam macht wenn jemand versucht ins Auto zu kommen. Sehe diese Kamera eher als Sicherheitssystem als wie andere als Renn Kamera
Aplikacja niedopracowana
Można zachować do galerii tylko nagranie z przedniej kamery, nie można się połączyć z kamerą podczas gdy telefon jest połączony z carplay. Nawet chwilowe przejście do innej aplikacji na telefonie powoduje rozłączenie z kamerą i powrót do początkowego menu. Jeśli ktoś zadzwoni podczas pobierania danych z aplikacji to proces trzeba zacząć od nowa. Brak możliwości podejrzenia danych gps na mapie. Brak rozwiązania chmurowego.

The app was operational before the update. Now it crashes every time that you try to open the app
Dashcam+LTE Router
Hab mir das alles einbauen lassen. Datacard vom Handyvertrag in Router und fertig. Angemeldet und was soll ich sagen. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Fernzugriff ist auch ohne Probleme nutzbar. Weiß garnicht was andere für Probleme haben, funzt alles top. Danke ans Audi Team Stuttgart Das einzige was nicht so toll ist das man auf dem Smartphone das Querformat nicht nutzen kann. Auf dem IPad ebenfalls ziemlich klein. App füllt den Bildschirm nicht aus. Eventuell sollte man dies nochmal überarbeiten
Diabolical Product
The absolute and total uselessness of this product cannot be overstated. It just does not work, no matter what you do this app refuses to cooperate and provide you with the features you have paid for when buying the accompanying Audi UTR hardware. For the sake of your sanity do not buy the Audi UTR product or you will very quickly regret it.
Geht doch
Das letzte Update hat geholfen. Ich bekomme wieder eine Verbindung zur Kamera. Wenn man einmal weiß wie es geht, dann geht’s 😉 Aber so einfach, ist die App anscheinend nicht. Nur häufig Sitzt das Problem vor dem Bildschirm. Natürlich können direkt in der App die Videos angeschaut werden.

5年以上使っています。Wi-Fiの繋がり今ひとつよくない。一度繋がると必ず数分で一度切断される。もしその間に映像をダウンロードし、途中切断されると、その映像がどこかえへ消えてしまう。もう一度繋げると、その後は切断しにくい。 駐車監視はセンサーで監視していると、何か動きがあれば自動録画されるが、何も無いのに録画されている時がある。それにセンサー範囲もいまいちよくわからない。最後にここ最近のバージョンアップになってからか、録画した映像がスマホに保存されない。特にエラーは出ないので、どこかに保存されているのか？

Bei mir funktioniert das Teil tadellos
Ich weiß nicht was andere machen aber meine Kamera und die Verbindung dahin funktioniert einfach. Es kann wirklich mal vorkommen das Verbindung nicht klappt, besonders vor der Wohnungstür wenn man noch mit dem Wlan von der Wohnung/Haus verbunden ist. Dann einfach auf OHNE WLAN drücken, verbinden, fertig. Da bei mir es wirklich super funktioniert, gebe ich 5 Sterne.
What a shocker!
I couldn’t agree more with the previous reviewer, this is an awful App and the front and rear cameras are frankly unusable. My Audi has had to go back several times after the dulcet German dialect tones of “Please Check Rear Camera” constantly chime. Save yourself a fortune and don’t touch this hardware or App, go get yourself a decent Nextbase Dashcam installed, Halfords do a better job and their customer service is far superior than the after sales service by most of the UK Audi dealers.

普通に使えた
評価が低くて大丈夫かなと思いつつ設定すると、とりあえず、普通に使えました。とりあえず使ってみたという程度なので、まだ分かりませんけどね。
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
I agree with the reviews here in that the system is really tricky to connect to. However, I’ve found I definitely need to turn off Bluetooth on my phone before attempting a direct connection to the dashcam’s wifi, otherwise the phone will, of course, jump onto wireless CarPlay. You can select within the app whether the UTR uses its own WiFi or the car’s hotspot (the latter only if you subscribe to the navigation and infotainment package for data access). I’ve installed a 64GB card for higher recording storage but I do find there are random gaps in the recording timeline, especially when parked up, which, so far, I’ve not been able solve
Slowly getting better
Even an update a month ago resulted in me needing to delete and reinstall the app but when it works it does the job ok.

今までは使えていたのですが、バージョンアップしたらドラレコ本体と接続しなくなりました。 別のiPhone7からは正常に接続できるので、iPhoneSE（第一世代）だけの現象かもしれません。
Software needs improvement
Generally a good in car camera system but what is the point of having so much info like time stamping, speed, gps etc and yet video footages saved cannot be exported to my own mobile device. This feature needs to be added to the app as soon as possible. Other brands have no issues with this at all and they cost much cheaper than an Audi branded one. Come on Audi don’t dissapoint your consumers.
Audi UTR
The one review here is seriously unfair, I think. Although the instructions for set up aren’t as clear as they should be, If they are followed (with the exception of putting iPhone in Aircraft mode, this will Not Work! Just make sure your phone is fully charged before starting the process), setup and firmware update goes without a problem. The features in the app work as appropriate, and has a number of features that most third party traffic cams lack. Am fully satisfied to this point, and given the cost, this is a good thing.

Had one over 12 months and never works or connects to the app. Complete waste of money
Verbindung zur Cam kniffelig
Habe festgestellt, dass man beim IPhone alles unter VPN-Einstellungen deaktivieren muss und das IPhone auch nicht ans Smartphone Interface angeschlossen sein darf. Wenn das alles so ist, klappt die Verbindung schnell und einwandfrei. Musste ich aber auch lange tüfteln… Vielleicht hilft es euch.
使えなくなった機能
駐車位置情報、ライブの機能が使えなくなった。 まぁ使わない機能なので、今のところ問題は無いが。。。

This APP is poor don’t work along side. My Audi App. I have to turn off my Q5 MMI WiFi to use this APP

Die App funktioniert ganz gut. Mehr Funktionen wären schön. Videos auf dem IPhone speichern im lokalen Foto Ordner damit man die besser auf dem Handy verwalten/bearbeiten & versenden kann. Oder zoomen bei der Wiedergabe.
A techie company like Audi made a lame app
This app does the absolute minimum required to function with the UTR recorder. The one minute (driving) and 20 second (parking) events are saved in the near useless .avi format (almost unusable on a Mac), but worse there are a hundreds of them with NO thumbnail, just the numerical file name. Terrible to sort through. Viewing a video clip on the phone the fast forward reverse does not work. If you want to download from the microSD card to your phone it’s VERY slow, and then you dont have the option of sharing the downloaded file. Its trapped in the UTR app, not even savable to the photo/video library! You physically have to remove the card from the UTR, find the file on your computer (hope you have a lot of time) and save it while converting it to .mov or .mp4 for viewing. AND that process causes the destruction of all the files on the SD card when its put back into the UTR. Honestly, I hope this version 1.0 and gets improved big time soon. This UTR recorder is so freakin’ expensive that the app should save it, not make the experience even worse.

SDカードのメモリを128GBにしたら、ビデオギャラリーでUTRを見ようとすると、アプリが落ちます。早く改修して下さい。

Troubleshooting
If it won’t connect, try this. It has to have power on (red light). Open MMI on dash, click settings cog, connections, connection manager, on known devices click the cog, click disconnect device. Once Apple car play is disconnected go into WiFi settings on phone and connect to the dash cam. Then open dash cam app. Once finished disconnect WiFi from dash cam and click the Apple play button MMI to reconnect. The car constantly trying to connect/reconnect to Apple car play even if it looks like it’s not connected on the phone is what was stopping me being able to connect to the cam.

1. 현재 전/후방 동영상 탭으로 분리되어 재생 -> 한화면에 동시분할 재생으로 전환하는 것이 어떨지 검토해주셨음합니다. 2. 재생목록 선택 시 전체선택 재생이 가능하도록 했으면합니다.(체크란을 드래그로 복수선택이 가능하게한다거나..) 일일이 체크하기 힘듭니다. 3. 영상 재생 시 화면 가로 전환모드가능했으면합니다.(화면이 작아요...) 또한 영상 확대도 가능했으면합니다. 일단은 이정도 생각이 나서 글을 써보았습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 서비스 부탁드려요~ 감사합니다.
