Not for iOS
This app is garbage if you’re on iOS ..if you are even able to connect, the only features available are the apps you have to pay extra for..garbage.
It works well had this for about three years!!
Had a rough start to get this established and working. Been great ever since. I know a VW CC sport. Most of the programming works. There was one for the radio that says it’s compatible, but for whatever reason it doesn’t want to change but other than that, it’s been excellent. I wish it was more clear on its upgrades. Do you have to buy another module? Can you upgrade the software in it and it’s not easy to reach out

Slow
Incredibly low to identify vehicle and very slow scanning. Also, if you don’t do absolutely everything exactly right it will not connect, such as key on engine off, hood popped, etc. meanwhile my topdon topscan connects and scans without issue and in a fraction of the time. Also, if you have ‘24+ VW make sure you really research rather than relying on descriptions on a retailers site before you buy it, as you will be severely limited on what you can actually do due to SFD2 being very restrictive, even though the resellers will lead you to believe it is capable of doing everything under the sun. If they can gets SFD2 working and maybe speed up connection time I’ll revise my rating.
Explained and cleared my fault
The activation process was somewhat annoying with accounts and TFA but it was all work it for scanning, explaining, and clearing my fault.

Look, I get it. Trying to get the most out of the program and features… I’ve had OBD11 for a long time. These prices are out of control for what’s actually available. At least for my 2017 Audi that I’m paying 2025 prices for. Can only do so much with old tech. Don’t mean I should pay more for it. Just saying

Won’t connect since new update
Cannot get the new “recommended” app to connect to my phone no matter what. Only the VAG app works at the moment. I’ve logged out, deleted my car from the scanner, reset my Bluetooth, deleted and reinstalled the app, you name it. The new app refuses to connect
Good device and potential but….
Too many pay walls even once you’ve paid alot for the device it self. Great for diagnosing faults etc.
Significantly worse than the VAG app
Riddled with nudges/ads for their AI features or to upgrade your subscription (even when already pro??). Drops the connection to the OBDeleven connector when the VAG version of the app still works without issue. Everything is harder to find in this version. The app is more focused on people interested in using it to track the gas usage than people actually working on their car that need long coding to reset service intervals or battery configuration. It is a shame the VAG version of the app is pushing us to this version. Will probably just get VCDS instead of renewing pro again.
Still not as good as the VAG version
While this version seems focused adding lots of features to extend the value of OBD11, if you just want to diagnose, it’s still inferior to the VAG version. For example, reading live data for the engine, I cannot search through the hundreds of outputs as I can with the VAG app, and I can’t seem to get the results in Fahrenheit. The scanning is definitely faster, but that’s where the improvement ends. Much more focused on upselling.
Five stars for android but four for IOS
There are so many positive things that this little dongl can do for my several Audi cars since I work on them by myself. Couple things that bugs me one is the subscription based service and why is android version is superior to ios have more useful features unlike stripped down version fir iPhone youser? Instead of yearly subscription I would rather have limited umber of vins per tiers. Let it be more expensive but with all options including apps usage that's included in the price.

Honest review
For this price it’s pretty good, but always asks to update the scanner, i used the scanner a week ago and it asks for an update again. Never ending story… And it didn’t let me even to update, always failing. I was thinking why it’s happening, i just needed to update in app store the app version, but it was pretty new and it fails like that… And even no message about it

Takes forever to connect even when sitting right next to it. The app crashes every time I tap scam. Every time. Tried all the normal troubleshooting only remaining conclusions is bad software
Poor CarPlay readability
The app is not readable while in CarPlay. The background gets dark while the font stays black.

Exorbitantly Expensive Credits
I bought the device a couple years ago when long coding was a free feature. Now there’s a paywall for that and credits for very simple functions are ridiculous. $12 to change my battery type and another $12 to change its capacity? Shame on you for this bait and switch.
Every VW and Audi Owner should own OBD Eleven
Please do what the title block says. Worth much more than the cost of the device.

needs credits just to export PDF; found share logs
I just switched from a friends OBD to scanner to OBD 11 after OBD 11 VAG group app told me to switch. The first major frowny face is expects me to buy credits just generate pdf the error codes. after digging through Support, I found the export logs capability. Which can email text logs.
Don’t like u have to pay
Spending a $100 dollars then having to pay for more apps inside the program is a crime

This really has made a difference to identifying issues on not just my vehicles but also my family’s vehicles. Very easy to use and understand, I only wish I had gone for the full package
Steer Clear
This product is a scam. They will get you for the product, then will ask for money for credits, then make you buy a subscription. Stay away. Cost me $300+ at the end of everything to perform a battery adaptation
Needs polishing
It would be awesome if i could do everything like on vag cars to my bmw. Also 1 credit for daily login needs to be brought back.
Looks promising but I see previous memberships getting downgraded.
I like what this new app has to offer but a very big concern is that I see the new app is trying to get me to sign up for ANOTHER pro membership. I’m currently a obd VAG pro member and on the VAG app I can long code and do adaptations but on this newer app they are trying to sell me another pro membership to do what I’m able to do on the vag app. I really hope this isn’t how they’re going to handle their long time members, because I will make sure to tell everyone that asks me to avoid obd11 due to them being money hungry.

Programa gerai veikia, po update atsirado gyvi duomenys, tačiau jų nėra daug. Problema su senesnėm auto nuo 2008 ir senesnius neveikia aplikacijos, nerodo elementarių duomenų. Labai ilgai nuskaito duomenis (jeigu nuskaito). Su naujom auto kaip ir viskas gerai

Paid for credits for a one touch app, doesnt work, im sure ill have to fight to get my money back. Haven’t had a good experience in the past

Moving the VAG to new App
The move from the original OBDeleven VAG app to the new all in one app has become a disaster. I can no longer connect to my VAG vehicles in the new app. Just constantly fails.

Lädt ca. 2 Minuten - nur für die Verbindung, live data nicht funktionsl, car play ein schlechter Scherz (dort geht gar nichts). Dafür dass es keineswegs billig ist, den dongle und einen Pro-Plan zu erwerben ist das gelinde gesagt sehr schade! Wenn man noch den Settings in den Steuergeräten eigene Namen geben könnte und diese als Favoriten ablegen könnte, dann wäre es richtig gut nutzbar. So ist es doch recht schwierig, die richtigen settings zu finden.
