Horrible customer service
I purchased this app & the bypass cable and Bluetooth scanner. Everything was working fine at first. I noticed my DRL where not on during the day so I went to try and reset it with the app and began receiving error messages. Contact JScan through FB messenger and the customer service agent was very short and snarky in there response. Told me I had a non compatible scanner. I purchased a compatible scanner from there list and am receiving the same messages. Reached out through messenger again and no response. What a waste of time and money.
2026 Ram 1500 RHO
I have used this app for for previous Jeep and it was great. I now have a RHO but there is no support? Any idea on an update?
No Option to leave Drag Mode
When i enter Drag Mode it is Not possible to leave this Mode. I have to close the App
2022 Ram 1500
Was trying to reset the FFC for ACC after windshield replaced but this app doesn’t have the option for my 2022…
Must have for Jeep Chrysler
I originally purchased to chase an engine issue. Replaced crankshaft sensor and did a reset. Lately I needed extra keys for 2014 jeep jk. Ordered third party fob/key blanks and had them cut and was able to program keys myself. That alone more than paid for the app.
SCR features and support lacking
Attempted to purchase VIN license within the app. Transaction still says pending over 14 hours later. Only way to contact support is Facebook. Reached out approximately 11am est. they replied back approx. 3AM. Their answer was payment processing isn’t their problem. I was able to find a work around using my Apple ID from a Mac I purchased the license and it then appeared on the phone to apply to the VIN. After applying I ran diagnostics. The error code matched what I was able to get from the RAM dash. Codes wouldn’t clear despite adding the new sensors, wouldn’t relearn after NOx install, SCR count down wouldn’t reset. I used a OBDLINK MX+ blutooth connection. Advice; Test the free version if you like for basic code clearing, license likely isn’t worth it for RAM. Don’t expect valuable support.
Great App, More Diagnosis Help
The app works seamless with my Jeep JK. But once I get a trouble code, it would be nice for there to be more information on a diagnosis of what it might be, maybe more symptoms you’re having if it is. That sort of thing but overall great app

Options
I wish there was a way to set the threshold of the front and rear tpms separately. I use my jeep for search and rescue. And in other emergency situations. Being able to have less air in the rear helps when 4 wheel drive can’t be used due to sharp turns but need more traction
Gladiator
Pretty easy to use but I wish the TPMS pressure went by 1s as 30 is too low for mine and 35 is too high. I would like a 32 or 33 option.

Great app but trouble buying one additional license.
App cannot provide saved report !
Beware that this app cannot provide you a report of saved trouble codes as most other apps do. Very unfortunate ! What are you supposed to do ? List them down on a piece of paper and review them later as soon as you exit the vehicle? Money wasted !
Works Great and Easy
I got the app to check codes and configurations on my 22 Ram 2500 and it has been beyond phenomenal. With one button click, I can scan every module and sensor for dtc’s and clear any that show up. I have been able to program key fobs, modify TPMS settings, change tire size for speedometer correction, activate remote start and more. All of this by someone who is very tech illiterate. Have not had to contact customer support for any reason. Have been completely satisfied with its capabilities and ease of use.
Scrambled 2025 Jeep JL and had to restore to stock
The new 2025’s with the updated dash and radio make this tool NOT COMPATIBLE. Just in trying to change tire size, it screwed up many of the driver convenience items as well as the cruise control, headlight controls, handling features and more. They know they have a problem but did not update their Compatible Vehicles list. I’m just lucky that the restore to original configuration worked!
Model not supported
I downloaded the app to use with my XJ as it was shown in the app description. After I opened the app the XJ model was not listed. Not sure if it was removed but that’s the only reason I needed the app. Seems like false advertising.

This app has completely transformed the way I interact with my Jeep. It’s like having the dealer’s tools right in my pocket. I’ve been able to unlock and customize features that were previously inaccessible without paying dealership prices. For example, my heated seats weren’t enabled from the factory and now they’re fully functional thanks to this app. That’s just one of many upgrades I’ve made. The functionality is impressive, but what truly sets this app apart is the exceptional customer service. I ran into a couple of hiccups and their support team was nothing short of phenomenal. They were quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. It’s rare to find that level of care these days. The paid version is worth every cent. Between the powerful customization options and the outstanding support, I couldn’t be more impressed. Hats off to the team, you’ve absolutely blown me away.

Excellent functionality, but mediocre reliability and performance
If you have a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler vehicle, this is an amazingly useful app. You can do stuff you’d otherwise get shafted at a dealership to have done. Unfortunately, the app crashes often, particularly when using the live data features. I haven’t been able to have it running for more than 20 minutes before it crashes. The user interface is inconsistent - sometimes when rotating the phone 90 degrees and back, everything is all wonky, and there is not nearly enough help text. For example, some adaptations say you must have the key at a certain position but others don’t say anything and require you to try the adaption with different key positions to find the one that works. It reads codes very slowly compared to other apps (e.g. Car Scanner) even when using the same Bluetooth OBD scanner. Once the stability, performance and user experience issues are sorted, this is an easy 5. If the app weren’t so uniquely useful my rating now would be a 3, but due to its excellent feature set it gets a 4 from me.
Doesn’t work?
I purchased to change the tire size on my wrangler. I tested the app against my truck to confirm accuracy. So the app lets you “change” the tire size in the app but nothing actually changed on the jeep. Maybe I did it wrong.

Love this!
This app is great! I don't have access to anything Android so I can't compare to AlphaOBD, but I have been able to make changes to my WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I couldn't have done without this app. I even asked about one of these changes at a dealership once before I found this and was told there is no way to do it. WRONG. This app allows people greater control over the settings of their vehicle than trained technicians! I've seen this proven by testimony countless times in forums and social media. On top of all that, it's a one time cost AND the developer(s) detail their app update descriptions - (a specific thing I critique in my app reviews). I can't praise this app enough! I've recommended it over & over. If you have any C/D/J/R vehicle GET THIS APP!!

Can’t add my new vehicle, got poor support, do not recommend.
Overall Great
Awesome what this app let’s me do to my Jeep JK. Managed to change my tire size to fix my speedometer and change daytime running lights to my turn signals. However there’s one major thing I wish this app would let you do. Let you turn off stability and traction control in 2H so you can have more fun when off-roading. If they add this feature this app gets a 5/5!

Not compatible with OBDLink MX+ IOS They say it will be in the future, but as of December 11 2019 it is not. Support email is very slow, your emails may remain ignored after a month.

Love the Connection
Love being connected to my Jeep. I can change settings in modules that can’t be done on the dash. I also love being able to turn my cooling fan to high during stop and go traffic or on mountain passes when things tend to get hot. Also love being able to high idle for winch operations or compressor activation during air up.
Dpf regen did not work
I tried to get the dpf regen to work and kept getting an error message. This was the reason I purchased this app and it wouldn’t do what I needed it to do. I will buy a cheap android tablet and use Alfa obd
