I only gave 5 stars so this would be seen by more potential victims. THIS IS AT ITS CORE CENTER A DIRTY ROTTEN FILTHY MONEY GRUBBING SCAM!!! DONT GET SCAMMED!!! They don’t fix anything in the game. Inventory items randomly go missing. The gap between the players with money and those who play for fun without money or those who won’t pay to play is significant by way of “rewards”. This whole thing is a farce. Don’t get sucked in. Move along! Nothing to see here. These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.

Good fun social able game. But watching the adverts to get bonus stuff(compared to other similar apps) takes soooooo long.

Is there anyone playing this game that does not feel like they are being ripped off? It’s way beyond making hard to keep it interesting,it’s more like stealing money from the people that support you! You better get your act together before someone brings a lawsuit,which would open the door for bankruptcy!!

I can't access my account
I was playing when the game froze, so I restarted it, but when starts loading, I get a message saying the account cannot be verified.

Fun Game Crashes Often
Fun game to play with many different aspects. Some are along a story line, others like a semi open world. However it often crashes/kicks players out due to “connection problems” for sometimes hours, sometimes days at a time. Like right now. This is the third time it’s happened since I started playing a couple of weeks ago.
2.5 stars to be clear

Very unstable game conditions
Game has become very stale. Yet again it’s all about buying packs to achieve “goals” Developers do not seem particularly interested in players satisfaction. Even with whole alliances defending ports some players manage to win with 3 ships. Something that would be impossible. As long as you spend you will have a great game. As I say developers aren’t interested in good game play but profit. It’s a shame as there are some great alliances and friends to be made.
Fun game
Frustration when your home port is attacked 50 times by the same pirate. You end up losing everything. Should only allow 1 attack on a specific base every day
It was a good game…
So I downloaded this game impressed by how realistic and fun it is and played hours a day not stopping, and I felt that I would never delete the app because it is a masterpiece of a game and I am proud of it for its quality, and the fun it brings to my life, but one day it said a update was out I tried to get it and it wouldn’t let me play it, so I waited until I was ready to update the game but I was losing space on my iPad, so I had to offload it, and I forgot about it and I talked with my dad to get space on the iPad so he deleted the game and I was depressed about the fact it is gone now… I didn’t delete the game because I hated it, I just needed space on my iPad, but I thank the developer who made this game game possible, update: I am getting the game that I had to have the same fun, nice work on the game!

Now I’ve seen some of the bad words said about this game but if you think about it every game has a hard grind to get certain things the game has room for improvement but so far it’s a good game it’s a casual action strategy game FROM-Review Lord

Game OK, ads not working a BIG issue when a free2play player, am on the latest iOS 18.2, game keeps telling me ads won’t run as need to be on iOS14.5 or above - developrs reading this then HELP!

Great game, shame they’re so desperate for your money
This is a pretty well thought out and enjoyable strategy game follows the same model as all the others (with minimal explanations as usual). The big downside is that unlike most games you don’t get the opportunity to earn gems and keep up with the big spenders and you have to buy leaders (unless you happy with getting 1 or 2 chances at a low rank each day) Giving it a go just for the challenge but does Disney really need to be so greedy ?
Needs serious improvement
I started the game back in march 2024– for the most part the game was decent, despite the very clear pay to win aspect of the game. The main crux of the game is to complete tasks and quests to obtain chests that will give you resources and gold that can be used to upgrade your territory and ships — you can win a new ship from some chests, although it is an extremely rare. My main issues with the game are as follows: Pay to win aspect — there are many players who dump thousands of real $$$ into this game, so expect big spenders to win every server event and PvP encounter. Please find a way to put all the spenders in their own server to maintain an even playing field for casual players who want to level up organically. Bugs & Glitches — after the 2024 winter holiday event update, the game has been almost unplayable on my iPhone. From constant network errors, crashes, to modes refusing to work at times (eg. compass expedition) [FYI: I have unlimited phone data and strong connection & my phone is on the latest software update] Lack of motivation to play due to lack of new things to do and server inactivity — the game is starting to feel repetitive and players are starting to get bored and are quitting fast, my server (383) is already refusing to spend money in the game anymore and is in talks of abandoning the game altogether due to the server inactivity/lack of participation. Just going off the last few server invasion events, it seems as though the same is happening in other servers too. You might want to sort that out ASAP Translator — many of the players in my server don’t speak English and the current translator isn’t the best. There’s been a few times where it has translated wrong and started arguments amongst players due to the translation being wrong causing a misunderstanding. The translator is in need of improvement. Here’s some suggestions for the game: — Bring back red gem islands and let us craft more than 15 ship blueprints within a 24hr period for SP2 and above shipyards. — Give us more ways of obtaining letters of marque and auto rally tokens in bulk— Myself and many others are always running out of them when doing challenges and end up missing out on new quests as a result. — Give us the opportunity to buy/obtain deco license parts outside of the ‘store points’ store, even if it’s only like 500 parts that appears in the store every week or so That’s all I can think of as of now I rated 3 out of 5 stars as the current product is good, but is currently in desperate need of improvement. I will increase my rating once the issues I mentioned have been addressed.
Great Game
Lots of fun. Love working with an alliance to win/hold ports. You can be a farmer, hunter, attacker or defender. Lots of opportunities for personal achievements. However, free to players are at a distinct disadvantage and have to grind to compete.
Fix
Every update that’s happened in a week has made it unplayable, I can’t even get past 24 percent and it says check WiFi or data connection, this is really frustrating!
Can’t use ads
I like the game but over priced buildings and requires high levels to get knew ships if it was same price for building as rn but you don’t have to upgrade other things first it would be better and I try do an ad and it don’t work
Good game. Ruined by some players and Devs
This game is great, and the community is brilliant (for the most part) there are a couple of players on the same server as myself and they spoil it for everyone else. Its definitely pay to play and some have clearly spent thousands. It’s been fun while it lasted but I refuse to spend anymore as the Dev’s won’t deal with certain players sharing personal information and images of others. Disgusting behaviour from both player and Dev’s. Unfortunately money talks and they won’t abide by their own set rules as the money is more important. Shame really otherwise I would give this 5 stars, and I would still spend (same goes for the rest of the 50 strong alliance I am in. Shameful from Joy city. Avoid.

Greedy is an understatement. Game filled with false promises
The game is nice and fun at first but literally gets the point where unless you spend money you cannot continue. The upgrades start at basic prices then they go into double and triple digit millions and some even have stages!!! Like seriously?? They put these obstacles in place to drain you of resources that you clearly cant farm. To farm you need tickets that literally have less then a 5% drop rate!!! The game promotes alot of gambling filled with false promises. I bet nobody in the games history has even won those max rewards they claim to give. The more you spend the less they care about you. Every-time you gamble you will always get the minimum prize. Rarely ever do you get a high prize and the accumulated amount that you spend before getting lucky is way over worth. Some higher games get lost from being unable to heal or upgrade from such a high requirement. Ship boxes and gems ALWAYS give minimum. You will always feel robbed spending here. Plus the developers expect you to put so much time you will literally be all day on the phone just to get better then most players. Do yourself a favor and take you time and money to another game that will actually appreciate you and listen when you have a concern or problem. Another problem is players can literally rob your resources, pirates and equipment. You can literally spend $100 on resources and get robbed and the games allows this obscenity!!!

Watch ads
Can’t watch ads for some reason have the iPhone 13 pro and all is up to date but don’t have any permissions to accept either so don’t get why I can’t watch them been through all settings and still no luck any help would be helpful many thanks
I do love the game but…
The current issue I have is that I can’t log in. After being locked out for 16 hours for an upgrade, it won’t let me log on until I update the app. I’d love to. Except it’s not showing up on the App Store no matter how many refreshes. Please for the love of all things holy, push updates to the App Store before locking your players out.
Game lags badly too often
This is a really good game but recently the game lags very badly. Everyone on my server is affected and complaining. The last time this happened I raised a ticket with Customer Support. They replied suggesting it was a problem with my device! A lot of players pay a decent amount of money to play this game - the game lagging so badly and so often is unacceptable and so frustrating.
