Casual gamers dream
Just about everything you do in this game isnt too complex and is very laid back and while my personal experience setting up cross progression was a mess maybe it wont be for everybody else. Nonetheless the support team actually came in clutch so at least they’re reliable if you find an issue.
Disappointed
So I stopped playing this game for a while and I finally come back. Now Kabam decides they’re going to only run Tower of Titans every MAJOR update rather than the monthly as they’ve done in the past, which puts me severely behind in the leveling up my characters from the Titans souls that I can acquire. This makes absolutely no sense as only an event they have to start. It doesn’t require any additional programming as they already have the code in place. One can only assume it’s away from them to get players to spend more money during the event since it runs less often. There would be no other reason for this change.

The game has progressed so far beyond its original offering, that it’ll cost newcomers almost as much as two AAA games to have access to the newer content as well as the needed QOL dlc packs.

Spoon and has very good potential needs more group play and less hey buy buy buy this rather then food for your kids since we charge crazy prices for ingame items. But over all it’s fun. Just which greed wasn’t ramp it. They need to understand it will stop. It is out of hand
Great Game, But…
I absolutely LOVE this game. It's one of if not the best mobile shop builder I've found on mobile, and I've spent many hours now building up and customizing my shop. HOWEVER, my one major gripe with this game is that half of the item categories are locked behind a ridiculous paywall. I pay the $10 a month for the royal pass because I like the be if its, but having to spend another $20 for a character that unlocks only 2 more item types feels a bit overboard.

Ever since my last phone update I have been unable to open the app, it doesn’t load in, and it’s a shame because I really like the game.
Fun game but very greedy developers
I have been playing this game for around two years and I enjoy it very much, I have always loved slow grindey games which is exactly what this is. My only complaint is that the developers are as immoral as pretty much every other game dev company out there; they constantly push things in your face for you to buy and the prices are insane. They seem to pocket most of it because the content updates are very rare. The only frequent updates they do are; every month they release two new packs that contain 2 furniture items, 2 cosmetic items and 2 crafts, the packs are around $20 each; the price is absolutely ridiculous, especially once you have a better grasp of the game and you understand what it is you’re even buying, and on top of that, the designs of those items are almost always so ugly, like they can’t even spend an extra buck to hire somebody who has some visual design skills? If you have terrible self control when it comes to spending money, please please please stay far away from this game. Like I said, I’ve played this for about two years and the reason I’m writing this review is because my journey with this game is coming to an end, I did have a lot of fun with it, you can enjoy it even as a f2p player but you’ll wanna have a lot of self control for that hahah, cause the point of the game is to collect and master blueprints, so you’ll be very tempted to buy the two packs they sell you every month; I did waste money in that way in the first half year that I played this, I do regret it.
Great Game but Greedy Devs
The game is fantastic and easy to navigate. However, the greed is insane… the added shop packs cost anywhere from $10 to $30 to add the premium shops (per shop). Despite however long ago this game came out there is never any deals or price reductions. F2p players are caught staring at a paywall of amazing items they will never have access to unless they want to fork out serious $$$. Still highly recommend playing! Devs should be discounting older premium packs when they implement new ones.

Not a free game
I understand locking skins, premium items, or boosts/speed-ups behind a pay wall but locking core gameplay mechanics is just greed. Got to level 31 waiting to unlock guns and crossbows just to find out they are permanently behind a pay wall. Not just a skin/blueprint but the entire vendor along with others as well.
So much potential and still fun
I downloaded the game yesterday off of a seanietoo sponsorship and have had a ton of fun since then. It not overly complex and doesn’t punish you for not min maxing profit which is makes it very laid back and fun! The base building mechanic could use some more options such as walls, doors, pillars, etc… for more variety, shop design, and to give extra incentive for further progression past the next tier of gear to sell.

Nice Mobile Game
Decent game for playing on the phone while connected to the internet. A couple things I find lacking: 1. Hero utility is kinda lacking, skills and stats don’t seem to matter much in events. 2. So much gear so little viable application 3. I have all sounds and music set to off but when I click on a customer the sounds kick back on ( new with update) Dig the game but I keep coming back because I don’t care to find another game more so than because I think it’s a super great game. P.s. over 1k in real money spent.

My game has disappeared. It is trying to make me start all over! I can’t get my game to restore. I have been reaching out for over a week to get help! No one will help you!! Don’t bother playing. No one helps you.
Used to be more fun
I played the game a lot previously, but you hit a sort of paywall once you get to a certain point, you can def progress f2p but it is arduous. i stopped playing and then decided to come back because i was ready to spend some money now, but the game has gotten more complicated and i dont know where to start to play anymore.
Too expensive
The game itself was good at first. I paid a subscription for over a year, which was the first time I’d ever paid a subscription for a mobile game but sadly the developers got greedy. A couple of times I’d put in effort to gain the prize but couldn’t claim it without spending £20 - £30 on a pack. For me it got unplayable as I refuse to spend that much for each pack. You would literally have to spend £100’s to get everything which is ridiculous!

I loved it at first the gameplay the adventure taking care of your own shop I played for like weeks basically every day but then I kinda got bored things were getting expensive fast it was a bit repetitive and for new players I can see this game kind of being confusing but overall great character art work great work on all the designs props the creators good job

Fun simple game! Managing your shop is super casual. Also after taking a break I lost my account and the support team helped me recover it! They are awesome and quick!
Broken game
Honestly I love this game, but I haven’t been able to get into the app for the last 3 days and I’ve had zero response from support. It’s fully up to date but refuses to even start loading. I can log in on Steam but not my phone. What the hell is wrong with the app?

I think you should examine why they are banned because I have been banned by a troller when I had not even played for 3 or 4 days. I tried to ask how to do something and saw I was banned for over 3 years.And most events cost money. There are no ads. And the game play is fun.
Won’t load
I want a refund. Been playing for a week. All of a sudden it won’t load. I’ve even deleted and re downloaded.
Where my gems
So I purchased 45 dollars worth of gems they took my money and I never got them. I know I should not have spent money but I couldn’t help it. I reached out to there bot on the contact us page a week ago and have not heard anything back about my missing purchase.
Spend way to much time on this game…
Game is awesome, highly additive! One thing that could be better is trading with guild members. Like on the guild requests, should be able to sell to your other members for a cheaper rate. To help them out.

単純なゲームの割に接続切れる事が多すぎてダレる！ やった事がやり直しになる事も多い…短時間で動きが悪くなりイライラします。 環境を戻す為に頻繁にログインし直す必要があります。 ログインし直す必要が多すぎて違う事しようかな？って思わされる事が多々あります。 飽きるような気持ちにされやすい環境です。 電波の状態が悪くてなら仕方ないが？ 通信環境が良いところでも同じです。 単純作業なだけにログインし直す頻度を減らさないとダレる感情は誰しもが感じてもおかしくないかと思います。 ただログインし続ける事が出来ない人にはちょうどいいかも知れませんね？ ガッツリやりたい人向きではないです。
GOT BANNED because of asking refund
I was a super active player, had spent money on some bundles, was a huge fan of the game. But as soon as I ask for refund on a mistaken purchase, I go BANNED with no warning. It’s their strict policy they say. The only way to get unbanned is to spend $40 on some gems just get the issue for a second review. I deleted the game as it gives me such a bad taste ;(
I’ve played Shop Titans for about five years now, and…
It’s easily the most enjoyable game on the app store. I have reached out for technical support a handful of times, and the interactions are so helpful, so human. The developers seem to pour themselves into this game. Can’t recommend trying it enough.
Tomb system
I love the game and have been playing for years but It’s gotten to the point where I don’t think the game has a future… The newly added tomb system is so poor it’s to the point where it’s painfully obvious that the devs just want you to splurge in order to win. I’m extremely disappointed I spent so much time building my roaster just for Majority of my hero’s to be unusable. Champs are also serverly underpowered and you get a mere 3 champ coins a day… Part of me just feels that Kabaam really just doesn’t know what their doing anymore and it’s really sad to see because I really do love this game, and honestly with how annoying the tomb system is I don’t even think I can continue. I’ll wait and see what they do with the next tower but I doubt they’re gonna change anything. Really sad to see honestly updated like the tomb system are gonna make this game go under.

Just wish the bundles were cheaper. Also, it’s practically impossible to play long term, unless you’re a royal merchant.
Needs but more content
U need more content like add more decorations, more wall variants and floor variants, more variants of in game content (e.g: racks skins, table skins, shelf skins, armour stand skins). Add more pet skins and hats. Just more content
good but mtx’s are ridiculous
the game itself is actually pretty good, it’s the micro-transations(mtx’s) that are a killer. now, you don’t HAVE to buy anything in this, but you definitely see a lot of the deals and general stuff they have on sale, and it definitely makes the vanilla game feel bare bones and lacking. this might not be that big of an issue, but they’re all priced ridiculously high for what they are; they put the sims to shame when it comes to adds-on, which isn’t a good thing. for starters, all the “major” dlc’s run about 25$, and there are multiple. that means buying just 4 is already gonna cost you 100$, not to mention all the other “minor dlc” options they have. if they were priced more reasonably, maybe it wouldn’t be such a big deal. like, 10-15$ seems more reasonable. i wouldn’t mind spending a bit of money if the price was right, but these companies always cater the “the whales” that are willingly to spend hundreds of dollars. its doesn’t make much sense as having 100+ people buying stuff for 10-15$ will make you more money than <5 people spending 100$.

Played this game for a couple years and drifted away from it as you do, just redownloaded it and have fallen back in love with it again.

Customer Service is Poor, glitches steal your progress
I have been playing for a year and while I enjoy the game, watch your resources. I spent months earning gems to play the content pass (they would rather you pay for it), and then one day they disappeared, right after I made the 1500. Customer service said I used them on the most ridiculous purchase no seasoned player would make. I informed them there was a glitch in the system. They refused to return my gems saying they had no ability. Yet they are perfectly able to add gems if you send them real money. Just know if you are playing this game, they will screw you and try to take your money.
運営の対応が酷すぎる
中身は面白いから星4、運営の対応は星0 足して割って星2です。 バグっぽいのを発見して運営に問い合わせたら「こちらでは再現できないので録画してyoutubeにアップしてください」って言われて、youtubeにアップとかめんどくさくて渋ったんだけど「録画してyoutubeにアップしてください」の一点張りで対応してくれなさそうだったから、結局アップしてURL送ったらそこから音沙汰無し。その日まで連絡したら当日中に返事がくるくらいだったのに急に無視。動画の再生数的に見てすらいない。酷すぎる。 中身は、放置してもよしずっと張りついてもよし、軽く楽しめるしやり込める要素もある、課金しなくても十分遊べるし課金の恩恵もちゃんと感じられる。なかなか面白いです。 プレイしてる時はバグや不具合を見つけてしまわないよう祈りましょう。

Money burning game
This game is unplayable unless you spend (a lot of) money. My wife and I have spent over $350 on this game (we bought the premium workers and half a year of the "Royal Merchant"). For that kind of money, we expected to be able to gleefully play along with no speedbumps. We had to stop the "Royal Merchant" subscription, and within a few months we each went from having a surplus of "Repair Kits" (600 of them each) to less than 50. Without Repair Kits, our heroes' gear will break permanently, requiring a replacement. Replacements can be bought for in-game currency or made with materials from dungeons we can only send heroes to if they _have_ gear. We'll likely have to stop playing the game, as it's not reasonable for us to resume the subscription right now. Shame on the devs for designing the game this way. For $350 we should be able to play without worrying about this.
I recommend it but
I love phone games. This is one of the best in my opinion and it’s very original! the only downside is that there is way too much things to buy with real money and it’s way too expensive. Usually I like to register to those kind of game. I recommend it but if would be more affordable, people would be more likely to register.
