How to see the comments added in our past shift!?
blended schedules
i have 2 separate jobs that both use this app. it recently updated to blend both schedules in one tab no matter which profile i’m on for which job. however it’s not putting them in order as per the calendar dates. it’s showing june 1, then june 4, then 2,3, etc. there’s also no option to separate the schedules anywhere. i don’t want them blended. i want to have my separate profiles for my separate jobs. fix this please.
Paystubs tab no longer appears
Checked my pay stub literally 4 days ago on the app. I went back to confirm hours for something and realized a few buttons were missing and there was no alternative way to get to those pages without said buttons. Also to add insult to injury the emails about my paystubs from push don’t actually include any of my paystub info. So, without those tabs to get to certain pages(specifically paystubs in this instance) I won’t be able to see what I’d consider to be quite important information.
really good
i had a job back in 2019 that used this and it was really good, now my new job uses it and it seems to be 10x better, so easy to use. i hate my other job that uses kronos, awful log in time.
Notifications
For anyone who is just starting out with this app, you will need to go to the settings > notifications to update how you want to be notified for pay stubs, shift reminders, shift swaps, and shift releases otherwise you will not be notified in anyway. You’d think that this would already be setup OR at very minimum users to be prompted when setting up the app for the first time.

Terrible
- Rather than saying when you’re not free, you have to share when you’re free in a 24 hour window for a long term schedule or one-off requests. So if you’re unavailable all day but don’t want to ask for vacation or sick day, you have to state 12am to 12:01am availability. You also can’t list multiple timeframes in a day that you’re available. - viewing those working for the day means downloading a PDF doc on desktop - UI is abysmal. Did a child design this? - Desktop features vary with app features vary with iPad features 🙄

It's impossible to do anything. The app just randomly closes whenever it wants. Messages I can't read. After I log in, it throws me back to the main page to make a log in again... shall I continue? For now - it's just a waste of time.

Unreliable app
I put in time off and it was approved and then magically at some point disappeared. Now I’m scheduled when I’m gone and have to have an awkward convo that will likely make me look bad because this app is unreliable and things just disappear after they’ve been inputted.

Hello, I never write reviews but this new update has impacted my organization immensely that I’m reaching out to you guys. Love the app. I’ve been using it for 5 years now, but since I have to log in every time I open it has become a huge waste of time. There has to be a way to stay logged in? Please look into it. Thank you in advance
Always telling me to update
It’s telling me to update to see notifications, but it’s already updated. Some days it does this and some days it’s fine. Just really annoying.
Performance
Absolutely easy to use and definitely a reliable app. Using for more than 3 months never faced a problem. 👌🏼
App not opening Wrong password
App wasn’t opening for hours just the initial green screen with loading circle , checked updates , no pending updates , uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried logging in , it says wrong password, reset the password and still says wrong password, to make sure I’m not doing it wrong I reset the password again and wrote down while it on paper while entering new password, rechecked it with “show password “ option and it still says wrong password when I tried that. What the hell is this??!!

from my App i cant see how many hours i did on the week... i cant see how many hours did in the day... i cant see or check one time i start and finish... you must to create a section with monitor the starting time and the ending time with the amount of money per hour (depending on the employee's pay) that I made on the day. you must to create something more because i am using this app for 4 year and is the same app like a first time and nothing is change...maybe you will answer me with “hey you can see all that information from website” but i prefer use my phone in the moment and not after 8 or 9 hours shift

Awful loading time
I’m trying to fill out my availability but whenever I submit it, it takes absolutely forever and just doesn’t work.
main fixes
1. There should be a way to view the calendar in different views one with a more calendar Classic view. 2. There should be notification sent to my phone when a message is send or new schedule is published like a push notification directly on the phone. 3. A cleaner messaging page. It’s a little messy and could use some cleaning up.

Extra time function
Not sure how difficult it would be to create but it would be a real nice touch to have a section that keeps track of the hours you’ve had clocked in during that week.
Worst app
This app is extremely user-unfriendly, painfully slow, and its design leaves much to be desired. Companies seem to end up here only because it’s cheap, but the functionality is severely lacking. Overall, it’s a poor app in every sense. Would not recommend.
Job releases
I have to login and out to see the job releases. Sometimes I can’t even pick up a shift at all.

Latest update removed being able to view paystub on the app please bring it back and keep it in for future updates
